Bottom Line Up Front at Wide Receiver

Wide receiver’s worst week landed in San Francisco, where Mike Evans and Demarcus Robinson were hurt in the same Week 2 game and the 49ers’ receiver room is now down to its fifth and sixth options. Houston is still without Nico Collins, the Rams may be without Puka Nacua for a second straight week, and Green Bay lost Jayden Reed to a frightening neck injury that required a hospital stay.

Of the 86 wide receivers on this board, 41 are out or doubtful, 10 carry a Questionable tag that decides itself on gameday, and 34 were listed at some point this week but finished it with no designation at all. One is still waiting on a tag that does not file until Saturday.

Below is every fantasy-relevant wide receiver across all 32 teams carrying an injury or an absence, with the final designation, what the injury actually is, how long that class of injury normally takes to heal, where each player sits on his team’s depth chart, and who stands to gain if he can’t go.

Who is on this report?

Nico Collins (HOU), A.J. Brown (NE), Jayden Higgins (HOU), Tank Dell (HOU), Alec Pierce (IND), Andrei Iosivas (CIN), Jayden Reed (GB), Demarcus Robinson (SF), Ja’Kobi Lane (BAL), Ashton Dulin (IND), Barion Brown (NO), Tyrell Shavers (BUF), Brenen Thompson (LAC), Beaux Collins (ATL), Chris Brazzell II (CAR), Jeff Caldwell (KC), Jimmy Holiday (KC), KeAndre Lambert-Smith (LAC), Corey Rucker (LV), Dont’e Thornton Jr. (LV), Jeremiah Webb (NE), Brock Rechsteiner (NO), Jordyn Tyson (NO), Mason Tipton (NO), Arian Smith (NYJ), Omar Cooper Jr. (NYJ), Tim Patrick (NYJ), David Sills (TB), Kendrick Law (DET), Savion Williams (GB), Caleb Douglas (MIA), Jeshaun Jones (MIN), Calvin Austin III (NYG), Gunner Olszewski (NYG), Johnny Wilson (PHI), Cole Burgess (PIT), Jake Bobo (SEA), Christian Kirk (SF), De’Zhaun Stribling (SF), Ricky Pearsall (SF), Puka Nacua (LAR), Zay Flowers (BAL), DJ Moore (BUF), Ryan Miller (MIA), Mike Evans (SF), Xavier Legette (CAR), Michael Pittman Jr. (PIT), Jalen Coker (CAR), Marvin Mims Jr. (DEN), Keon Coleman (BUF), Adonai Mitchell (NYJ), DeVonta Smith (PHI), Rome Odunze (CHI), Ja’Marr Chase (CIN), Jerry Jeudy (CLE), CeeDee Lamb (DAL), Christian Watson (GB), Brian Thomas Jr. (JAX), Rashee Rice (KC), Ladd McConkey (LAC), Davante Adams (LAR), Chris Olave (NO), Malik Nabers (NYG), Jalen McMillan (TB), Terry McLaurin (WAS), Tee Higgins (CIN), Jakobi Meyers (JAX), Xavier Worthy (KC), Cooper Kupp (SEA), Chris Moore (BAL), Jauan Jennings (MIN), Emeka Egbuka (TB), Zachariah Branch (ATL), Devontez Walker (BAL), Derius Davis (LAC), Jordan Whittington (LAR), Marquise Brown (PHI), Tory Horton (SEA), Jaylin Lane (WAS), Skyler Bell (BUF), Troy Franklin (DEN), Dareke Young (LV), Greg Dortch (BUF), Elijah Moore (PHI), Khalil Shakir (BUF), Chris Bell (MIA)

What changed since Week 2

Across the 86 wide receivers here: 11 are new to the report, 19 improved or cleared outright, 4 got worse, and 52 are carrying the same status they had a week ago. The pattern worth internalizing: the Week 2 designations that resolved upward mostly stayed resolved, and the new names on this list came off the field in Week 2’s games, not out of the training room.

