The inaugural Rebel Rock Festival is set to sting Orlando, Florida this weekend. Limited tickets are available at https://rebelrockfest.com/

The show begins on Thursday, September 23rd with Jose Mangin’s Taco Metal Party, featuring Volbeat and P.O.D. celebrating 20 years of their legendary “Satellite” album.

The 4 day music festival takes place at the Central Florida Fairgrounds, located at 4603 W Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL 32808.

There have been a few lineup adjustments made along the way, due to the pandemic, but the final lineup is killer and should have something for every rock fan.

The headliners are The Used, Rise Against, Sevendust, Five Finger Death Punch, Legends of Wu-Tang, Papa Roach, Incubus and Machine Gun Kelly.

Son of iconic rapper Ghostface Killah and member of 2nd Generation WU’s wide familial collective that furthers Wu-Tang’s legacy, SUN GOD has just released his solo track “Slick S**t.” Produced by Dock Street Records in-house producer Zeph, the song gets unleashed today and is available to stream here.

Spitting bars at a rapid pace over glistening synths and a pounding bass beat, Sun God takes the hip hop foundation of his forefathers in Wu-Tang and forges a new direction that incorporates beats, rhymes and rhythm. “I’ve got my people with me / we gonna rock out / make me take your block down / have the family pop out,” he raps, creating enough fevered visceral energy to rattle literal and figurative cages.

Born and raised in the Park Hill section of Staten Island, NY into a wildly creative scene that nurtured and fostered the WU family, Sun God has already made his mark with his feature on his dad’s 2006 track “Street Opera.” He was also featured on last month’s explosive intro to 2nd Generation WU track “7.O.D.” alongside iNTeLL (son of U-God), PXWeR (son of Method Man), and Young Dirty Bastard (son of Ol’ Dirty Bastard). The song caught the attention of fans and media worldwide, with XXL proclaiming, “There will never be another Wu-Tang Clan, but it looks like fans can expect the next best thing.”

Just getting his engines revved with “Slick S**t”, Sun God will be pumping out more music in 2020.

KAABOO Del Mar has officially dropped its music and comedy lineups for its fifth annual event happening September 13-15, 2019. Nashville Rock chart toppers Kings of Leon, live music icons Dave Matthews Band, and British folk-rock luminaries Mumford & Sons will headline on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, respectively. They will be joined by a lineup of cross-genre hit-makers including Duran Duran, Black Eyed Peas, OneRepublic, Sheryl Crow, Maren Morris, a special collaboration from hip-hop stars Snoop Dogg + Wu-Tang Clan 25th Anniversary Set, plus Mark Ronson, The Revivalists, REO Speedwagon, The Bangles, The Cult, Sublime with Rome, Boyz II Men, and many more, including a yet to be announced special performance from the 2019 American Idol winner. (Los Angeles, CA): Salute the Troops Music and Comedy Festival is proud to announce that the inaugural event will now move to downtown Pomona, CA for the weekend of March 22-24. Headlining artists will perform at the iconic venue, the Fox Theater Pomona, as well as the Glass House.

On the move, festival founder Nate Parienti and co-founder John Wertz (USMC) said, “The Marines have always been known for their ability to rapidly respond on short notice and it is with that same “Esprit de Corps” that we have quickly adapted and we’re very excited to have found a great new home in downtown Pomona, CA. Snoop Dogg, Cold War Kids, Dashboard Confessional, Capital Cities, Members of the Wu-Tang Clan and more to play inaugural Riverside festival honoring troops and veterans

(New York, NY): The first annual Salute The Troops Music And Comedy Festival will take place on Friday, March 22nd and Saturday, March 23rd at the historic March Field Air Museum in Riverside, CA.

A diverse, multi-genre lineup of musicians and comedians will perform at this series honoring troops and veterans. Snoop Dogg, Cold War Kids, Dashboard Confessional, Capital Cities, members of the Wu-Tang Clan (Method Man, Inspectah Deck, Ghostface Killah, Masta Killa, Cappadonna, U-God), Redman, Cheat Codes, Yellowcard’s William Ryan Key and more musical guests will perform, as well as comedians Adam Carolla, Rob Riggle and more. Salute The Troops will take place at March Air Reserve Base on an annual basis with select artists interacting with troops and participating in military activities.