Waiver wire: who gains if these names sit

  • If Nico Collins (HOU) can’t go — Kayshon Boutte moves into the WR1/outside role with Xavier Hutchinson and Jaylin Noel absorbing extra slot/outside snaps; Boutte is the primary fantasy beneficiary
  • If A.J. Brown (NE) can’t go — Romeo Doubs (LWR1) has taken over as the lead receiver in his absence and is the primary beneficiary. Mack Hollins (RWR1) holds the other boundary spot. DeMario Douglas (SWR1) runs the slot and absorbs short-area volume. Kyle Williams (LWR2) and Efton Chism III (SWR2) fill the rotation. TE Hunter Henry is a meaningful target-share beneficiary in a receiver room missing its best player.
  • If Alec Pierce (IND) can’t go — Darius Slayton, signed Sept 21, 2026 specifically in response to this injury, is the direct WR2/outside-depth beneficiary alongside Deion Burks
  • If Andrei Iosivas (CIN) can’t go — A committee rather than a single replacement, per Zac Taylor. Mike Gesicki (TE2) is the primary target-share beneficiary and led the Bengals with 78 yards in Week 1. Dohnte Meyers (first-team Slot WR on Ourlads) and Colbie Young (second-team Right WR) each step up on the perimeter, and Ke’Shawn Williams is expected to be active for the first time this season against Pittsburgh.
  • If Jayden Reed (GB) can’t go — Skyy Moore (WR4) is the direct slot backup and saw increased snaps against Atlanta, though with minimal production. The real beneficiaries are the outside starters: Matthew Golden posted the first 100-yard receiving game of his career in Week 3 with Reed out, and Christian Watson (188 receiving yards and 3 TDs on the season) remains the target leader. TE Tucker Kraft also absorbed extra middle-of-field volume. Bo Melton and J. Michael Sturdivant are the next men up on the outside.
  • If Demarcus Robinson (SF) can’t go — KhaDarel Hodge and Jordan Watkins are the direct beneficiaries in the rotation, with Jacob Cowing also seeing added snaps
  • If Ja’Kobi Lane (BAL) can’t go — Chris Moore was promoted from the practice squad specifically to fill Lane’s roster spot and now holds the first-team Right WR listing. Devontez Walker and Elijah Sarratt also absorbed his developmental snaps.
  • If Barion Brown (NO) can’t go — Devaughn Vele (WR2, slot) absorbs the slot snaps and is the direct beneficiary. Bryce Lance (right outside) stays in his role. Chris Olave (WR1) is the biggest winner in target-share terms with one fewer mouth to feed. On the practice squad, Trey Palmer, Kevin Austin Jr., Jalen Moreno-Cropper and Cedric Tillman are elevation candidates, with Palmer the most likely given his return-game experience.
  • If Brenen Thompson (LAC) can’t go — Marquez Valdes-Scantling — newly signed to the ACTIVE roster on Sept 23, 2026 — is the direct beneficiary and slots in as the rotational outside receiver. Derius Davis (SWR2) also absorbs snaps. Gary Jennings and Theo Wease Jr. (both DEV) are the practice-squad elevation candidates.
  • If Beaux Collins (ATL) can’t go — Chris Blair (WR5, ACT) is holding the roster spot and depth snaps in his absence. Dylan Drummond, Antwane Wells Jr. and Vinny Anthony II (all DEV) are the practice-squad elevation options.
  • If Chris Brazzell II (CAR) can’t go — Carolina’s active receiver room in his absence is Tetairoa McMillan (WR1), Xavier Legette (WR2), Jalen Coker (WR3), John Metchie III (WR4) and Brycen Tremayne (WR5), with David Moore, Casey Washington, Ja’Seem Reed and Ihmir Smith-Marsette on the practice squad as elevation candidates.
  • If KeAndre Lambert-Smith (LAC) can’t go — Already absorbed — Gary Jennings was signed in the corresponding roster move and Marquez Valdes-Scantling has since been added to the ACTIVE roster. Derius Davis (SWR2) and Marquez Valdes-Scantling cover the vacated rotational snaps.
  • If Brock Rechsteiner (NO) can’t go — Chris Olave (WR1), Devaughn Vele (WR2), Bryce Lance and Barion Brown (currently OUT) hold the active receiver roles, with Trey Palmer, Kevin Austin Jr., Jalen Moreno-Cropper, Cedric Tillman and Kyrese Rowan on the practice squad.
  • If Jordyn Tyson (NO) can’t go — Chris Olave (WR1), Devaughn Vele (WR2), Bryce Lance and Barion Brown (currently OUT) are the active receivers in his absence, with Trey Palmer, Kevin Austin Jr., Jalen Moreno-Cropper, Cedric Tillman and Kyrese Rowan on the practice squad as elevation candidates.
  • If Mason Tipton (NO) can’t go — Chris Olave (WR1), Devaughn Vele (WR2) and Bryce Lance hold the active roles, with Barion Brown currently OUT. Trey Palmer, Kevin Austin Jr., Jalen Moreno-Cropper, Cedric Tillman and Kyrese Rowan (all DEV) are the practice-squad elevation candidates.
  • If Arian Smith (NYJ) can’t go — Malik McClain was elevated to the active roster to take his place in the receiver room and is now the LWR2. Isaiah Williams (SWR1) holds the slot. Sterling Shepard and Tyler Johnson were signed to the practice squad after this injury and are expected elevation candidates. Garrett Wilson and Adonai Mitchell absorb the target share.
  • If Omar Cooper Jr. (NYJ) can’t go — Isaiah Williams (SWR1) holds the slot role Cooper would have competed for. Malik McClain was elevated to the active roster to fill the receiver-room vacancy. Sterling Shepard and Tyler Johnson, both signed to the practice squad, are expected gameday elevation candidates. Garrett Wilson and Adonai Mitchell absorb the target share.
  • If Tim Patrick (NYJ) can’t go — Malik McClain was elevated to the active roster and now holds a receiver-room spot. Isaiah Williams (SWR1) and Adonai Mitchell (LWR1) start alongside Garrett Wilson. Sterling Shepard and Tyler Johnson, both recently signed to the practice squad, are expected gameday elevation candidates this week.
  • If David Sills (TB) can’t go — Ted Hurst III and Kameron Johnson hold the back-end active receiver roles in his absence, with Garrett Greene, Dean Patterson IV and Eric Rivers Jr. (all DEV) as practice-squad elevation candidates. Jalen McMillan, Chris Godwin Jr. and Emeka Egbuka are unaffected.
  • If Kendrick Law (DET) can’t go — Already absorbed by the depth behind him: Jackson Meeks, Tay Martin and Tom Kennedy (all ACT) hold the back-end receiver jobs, with Dominic Lovett and Lucky Jackson (both DEV) on the practice squad. N/A in fantasy terms.
  • If Savion Williams (GB) can’t go — Already absorbed. Skyy Moore (WR4), Bo Melton (WR5) and J. Michael Sturdivant (WR6) are handling the back-end receiver snaps, with Isaiah Neyor and Quincy Skinner Jr. (both DEV) on the practice squad.
  • If Caleb Douglas (MIA) can’t go — Ryan Miller (RWR2, QUESTIONABLE with hip/back) is the direct positional replacement and caught a 77-yard touchdown in Week 2 — but he is himself compromised. Jalen Tolbert (LWR2) slides up and is the healthiest veteran option. Kevin Coleman Jr. (SWR2) sees expanded three-receiver work. Malik Washington (SWR1) absorbs target share. Miami re-signed AJ Henning to the practice squad on Sept 24 specifically to cover this thinning, and he is an elevation candidate. TE Greg Dulcich also stands to gain targets in a depleted receiver room.
  • If Jeshaun Jones (MIN) can’t go — Already absorbed — Tai Felton (WR4) and Myles Price (WR5) hold the back-end active receiver jobs, with Dillon Bell and Michael Briscoe (both DEV) on the practice squad.
  • If Calvin Austin III (NYG) can’t go — Malachi Fields and Odell Beckham Jr. already absorb the snaps he would have taken; Jalin Hyatt, Braxton Berrios, Dalen Cambre and Charlie Jones (all DEV) are the practice-squad depth.
  • If Gunner Olszewski (NYG) can’t go — Braxton Berrios and Charlie Jones (both DEV) are the practice-squad return options; Malachi Fields and Odell Beckham Jr. handle the receiver snaps.
  • If Johnny Wilson (PHI) can’t go — Already accounted for — Darius Cooper and Britain Covey hold the back-end active roles, with Xavier Gipson (DEV) on the practice squad.
  • If Cole Burgess (PIT) can’t go — Kaden Wetjen (second-team Slot WR), Ben Skowronek (second-team Left WR) and Germie Bernard (second-team Right WR) hold the depth roles he would have competed for, with practice-squad receivers Brandon Smith, Brandon Johnson, Isaiah Hodgins and Darius Rush available for elevation.
  • If Christian Kirk (SF) can’t go — Jordan Watkins, Jacob Cowing, and KhaDarel Hodge absorb his snaps in the interim
  • If Puka Nacua (LAR) can’t go — Davante Adams remains the clear top target; Tutu Atwell and Jordan Whittington see expanded snaps and target share with Nacua out
  • If Zay Flowers (BAL) can’t go — Rashod Bateman (WR, first-team Left WR) absorbs the alpha-target share and is the cleanest beneficiary. LaJohntay Wester (Slot WR2) slides directly into the vacated slot snaps. Devontez Walker (Right WR2, now fully off the injury report) is explicitly flagged by beat coverage as the man who ‘will see more work than usual if Flowers has to miss another game.’ Chris Moore (first-team Right WR) and TE Mark Andrews also see a target bump.
  • If DJ Moore (BUF) can’t go — Khalil Shakir (SWR1) absorbs the target share first and is the primary beneficiary. Josh Palmer (LWR2) moves into a full-time perimeter role. Skyler Bell (RWR2) slides up to take Moore’s snaps on the right. Greg Dortch, signed to the active roster Friday Sept 25, adds slot/return depth and would be in the three-receiver rotation. Dalton Kincaid (TE1) also gains target volume in a thinned-out receiver room — note Keon Coleman is questionable the same week, so Buffalo could be down both perimeter starters.
  • If Ryan Miller (MIA) can’t go — Jalen Tolbert (LWR2) would slide over to the right side. Kevin Coleman Jr. (SWR2) sees expanded snaps. AJ Henning, re-signed to Miami’s practice squad on Sept 24, is a live gameday-elevation candidate. Malik Washington absorbs targets from the slot. If both Miller and Douglas were out, Miami’s receiver room would be down to Chris Bell, Malik Washington, Jalen Tolbert and Kevin Coleman Jr., which is why the practice-squad move was made.
  • If Mike Evans (SF) can’t go — Deebo Samuel Sr. becomes the clear top target, with Jacob Cowing and Jordan Watkins seeing expanded roles given Demarcus Robinson is also out
  • If Xavier Legette (CAR) can’t go — John Metchie III (WR4) is listed directly behind Legette on the right side and would start. Brycen Tremayne (WR5) also moves up. Tetairoa McMillan (WR1) is the biggest beneficiary of volume. With Jalen Coker also Questionable, Carolina could be down two of its top three receivers, which would make Metchie a surprise volume play and push tight ends Tommy Tremble and Mitchell Evans into more targets than usual.
  • If Michael Pittman Jr. (PIT) can’t go — Germie Bernard (second-team Right WR) is the direct next man up and would see the biggest snap increase. Roman Wilson (first-team Slot WR) and Ben Skowronek (second-team Left WR) would absorb additional targets, and TE Pat Freiermuth would see a target bump in a Steelers offense that leans on him.
  • If Jalen Coker (CAR) can’t go — John Metchie III (WR4) is the direct slot replacement and the primary beneficiary. Brycen Tremayne (WR5) moves up on the outside. With Xavier Legette ALSO Questionable, Tetairoa McMillan (WR1) becomes an enormous target-share play and Metchie could see a genuine starter’s workload. David Moore, Casey Washington, Ja’Seem Reed and Ihmir Smith-Marsette (all DEV) are the practice-squad elevation candidates.
  • If Marvin Mims Jr. (DEN) can’t go — Troy Franklin (WR5, RWR2 behind Jaylen Waddle) absorbs the outside snaps; Lil’Jordan Humphrey (LWR2) covers the big-slot work. Pat Bryant stays the primary slot either way. On returns, Troy Franklin and Tyler Badie are the fallback options.
  • If Keon Coleman (BUF) can’t go — Josh Palmer (LWR2) is the direct positional replacement and would start on the left boundary. Skyler Bell (RWR2) and newly active Greg Dortch round out the three- and four-receiver sets. Khalil Shakir (SWR1) is the biggest volume beneficiary regardless. With DJ Moore also questionable, Buffalo’s realistic worst case is a Sunday where Shakir, Palmer, Bell and Dortch are the receiver room, which would funnel enormous target volume to Shakir and TE Dalton Kincaid.
  • If Adonai Mitchell (NYJ) can’t go — Isaiah Williams (SWR1) and Malik McClain (LWR2, recently elevated to the active roster) would start. Sterling Shepard and Tyler Johnson, both recently signed to the practice squad, are expected gameday elevation candidates — reporting says to expect one if not both to be elevated for this game. Garrett Wilson would absorb an enormous target share. Kenyon Sadiq (TE2, starting with Mason Taylor out) would also gain targets.

How to read this report

These are final designations, not midweek practice notes, so they mean what they say. A few timing wrinkles apply this week:

  • Green Bay and Atlanta have already played. The Falcons beat the Packers 35-14 on Thursday night, September 24. For those two clubs Week 3 is settled — what matters is who got hurt in the game and what it means from Week 4 on.
  • The Eagles play at Chicago on Monday night, September 28, so Philadelphia does not file its final game-status report until Saturday. Any Eagles player listed here is Friday practice participation with the final designation still to come.
  • A player listed with no designation is good news. Several names below appear on an official report with a blank game-status column — that is a club formally declining to tag them, which is stronger than never having been listed at all.

Reserve-list designations — injured reserve, PUP, the Commissioner’s Exempt List, suspension — are roster transactions and are settled regardless of the day. A player placed on in-season injured reserve must miss a minimum of four games.

Ruled out or unavailable (40)

Officially ruled out, or on a reserve list. Plan around these.

Nico Collins — HOU (WR1 — outside/X receiver)

  • Status: OUT — (a) FINAL Friday game-status designation filed by Houston on the Sept 25, 2026 official report for the Sept 27, 2026 road game at the Indianapolis Colts.
  • Practice this week: Did Not Participate (Friday Sept 25). Full week: DNP Wed Sept 23 -> DNP Thu Sept 24 -> DNP Fri Sept 25.
  • Injury: Hamstring strain (Grade 1, originally suffered in Week 1)
  • When it happened: Originally injured in the Texans’ Week 1 game; re-aggravated/still symptomatic through Week 2 and Week 3 practice weeks
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Grade 1 hamstring strains in NFL receivers typically cost 1-3 weeks; a strain that has now kept a player out two straight weeks without practicing at all often drags into a 3-4+ week absence given re-aggravation risk
  • Expected back to full health: No firm timetable given by Houston; realistic target is Week 4 (Oct 4/5) at the earliest, with Week 5 more likely if he needs a full practice week first
  • Next game: OUT for Sunday, Sept 27, 2026 at the Indianapolis Colts — his second consecutive missed game
  • Next four weeks: Weeks 3-6: OUT Week 3 (at IND); Week 4 opponent TBD-monitor Wednesday practice reports for any return to limited work; even if he returns Week 4 or 5, expect a snap-count restriction in his first game back given the recurrence
  • Who benefits if he sits: Kayshon Boutte moves into the WR1/outside role with Xavier Hutchinson and Jaylin Noel absorbing extra slot/outside snaps; Boutte is the primary fantasy beneficiary
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18 — Collins was OUT for Week 2 vs Cincinnati and remains OUT for Week 3 at Indianapolis, still without a single full practice.

Fantasy takeaway: Full bench/drop-from-lineup for Week 3 in all formats; Kayshon Boutte is a streamable flex in 12-team full-PPR leagues off the added target share, with Xavier Hutchinson a deeper-league add

A.J. Brown — NE (Not on the active depth chart — reserve/injured. When healthy he is the unambiguous WR1 and the centerpiece of New England’s passing game, ahead of Romeo Doubs and Mack Hollins.)

  • Status: RESERVE-INJURED — (c) an official reserve-list status (status code RES on the Sept 25, 2026 nfl.com New England roster), not a weekly game-status designation. Reserve/Injured outranks and supersedes any practice or game-status tag: he is ineligible for an Out/Doubtful/Questionable designation because he is not on the active roster. He was placed on IR on or about Sept 11, 2026, immediately after the season opener, requiring a minimum four-game absence.
  • Practice this week: Not reported and not applicable — a player on Reserve/Injured is barred from practicing with the team and does not appear on the official practice report. New England has NOT opened his 21-day practice window as of Friday Sept 25, 2026. Per the rule: DNP Wed Sept 23 / DNP Thu Sept 24 / DNP Fri Sept 25, by list status rather than by injury choice.
  • Injury: Right high ankle sprain (syndesmotic), MRI-confirmed. Ian Rapoport’s reporting indicated he is NOT expected to require surgery, which is the key detail — surgical syndesmotic repairs with a tightrope or screw fixation push timelines toward 8-12 weeks.
  • When it happened: Wednesday Sept 9, 2026, in New England’s season opener against the Seattle Seahawks. He was placed on injured reserve on or about Sept 11, 2026, two days later.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: High (syndesmotic) ankle sprains are the slow-healing class: Grade I 2-4 weeks, Grade II 4-8 weeks, Grade III 8-12 weeks or surgical. For wide receivers specifically, the functional recovery lags the structural one — the ability to plant and cut at full speed typically returns two to three weeks after the ankle is medically cleared. Rapoport’s reported six-week estimate places this at a Grade II syndesmotic sprain. The no-surgery report is the single most important positive in this profile.
  • Expected back to full health: Six weeks from the Sept 9, 2026 injury date is approximately Oct 21, 2026. Earliest eligible return is Week 6 (roughly Oct 18) against the New York Jets; the more realistic return, accounting for a ramp-up practice week and the cut-and-plant recovery lag, is Week 7 (roughly Oct 22) against the Chicago Bears. Full explosiveness and unrestricted route-running: early November 2026, Weeks 8-9.
  • Next game: OUT — ineligible. Week 3, Sunday Sept 27 at the Jacksonville Jaguars, EverBank Stadium. He is on Reserve/Injured and cannot be activated; the four-game minimum has not elapsed.
  • Next four weeks: Week 3 (Sept 27) at Jacksonville, Week 4 and Week 5: ineligible, no possibility of playing. Week 6 (roughly Oct 18) vs the New York Jets is the first week he is eligible to return, and it requires New England to open his 21-day practice window in the days beforehand — they have NOT done so as of Sept 25. Week 7 vs the Chicago Bears is the more realistic target. The actionable signal to watch for is a ‘designated to return / 21-day practice window opened’ transaction, which would likely land in early-to-mid October.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Romeo Doubs (LWR1) has taken over as the lead receiver in his absence and is the primary beneficiary.
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18. He remains on Reserve/Injured with status code RES on the current nfl.com New England roster. His 21-day practice window has NOT been opened, no activation timeline has been published, and the Week 6 earliest-eligible / Week 7 realistic return projection from the baseline is unchanged. This directly resolves the open thread from last week: there has been no development.

Fantasy takeaway: Hold in an IR slot if your league has one — he is a bona fide WR1 when healthy and a six-week absence on a no-surgery high ankle sprain is a stash worth making in 12-team full PPR. Do NOT hold him on your active bench if it costs you a startable player; the return is at minimum three more weeks away. Buy-low window: his trade cost is at its floor right now and he should return to WR1 production by Week 8. On the flip side, Romeo Doubs and Hunter Henry are the weekly beneficiaries and both are startable while Brown is out.

Jayden Higgins — HOU (Would-be WR2 if healthy — season-ending reserve)

  • Status: RESERVE-INJURED — (c) reserve/roster-list status. Carried on nfl.com as status code RES with no designated-to-return tag, and ‘IR’ (plain, non-return) on Ourlads.
  • Practice this week: Not applicable (Friday Sept 25) — season-ending injured reserve, not eligible to return this season.
  • Injury: Torn ACL
  • When it happened: Suffered in preseason/early September 2026
  • Typical recovery for this injury: ACL reconstructions typically require 9-12 months; ends the current season by rule once formally placed on season-ending IR
  • Expected back to full health: Not expected back in 2026; target return would be for the start of the 2027 season
  • Next game: OUT for the remainder of the 2026 season, including Sept 27 at the Colts
  • Next four weeks: Weeks 3-6: OUT for all — season-ending
  • Who benefits if he sits: N/A — his snaps have already been absorbed into the Boutte/Hutchinson/Noel rotation for the season
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18 — confirmed season-ending, no new information.

Fantasy takeaway: Drop in all redraft formats; dynasty players should treat 2026 as a lost season for his development

Tank Dell — HOU (Would-be WR2/slot if healthy — currently roster-list only)

  • Status: RESERVE-INJURED — (c) reserve/roster-list status outranks the underlying injury. Carried on nfl.com as status code RSR (Reserve/Injured, designated to return) and tagged ‘IR^’ on Ourlads.
  • Practice this week: Not applicable (Friday Sept 25) — not on the 53-man active roster and not eligible to practice with the team until designated for return from IR.
  • Injury: Multi-ligament left knee reconstruction (ACL, MCL, LCL and meniscus damage) suffered in a Nov. 2024 car accident, with a setback that pushed his placement onto IR in late August 2026
  • When it happened: Original injury Nov. 2024; placed on Reserve/Injured (designated to return) Aug. 30, 2026 after his recovery hit a snag in camp
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Multi-ligament knee reconstructions of this severity typically require 10-14+ months; players are frequently limited or never return to pre-injury explosiveness in year one back
  • Expected back to full health: Earliest eligible to return to practice is roughly Week 5-6 (four-game minimum from his Aug. 30 IR designation), with an actual game return more realistic in Week 7-8 given the injury complexity
  • Next game: OUT for Sunday, Sept 27, 2026 at the Colts — remains on Reserve/Injured and not eligible to be activated yet
  • Next four weeks: Weeks 3-6: OUT for all four; earliest realistic activation window opens around Week 6-7 once his 21-day practice window can begin
  • Who benefits if he sits: N/A at his specific role — Houston is instead leaning on Kayshon Boutte, Xavier Hutchinson and Jaylin Noel in the receiver rotation
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18 — still on Reserve/Injured (designated to return), not yet practicing.

Fantasy takeaway: Undraftable/stash-only in dynasty; no 2026 redraft value until at minimum Week 6-7, and likely a limited-snap role even then

Alec Pierce — IND (Was WR2/outside deep threat — now on season reserve list)

  • Status: RESERVE-INJURED — (c) reserve/roster-list status outranks where the injury happened. Placed on Injured Reserve Sept. 23, 2026; no designated-to-return tag has been reported, so he is ineligible to return before Week 7 by rule (4-game minimum).
  • Practice this week: Not applicable (Friday Sept 25) — on Injured Reserve, not practicing with the team.
  • Injury: Left heel injury — re-aggravation of a heel he had surgically repaired in March 2026; injury recurred in the Week 2 game (Sept 20/21) at Kansas City
  • When it happened: Re-aggravated in the Sept 20-21, 2026 Week 2 game at Kansas City; placed on IR Sept 23, 2026
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Recurring post-surgical heel injuries in NFL receivers are notoriously unpredictable; head coach Shane Steichen said he has ‘no timetable’ and did not rule out further surgery — outlooks like this often run 6-10+ weeks or end a season
  • Expected back to full health: Unclear; earliest possible activation is Week 7 (four-game IR minimum from Sept 23), but a realistic best case is closer to Week 9-10, with a real chance he does not return in 2026
  • Next game: OUT for Sunday, Sept 27, 2026 vs. Houston — on Injured Reserve
  • Next four weeks: Weeks 3-6: OUT for all four given the 4-game IR minimum and uncertain recovery; re-evaluate in late October
  • Who benefits if he sits: Darius Slayton, signed Sept 21, 2026 specifically in response to this injury, is the direct WR2/outside-depth beneficiary alongside Deion Burks
  • Change since Week 2: NEW since Sept 18 — Pierce carried no game-status designation on the Sept 18 baseline; he has since re-aggravated the heel in Week 2 and been placed on Injured Reserve on Sept 23, 2026. This is a roster correction against the baseline.

Fantasy takeaway: Drop in redraft leagues for now; Darius Slayton is a streaming/waiver add in Colts-heavy or deep leagues given the added outside-WR opportunity next to Daniel Jones, his former Giants quarterback

Andrei Iosivas — CIN (WR3 — was Cincinnati’s third receiving option behind Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins and a productive historical performer against Pittsburgh; now off the active depth chart entirely)

  • Status: RESERVE-INJURED — (c) official reserve-list status. Cincinnati placed him on injured reserve on Sept 24, 2026 after thumb surgery, and he is carried as OUT/IR on the Bengals’ FINAL Friday Sept 25, 2026 report for the Sept 27 game at Pittsburgh. This reserve-list status OUTRANKS where the injury happened — it does not matter that it occurred in the Week 2 game; the IR placement governs and he must miss at least four games. NOTE: the nfl.com Bengals roster page still rendered him as ACT at the time of the Sept 25 pull, which reflects transaction-processing lag, not his actual status — the team announcement, the Friday injury report and multiple independent reports all confirm IR.
  • Practice this week: Did Not Participate (Friday Sept 25). Full week: DNP Wed Sept 23 -> DNP Thu Sept 24 -> DNP Fri Sept 25. He was a non-participant all three days before the IR transaction was processed.
  • Injury: Torn ligament in the thumb, surgically repaired
  • When it happened: Suffered during the Week 2 victory over the Houston Texans on Sept 20, 2026. He underwent surgery in the days immediately following and was placed on injured reserve on Sept 24, 2026.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Surgically repaired thumb ligament (typically a UCL or collateral ligament repair) in a receiver: 4-8 weeks, with ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reporting a 4-6 week expectation in this case. Receivers often return in a splint or club with meaningfully reduced catch reliability for the first 1-2 games back. Head coach Zac Taylor confirmed this is not a season-ending injury.
  • Expected back to full health: Earliest eligible return is Week 7 (week of Oct 18, 2026) given the four-game IR minimum starting from Week 3. The 4-6 week medical window points to late October to early November 2026 — realistically Week 7 to Week 9 — with full catch confidence likely lagging into early November.
  • Next game: OUT — ineligible to play in Week 3 at the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday Sept 27, 2026, 1:00 PM ET. He is on injured reserve and must miss a minimum of four games.
  • Next four weeks: Out for Weeks 3, 4, 5 and 6 with no activation path — the four-game IR minimum runs through Week 6. Week 7 is his first eligible game. Expect his absence to persist across the entire Weeks 3-6 window covered by this report.
  • Who benefits if he sits: A committee rather than a single replacement, per Zac Taylor.
  • Change since Week 2: NEW to this report. Iosivas did not appear on the Sept 18 baseline injury list at all — he was a healthy active WR3. The thumb injury occurred in the Week 2 win at Houston on Sept 20, surgery followed, and the IR placement was made Sept 24. This is the single biggest roster change in Cincinnati since the baseline.

Fantasy takeaway: Drop Iosivas in 12-team full PPR — four guaranteed missed games plus a splinted return is not worth a bench spot in a redraft league. The actionable move is the other side of it: Mike Gesicki is the best full-PPR add from this injury and a legitimate streaming TE1 in Week 3 given Cincinnati’s pass volume. Dohnte Meyers and Colbie Young are deep-league-only speculative adds because the snaps are being split three ways.

Jayden Reed — GB (WR3 / slot — the starting slot receiver on Green Bay’s published chart, ahead of Skyy Moore)

  • Status: OUT — (a) FINAL game-status designation filed by Green Bay on the official report for the Thursday Sept 24, 2026 game vs the Atlanta Falcons. That game has been played (Falcons 35, Packers 14) and Reed did not dress. His injury is listed officially as ‘Neck.’
  • Practice this week: Did Not Participate. Full week for Green Bay’s compressed Thursday schedule: DNP Monday Sept 21 walkthrough -> DNP Tuesday Sept 22 -> DNP Wednesday Sept 23. He did not practice at all in advance of the Thursday game.
  • Injury: Neck as listed on the official report. Note the complication: Green Bay’s own follow-up reporting revised the working diagnosis toward a BACK injury rather than a neck injury, which the beat framed as good news because neck injuries carry heavier long-term implications. Both characterizations are in circulation; the official league filing says neck.
  • When it happened: Saturday’s game is not the reference — it was Sunday Sept 20, 2026, on the opening possession of Green Bay’s Week 2 game at the New York Jets. Reed took a helmet hit to the head-and-neck area after a tackle by Jets LB Demario Davis, collapsed on the turf, and was carted/stretchered off. He spent that night in a New Jersey hospital before returning to Wisconsin.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: The range here is unusually wide because the diagnosis itself moved. A cervical strain or stinger class injury costs 1-3 weeks. A lumbar/thoracic back strain typically costs 2-4 weeks. A disc or more structural cervical finding can cost 6-8 weeks or end a season, and in the worst cases becomes a career question. Head coach Matt LaFleur’s own words on the timeline were ‘It’s way too early for that right now. He’s got a lot going on,’ which is not the language of a one-week absence.
  • Expected back to full health: No firm date. Reporting characterizes a return at some point this season as ‘a very realistic possibility’ but explicitly not a sure thing. A cautious estimate is mid-to-late October 2026 at the earliest — Week 7 or later — with real downside risk of an IR placement that would push it to November or end his year.
  • Next game: Already missed Week 3 — he was ruled OUT for the Thursday Sept 24, 2026 game vs the Atlanta Falcons and did not play. Green Bay’s next game is Week 4 at Tampa Bay on Sunday Oct 4, 2026, and he should be considered unlikely for it.
  • Next four weeks: Week 3 (Thu Sept 24 vs Atlanta): missed. Week 4 (Sun Oct 4 at Tampa Bay): lean out; watch for an IR placement, which would formally cost him Weeks 4-7. Week 5 (division game vs Chicago) and Week 6: doubtful without a meaningful diagnostic update. The single most important thing to watch is whether Green Bay moves him to Reserve/Injured in the coming days — with Savion Williams already on IR, the club has an incentive to open the roster spot.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Skyy Moore (WR4) is the direct slot backup and saw increased snaps against Atlanta, though with minimal production.
  • Change since Week 2: New to this report. Reed carried no injury entry on Green Bay’s Sept 18 baseline — this injury happened after it, on the opening drive of the Week 2 game at the Jets on Sept 20.

Fantasy takeaway: Bench him immediately and stash only if you have IR-eligible roster room; in a 12-team full-PPR league with a tight bench he is droppable given the open-ended timeline and the nature of the injury. The actionable move is on the other side: Matthew Golden is the waiver priority out of this backfield-and-receiver group after his 100-yard Week 3, and Christian Watson is a confident WR2 start the rest of this stretch. Tucker Kraft gets a modest bump as a top-8 TE.

Demarcus Robinson — SF (WR3 — rotational receiver)

  • Status: OUT — (a) FINAL official Friday game-status designation filed by San Francisco on the Sept 25, 2026 official report for the Sept 27 home game vs. Arizona.
  • Practice this week: Did Not Participate (Friday Sept 25). Full week: DNP Wed Sept 23 -> DNP Thu Sept 24 -> DNP Fri Sept 25.
  • Injury: High ankle sprain (right ankle) — was carted off the field
  • When it happened: Week 2, Sept 20, 2026 vs. Miami — carted off after suffering the injury during the blowout win
  • Typical recovery for this injury: High ankle sprains of this severity (cart-off, no practice reps in the following week) typically require 3-6 weeks; the club has publicly estimated 3-to-6 weeks and is reportedly considering an injured-reserve placement
  • Expected back to full health: Realistic return window is Week 6-9 (mid-October to early November 2026) if the 3-6 week estimate holds; watch for a possible IR move which would guarantee at least a 4-game absence
  • Next game: OUT for Sunday Sept 27 vs. Arizona
  • Next four weeks: Out Weeks 3 and likely 4-6 as well given the 3-6 week estimate; San Francisco has already reinforced the room by signing veteran WR Brandin Cooks to the practice squad
  • Who benefits if he sits: KhaDarel Hodge and Jordan Watkins are the direct beneficiaries in the rotation, with Jacob Cowing also seeing added snaps
  • Change since Week 2: New to the report. He was not listed at all on San Francisco’s Sept 18 baseline injury report; this is a Week 2 in-game injury with a real possibility of an IR move to follow.

Fantasy takeaway: Drop/bench in all redraft formats for at least the next several weeks; not a viable stash outside of very deep leagues

Ja’Kobi Lane — BAL (Rookie depth WR — was competing for WR4/WR5 perimeter snaps before the injury; currently occupies no active depth-chart slot while on the reserve list)

  • Status: RESERVE-INJURED — (c) official reserve-list status, shown as status code RES on the nfl.com Ravens roster as of Sept 25, 2026. This reserve-list status OUTRANKS where or how the injury happened: regardless of the Week 1 game context, he is ineligible to play or practice until his IR window opens, so no weekly game-status tag applies to him.
  • Practice this week: Did Not Participate — ineligible to practice while on Reserve/Injured. He has no Wed Sept 23, Thu Sept 24 or Fri Sept 25 participation to report and appears on no Baltimore practice report.
  • Injury: Wrist injury requiring surgery (torn/displaced wrist structure; the Ravens did not specify the exact bone or ligament)
  • When it happened: Suffered in the FIRST HALF of the Week 1 season opener at the Indianapolis Colts on Sept 13, 2026. He underwent successful wrist surgery on the morning of Wednesday Sept 16, 2026, per head coach Jesse Minter, and was placed on injured reserve the same day.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Surgically repaired wrist injuries in receivers typically require 4-8 weeks before return to contact, with grip-strength and catch-confidence recovery sometimes trailing the bone/ligament timeline by another 2-3 weeks. Minter publicly targeted the four-game IR minimum, which is the aggressive end of that range.
  • Expected back to full health: Earliest eligible return is Week 6 vs. the Cleveland Browns (week of Oct 12, 2026), which Minter explicitly named as the target. More realistic for full catch-radius and grip confidence is Week 7-Week 8 (mid-to-late October 2026).
  • Next game: OUT — ineligible to play in Week 3 at the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday Sept 27, 2026 in Rio de Janeiro. He is on injured reserve and cannot be activated until he has missed the required four games.
  • Next four weeks: Out for Weeks 3, 4 and 5 with no path to activation. Week 6 vs. Cleveland is his first eligible game and the club’s stated target. Even on activation, expect a limited rotational role behind Flowers, Bateman, Moore and Walker rather than immediate fantasy relevance.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Chris Moore was promoted from the practice squad specifically to fill Lane’s roster spot and now holds the first-team Right WR listing. Devontez Walker and Elijah Sarratt also absorbed his developmental snaps.
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18. He remains on Reserve/Injured with status code RES, the wrist surgery is behind him, and Week 6 vs. Cleveland remains the stated earliest-return target.

Fantasy takeaway: Drop in all 12-team full-PPR redraft leagues if you have not already — a rookie WR5 who cannot play until Week 6 and returns to a crowded room is not worth a bench spot. Keep him only in deep dynasty formats where his pre-injury upside still carries value. Do not speculatively add for a Week 6 return.

Ashton Dulin — IND (WR4/depth outside receiver and core special-teamer)

  • Status: OUT — (a) FINAL Friday game-status designation filed by Indianapolis on the Sept 25, 2026 official report for the Sept 27, 2026 home game vs the Houston Texans.
  • Practice this week: Did Not Participate (Friday Sept 25). Full week: DNP Wed Sept 23 -> DNP Thu Sept 24 -> DNP Fri Sept 25 — has not practiced in two full weeks.
  • Injury: Ankle
  • When it happened: Originally injured in Week 1; has not practiced since
  • Typical recovery for this injury: A lower-ankle sprain that has already cost a player two full practice weeks without any limited work typically indicates a more significant sprain, often a 3-5 week absence overall
  • Expected back to full health: Described by beat reporters as ‘week-to-week’; realistic target is Week 4-5
  • Next game: OUT for Sunday, Sept 27, 2026 vs. the Houston Texans — his second consecutive missed game
  • Next four weeks: Weeks 3-6: OUT Week 3; monitor Wednesday practice reports in following weeks for any return to limited work
  • Who benefits if he sits: N/A for fantasy — Dulin is a marginal WR4/special-teams piece; his absence has no material redraft-lineup impact
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18 — was OUT for Week 2 at Kansas City and remains OUT for Week 3.

Fantasy takeaway: Not fantasy-relevant even when healthy; no action needed for redraft managers

Barion Brown — NO (WR4 – slot receiver behind Devaughn Vele, and the team’s primary return specialist)

  • Status: OUT – (a) FINAL Friday game-status designation filed by New Orleans on the Sept 25, 2026 official report for the Sunday Sept 27 home game against the Las Vegas Raiders.
  • Practice this week: Did Not Participate (Friday Sept 25). Full week: DNP Wed Sept 23 -> DNP Thu Sept 24 -> DNP Fri Sept 25. He did not practice at all during the Week 3 cycle.
  • Injury: Hamstring strain
  • When it happened: First appeared on the Wednesday Sept 23, 2026 injury report. Local reporting noted at the time that it was not clear whether he hurt himself at practice or whether something was detected after the Week 2 win over Baltimore on Sunday Sept 20, so the precise mechanism is unconfirmed – but it emerged in the 72 hours after that game.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Grade 1 hamstring strains cost an NFL receiver 1-3 weeks, Grade 2 runs 3-6 weeks, Grade 3 is 8-plus weeks. A full DNP-DNP-DNP week culminating in an OUT designation rules out the mildest presentation and points to at least a solid Grade 1, more likely a Grade 2. Expect New Orleans to be cautious with a rookie return man whose value depends on top-end speed.
  • Expected back to full health: Realistically Week 5 to Week 6, roughly October 8-18, 2026, assuming a Grade 1-to-2 strain. If he is still not practicing by the middle of next week, slide that to Week 6-7 and treat an IR placement as a live possibility.
  • Next game: OUT for the Week 3 home game against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday Sept 27, 2026. This is a definitive ruling, not a question mark.
  • Next four weeks: Weeks 3-6: OUT Week 3 (vs Las Vegas, Sept 27). Week 4 vs Atlanta (Mon Oct 5, MNF) is genuinely in doubt and depends entirely on whether he practices next week – the Monday night game buys him one extra day. Week 5 vs Minnesota is the realistic return target. Week 6 at the New York Giants (Oct 18) he should be back. Watch for an IR placement if he misses two games, since New Orleans is already thin at receiver.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Devaughn Vele (WR2, slot) absorbs the slot snaps and is the direct beneficiary.
  • Change since Week 2: NEW TO THIS REPORT. He does not appear on the Sept 18 baseline injury list at all. He was added Wednesday Sept 23 with a hamstring, never practiced during the week, and was ruled OUT on the final Friday report.

Fantasy takeaway: Not startable in 12-team full-PPR this week – he is OUT. He was only a deep-league flier to begin with. The actionable takeaway is the knock-on: Chris Olave’s target share should be at its season high on Sunday, and Devaughn Vele becomes a viable deep-league PPR dart with the slot to himself. Drop Brown in 12-team leagues unless you have an IR slot.

Tyrell Shavers — BUF (Not on the active depth chart — reserve/PUP. When healthy he projects as WR5/WR6 and a core special-teams contributor, not a fantasy-relevant route runner.)

  • Status: PUP — (c) an official reserve-list status (status code PUP on the Sept 25, 2026 nfl.com Buffalo roster), not a weekly game-status designation. Reserve/PUP outranks and supersedes any practice or game-status tag: he is ineligible to be designated Out/Doubtful/Questionable because he is not on the active roster at all. He was placed on Reserve/PUP at the Aug 30, 2026 cutdown, which means he must miss at least the first four regular-season games.
  • Practice this week: Not reported and not applicable — a player on Reserve/PUP is barred from practicing with the team and does not appear on the official practice report. Buffalo has not opened his 21-day practice window. For the record, per the rule: DNP Wed Sept 23 / DNP Thu Sept 24 / DNP Fri Sept 25, by list status rather than by injury choice.
  • Injury: Undisclosed. Buffalo has not specified the injury. It is a training-camp injury that predated the regular season — the qualifying condition for Reserve/PUP, which is available only to players who were unable to pass a physical at the start of camp and never practiced.
  • When it happened: Training camp, late July or August 2026. The placement on Reserve/PUP was made at the Aug 30, 2026 roster cutdown to 53.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Cannot be estimated with any precision because the injury class is undisclosed. What the list status itself tells you: Reserve/PUP requires the player to miss a minimum of four regular-season games, so the earliest he can practice is the Week 5 window and the earliest he can play is Week 5. Buffalo then has a 21-day window from his first practice to activate him or shut him down for the year.
  • Expected back to full health: Earliest possible practice return is the week of Oct 5, 2026 (Week 5). Earliest possible game return is Week 5, Oct 11, 2026. Given Buffalo has published no activation timeline and no practice-window opening, a realistic return is Week 6 through Week 8 (mid-to-late October 2026), and a full-season shutdown remains possible.
  • Next game: OUT — ineligible. Week 3, Sunday Sept 27 vs the Los Angeles Chargers. He is on Reserve/PUP and cannot be activated for this game under any circumstance; the four-game minimum has not elapsed.
  • Next four weeks: Week 3 (Sept 27) vs LA Chargers and Week 4 vs the next opponent: ineligible, no possibility of playing. Week 5 (Oct 11) is the first week he could theoretically appear, and only if Buffalo opens his 21-day practice window in the preceding days — as of Sept 25 they have not. Weeks 5-6 are speculative at best. Watch for a ‘designated to return / practice window opened’ transaction as the only meaningful signal.
  • Who benefits if he sits: N/A in any practical sense — he was never in the Week 3 rotation. His absence is already fully priced into a receiver room of Keon Coleman, DJ Moore, Khalil Shakir, Josh Palmer, Skyler Bell and the newly active Greg Dortch. Greg Dortch’s Friday Sept 25 promotion to the active roster is effectively the move that covers the depth Shavers would have provided.
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18. He remains on Reserve/PUP with status code PUP on the current nfl.com roster, no practice window opened, no activation timeline published, and no injury disclosure. The only adjacent development is Greg Dortch’s promotion to the active roster on Sept 25, which further buries any path to snaps.

Fantasy takeaway: Irrelevant in 12-team full PPR. Do not roster, do not stash — even a best-case Week 5 activation returns him to a WR5/special-teams role on a team with two established starters and three other actives ahead of him. This is an IR-stash-league-only name, and even there the opportunity cost is too high.

Brenen Thompson — LAC (WR5 — RWR2 on Ourlads behind Tre’ Harris; a rotational speed receiver who, by the club’s own account, has not been a meaningful part of the game plan through two weeks.)

  • Status: OUT — (a) FINAL Friday game-status designation filed by Los Angeles on the Sept 25, 2026 official report for the Sunday Sept 27, 1:00 p.m. ET game at the Buffalo Bills.
  • Practice this week: Did Not Participate (Friday Sept 25). Full week: DNP Wed Sept 23 -> DNP Thu Sept 24 -> DNP Fri Sept 25. He never got on the practice field.
  • Injury: Quadriceps injury — strain, grade unspecified by the club.
  • When it happened: Surfaced on the Chargers’ Wednesday Sept 23, 2026 practice report as a DNP, which points to an injury in or shortly after the Week 2 game on Sept 20, 2026.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Grade 1 quadriceps strain: roughly 1-3 weeks. Grade 2: 3-6 weeks. Grade 3 (including rectus femoris tear): 8-12 weeks and frequently surgical. A three-day DNP week with an OUT tag but no IR move suggests the club is treating this as a short-term absence, most likely Grade 1 or a mild Grade 2.
  • Expected back to full health: Realistic return in the Week 4 to Week 5 window, i.e. early-to-mid October 2026, if it is a low-grade strain. Full unrestricted health by mid-October 2026.
  • Next game: OUT. He will not play in the Sunday Sept 27, 1:00 p.m. ET game at the Buffalo Bills. This is a filed, final designation.
  • Next four weeks: Week 3 at Buffalo: out, confirmed. Week 4: questionable to return depending on grade. Weeks 5-6: expected back in the rotational role. Even healthy his fantasy relevance is negligible — he sits behind Ladd McConkey, Quentin Johnston, Tre’ Harris and now Marquez Valdes-Scantling.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Marquez Valdes-Scantling — newly signed to the ACTIVE roster on Sept 23, 2026 — is the direct beneficiary and slots in as the rotational outside receiver. Derius Davis (SWR2) also absorbs snaps. Gary Jennings and Theo Wease Jr. (both DEV) are the practice-squad elevation candidates.
  • Change since Week 2: CHANGED, and reversed. Baseline Sept 18: RESOLVED — the hip issue that had him on the Week 1 practice report had cleared and he was off the Week 2 report entirely. Now he is back on the report with a NEW quadriceps injury and is ruled OUT for Week 3.

Fantasy takeaway: Not rosterable in a 12-team full-PPR redraft and not startable. Drop him if he is somehow on your bench. The only relevant downstream effect is that his absence plus the tight end injuries further concentrates Justin Herbert’s targets on Ladd McConkey, Quentin Johnston and Tre’ Harris.

Beaux Collins — ATL (WR6 – depth receiver, currently occupying no active-roster role while on the reserve list)

  • Status: RESERVE-INJURED – (c) official reserve-list status, which OUTRANKS any weekly game-status designation and outranks where the injury happened. nfl.com’s live roster lists him RSR (Reserve/Injured – Designated to Return, No. 88), so he is not on Atlanta’s weekly injury report at all and cannot be given Out/Doubtful/Questionable while on the list.
  • Practice this week: Not applicable / not reported (Friday Sept 25). Full week: not reported Wed Sept 23 -> not reported Thu Sept 24 -> not reported Fri Sept 25. Players on Reserve/Injured do not appear on the practice participation report. He is eligible to begin practicing again as his designated-to-return window opens.
  • Injury: Concussion – the injury that led to the Reserve/Injured placement
  • When it happened: Placed on Reserve/Injured before the 2026 regular season. The concussion diagnosis is reported by the league-wide IR tracking at sharpfootballanalysis.com as of Sept 24, 2026.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: NFL concussion protocol is a five-step graduated return with no fixed timetable; most players clear in 1-3 weeks. A player held long enough to warrant an IR placement (minimum four games in 2026) is in the prolonged-symptom minority, where recovery runs 4-8 weeks and occasionally longer.
  • Expected back to full health: Eligible to return in Week 5, the week of October 5-11, 2026. Whether Atlanta activates him then is a separate roster decision from whether he is medically cleared.
  • Next game: Week 3 is complete and he was NOT available for it – he was on Reserve/Injured for the Thursday Sept 24, 2026 game at Green Bay and will be for Week 4 at New Orleans on Monday Oct 5, 2026 as well. His first possible game back is Week 5 vs Baltimore.
  • Next four weeks: Weeks 3-6: OUT Week 3 (at Green Bay, done) and OUT Week 4 (at New Orleans, Mon Oct 5). Eligible to be activated in Week 5 vs Baltimore and Week 6 vs Chicago. Even if activated, he returns as a WR5/WR6 behind Drake London, Jahan Dotson, Olamide Zaccheaus and Zachariah Branch.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Chris Blair (WR5, ACT) is holding the roster spot and depth snaps in his absence. Dylan Drummond, Antwane Wells Jr. and Vinny Anthony II (all DEV) are the practice-squad elevation options.
  • Change since Week 2: Status unchanged since Sept 18 – still RSR on the live nfl.com roster. What is NEW is the specificity: the injury is now identified as a concussion with a Week 5 return eligibility, where the Sept 18 baseline could only record it as undisclosed.

Fantasy takeaway: Ignore in 12-team full-PPR redraft. Even a Week 5 activation puts him fifth or sixth in a receiver room that only meaningfully feeds Drake London. Not a stash.

Chris Brazzell II — CAR (Depth receiver – not on the active depth chart while on the reserve list)

  • Status: RESERVE-INJURED – (c) official reserve-list status, which OUTRANKS any weekly game-status designation and outranks where the injury happened. nfl.com’s live roster lists him RES (Reserve/Injured with NO designated-to-return tag, No. 19), which means he is out for the season and cannot appear on the weekly injury report.
  • Practice this week: Not applicable / not reported (Friday Sept 25). Full week: not reported Wed Sept 23 -> not reported Thu Sept 24 -> not reported Fri Sept 25. Players on season-ending Reserve/Injured are not permitted to practice and do not appear on participation reports.
  • Injury: Knee – the league-wide IR tracking at sharpfootballanalysis.com and CBS Sports both carry him as a knee injury, Out for Season.
  • When it happened: Sustained in the 2026 preseason, leading to the Reserve/Injured placement before the regular season opened.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: A knee injury severe enough to warrant a season-ending Reserve/Injured placement with no return designation is almost certainly a major ligament tear (ACL and/or MCL) or a significant meniscus repair. ACL reconstruction runs 9-12 months for a wide receiver; meniscus repair runs 4-6 months; a major multi-ligament injury can run 12-18 months.
  • Expected back to full health: Not in 2026 under any circumstance – the roster designation forecloses it. A realistic football return is the 2027 offseason, most likely spring-to-summer 2027 depending on the exact procedure.
  • Next game: OUT for the Week 3 game at Cleveland on Sunday Sept 27, 2026 and OUT for every remaining 2026 game. He is season-ending Reserve/Injured with no return mechanism available.
  • Next four weeks: Weeks 3-6: OUT all four weeks – at Cleveland (Sept 27), vs Detroit (Oct 4), BYE, at Philadelphia (Oct 18). There is no scenario in which he plays in 2026.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Carolina’s active receiver room in his absence is Tetairoa McMillan (WR1), Xavier Legette (WR2), Jalen Coker (WR3), John Metchie III (WR4) and Brycen Tremayne (WR5), with David Moore, Casey Washington, Ja’Seem Reed and Ihmir Smith-Marsette on the practice squad as elevation candidates.
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18 – still RES with no designated-to-return tag. NEW information: the injury is now identified as a knee, where the Sept 18 baseline could only record it as an undisclosed preseason injury.

Fantasy takeaway: Zero fantasy value in 2026 – he is ineligible to return this season. Drop in all redraft formats. Dynasty managers with deep taxi squads can hold, but the knee severity implied by a season-ending placement makes even that speculative.

Jeff Caldwell — KC (Reserve-list receiver — not on the active depth chart and cannot occupy a depth role while on Reserve/Injured. He was a back-end depth receiver before the placement.)

  • Status: RESERVE-INJURED — (c) an OFFICIAL RESERVE-LIST ROSTER STATUS carried on Kansas City’s nfl.com roster as RES, not a weekly game-status tag. This reserve-list status OUTRANKS where or when the injury happened and outranks any practice-report consideration: he is ineligible to play in the Sunday Sept 27 game at the Miami Dolphins.
  • Practice this week: Not applicable — reserve-list players do not appear on the weekly practice report. Full week: no Wed Sept 23, Thu Sept 24 or Fri Sept 25 practice-report entry exists for him because Reserve/Injured players are excluded from that document by rule.
  • Injury: Knee injury, per the Kansas City injury listing. The club has not specified the structure or the grade.
  • When it happened: Placed on Reserve/Injured before or early in the 2026 regular season; the injury dates to the preseason/cutdown window in late August 2026. He has not been active in a 2026 regular-season game.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Not meaningfully estimable without a named diagnosis. A player placed on Reserve/Injured at or before roster cutdown generally cannot return to the active roster for the full season unless the club used a designated-to-return slot, which Kansas City has not signaled here.
  • Expected back to full health: Indeterminate medically. On the roster side there is no path back to the active roster in view through at least October 2026.
  • Next game: OUT — ineligible. He cannot be activated for the Sunday Sept 27, 1:00 p.m. ET game at the Miami Dolphins because of his Reserve/Injured status.
  • Next four weeks: Weeks 3-6: ineligible throughout. No return window has been opened and none is expected in this stretch.
  • Who benefits if he sits: N/A — he is already out and the receiver room has long since absorbed his absence. Rashee Rice, Xavier Worthy, Tyquan Thornton, Jalen Royals, Cyrus Allen and Nikko Remigio are the six active receivers and none moves because of him.
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18. He remains on Kansas City’s Reserve/Injured list with the same RES code.

Fantasy takeaway: Not rosterable in any 12-team full-PPR redraft format. Zero action. Listed for completeness of the reserve-list picture.

Jimmy Holiday — KC (Reserve-list receiver — not on the active depth chart and cannot occupy a depth role while on Reserve/Injured.)

  • Status: RESERVE-INJURED — (c) an OFFICIAL RESERVE-LIST ROSTER STATUS carried on Kansas City’s nfl.com roster as RES, not a weekly game-status tag. This reserve-list status OUTRANKS where or when the injury happened: he is ineligible to play in the Sunday Sept 27 game at the Miami Dolphins.
  • Practice this week: Not applicable — reserve-list players do not appear on the weekly practice report. Full week: no Wed Sept 23, Thu Sept 24 or Fri Sept 25 practice-report entry exists for him because Reserve/Injured players are excluded from that document by rule.
  • Injury: Undisclosed by the club. Kansas City has not named the injury that led to the Reserve/Injured placement; the placement itself is the official record.
  • When it happened: Placed on Reserve/Injured before or early in the 2026 regular season; the underlying injury dates to the preseason/cutdown window in late August 2026.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Not estimable without a named diagnosis. The controlling constraint is procedural: a pre-season Reserve/Injured placement without a designated-to-return slot generally ends the player’s season.
  • Expected back to full health: Indeterminate medically. No return to the active roster is in view through at least October 2026.
  • Next game: OUT — ineligible. He cannot be activated for the Sunday Sept 27, 1:00 p.m. ET game at the Miami Dolphins.
  • Next four weeks: Weeks 3-6: ineligible throughout. Treat him as unavailable for the entire stretch.
  • Who benefits if he sits: N/A — he is already out and the active receiver room absorbed his absence before Week 1.
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18. He remains on Kansas City’s Reserve/Injured list with the same RES code.

Fantasy takeaway: Not rosterable in any 12-team full-PPR redraft format. Zero action.

KeAndre Lambert-Smith — LAC (Reserve-list receiver — not on the active depth chart and cannot occupy a depth role while on Reserve/Injured.)

  • Status: RESERVE-INJURED — (c) an OFFICIAL RESERVE-LIST ROSTER STATUS carried on the Chargers’ nfl.com roster as RES and confirmed on the club’s own roster page under Reserve/Injured, not a weekly game-status tag. This reserve-list status OUTRANKS the fact that the injury happened in a Week 1 game and outranks any practice-report consideration: he is ineligible to play in the Sunday Sept 27 game at the Buffalo Bills.
  • Practice this week: Not applicable — reserve-list players do not appear on the weekly practice report. Full week: no Wed Sept 23, Thu Sept 24 or Fri Sept 25 practice-report entry exists for him because Reserve/Injured players are excluded from that document by rule.
  • Injury: Hamstring strain. Head coach Jim Harbaugh identified it publicly, and the severity was sufficient to justify an IR placement rather than a week-to-week designation.
  • When it happened: Sustained in the Week 1 loss on Sept 13, 2026. He was placed on Reserve/Injured in the days following that game, with Gary Jennings signed in the corresponding move.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Grade 2 hamstring strain: roughly 3-6 weeks. Grade 3 (full-thickness or avulsion): 8-12 weeks and sometimes surgical. An IR placement rather than a weekly designation implies at least Grade 2. The IR rule also imposes a hard four-game minimum absence independent of healing.
  • Expected back to full health: Earliest eligible return is Week 6 under the four-game IR minimum, which lands in mid-October 2026. Realistic return window is mid-to-late October 2026, with full unrestricted health by late October.
  • Next game: OUT — ineligible. He cannot be activated for the Sunday Sept 27, 1:00 p.m. ET game at the Buffalo Bills because of his Reserve/Injured status.
  • Next four weeks: Weeks 3-5: ineligible with certainty. Week 6 is the first game for which he could be activated, and only if the Chargers open a return-to-practice window in the preceding weeks. Even on return he re-enters behind Ladd McConkey, Quentin Johnston, Tre’ Harris, Derius Davis and now Marquez Valdes-Scantling.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Already absorbed — Gary Jennings was signed in the corresponding roster move and Marquez Valdes-Scantling has since been added to the ACTIVE roster. Derius Davis (SWR2) and Marquez Valdes-Scantling cover the vacated rotational snaps.
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18. He remains on the Chargers’ Reserve/Injured list with the same RES code and no return-to-practice window has been opened.

Fantasy takeaway: Not rosterable in a 12-team full-PPR redraft. Drop if rostered — four-plus games out and a crowded depth chart to climb on return. No action beyond that.

Corey Rucker — LV (Reserve-list receiver — not on the active depth chart and cannot occupy a depth role while on Reserve/Injured.)

  • Status: RESERVE-INJURED — (c) an OFFICIAL RESERVE-LIST ROSTER STATUS carried on the Raiders’ nfl.com roster as RES, not a weekly game-status tag. This reserve-list status OUTRANKS where or when the injury happened: he is ineligible to play in the Sunday Sept 27 game at the New Orleans Saints.
The Reserve/Injured placement is the official record.
  • When it happened: Placed on Reserve/Injured before or early in the 2026 regular season; the underlying injury dates to the preseason/cutdown window in late August 2026.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Not estimable without a named diagnosis. A Reserve/Injured placement at or before cutdown generally ends the season absent a designated-to-return slot.
  • Expected back to full health: Indeterminate medically. No return to the active roster is in view through at least October 2026.
  • Next game: OUT — ineligible. He cannot be activated for the Sunday Sept 27, 4:25 p.m. ET game at the New Orleans Saints.
He remains on the Raiders’ Reserve/Injured list with the same RES code.

Fantasy takeaway: Not rosterable in any 12-team full-PPR redraft format. Zero action.

Dont’e Thornton Jr. — LV (Reserve-list receiver — not on the active depth chart and cannot occupy a depth role while on Reserve/Injured.)

  • Status: RESERVE-INJURED — (c) an OFFICIAL RESERVE-LIST ROSTER STATUS carried on the Raiders’ nfl.com roster as RES, not a weekly game-status tag. This reserve-list status OUTRANKS where or when the injury happened and outranks any practice-report consideration: he is ineligible to play in the Sunday Sept 27 game at the New Orleans Saints.
The Reserve/Injured placement itself is the official record; Las Vegas has not named the structure involved.
  • When it happened: Placed on Reserve/Injured before or early in the 2026 regular season; the underlying injury dates to the preseason/cutdown window in late August 2026.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Not estimable without a named diagnosis. The controlling constraint is procedural: a Reserve/Injured placement at or before cutdown generally ends the season absent a designated-to-return slot, which the Raiders have not signaled here.
  • Expected back to full health: Indeterminate medically. No return to the active roster is in view through at least October 2026.
  • Next game: OUT — ineligible. He cannot be activated for the Sunday Sept 27, 4:25 p.m. ET game at the New Orleans Saints because of his Reserve/Injured status.
  • Next four weeks: Weeks 3-6: ineligible throughout. Treat him as unavailable for the entire stretch.
  • Who benefits if he sits: N/A — he is already out and the receiver room absorbed his absence before Week 1. Tre Tucker, Jalen Nailor, Jack Bech, Malik Benson and Dareke Young are the five active receivers and none moves because of him.
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18. He remains on the Raiders’ Reserve/Injured list with the same RES code.

Fantasy takeaway: Not rosterable in any 12-team full-PPR redraft format. Zero action. Listed for completeness of the reserve-list picture.

Jeremiah Webb — NE (Not on the active depth chart — reserve/injured. When healthy he was a depth receiver with no established role in the offensive rotation.)

Minimum four-game absence from placement.
  • Practice this week: Not reported and not applicable — a player on Reserve/Injured is barred from practicing with the team and does not appear on the official practice report. New England has not opened his 21-day practice window. Per the rule: DNP Wed Sept 23 / DNP Thu Sept 24 / DNP Fri Sept 25, by list status rather than by injury choice.
  • Injury: Undisclosed. New England has not specified the injury that led to the Reserve/Injured placement.
  • When it happened: Early September 2026, prior to the Sept 18 baseline. He was already on Reserve/Injured with status code RES as of the Sept 18, 2026 nfl.com New England roster.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Cannot be estimated because the injury class is undisclosed. The list status establishes a minimum four-game absence from placement, with a 21-day practice window once opened, after which New England must activate him or shut him down for the season.
  • Expected back to full health: Indeterminate without a disclosed diagnosis. The earliest structural return, based on the four-game minimum and an early-September placement, is roughly Week 5 to Week 6 — Oct 11 to Oct 18, 2026. No activation timeline published, no practice window opened as of Sept 25.
  • Next game: OUT — ineligible. Week 3, Sunday Sept 27 at the Jacksonville Jaguars. He is on Reserve/Injured and cannot be activated for this game.
  • Next four weeks: Week 3 (Sept 27) at Jacksonville and Week 4: ineligible. Weeks 5-6: the first theoretically possible return window. With A.J. Brown also on IR, New England’s receiver depth is genuinely thin, which gives a marginal competitive case for activating Webb when eligible — but he would return as a WR5/WR6, not a contributor.
  • Who benefits if he sits: N/A — he was never in the Week 3 rotation. Romeo Doubs, Mack Hollins, DeMario Douglas, Kyle Williams and Efton Chism III are the active receiver room, with Chandler Brayboy, Kyle Dixon and Cameron Dorner on the practice squad.
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18. He remains on Reserve/Injured with status code RES on the current nfl.com roster, with no practice window opened, no activation timeline, and no injury disclosure.

Fantasy takeaway: Irrelevant in 12-team full PPR. Do not roster and do not stash — a depth receiver on IR with no established role has no fantasy path even on activation.

Brock Rechsteiner — NO (Depth receiver – not on the active depth chart while serving a suspension)

  • Status: SUSPENDED – (c) official roster-list status, NOT an injury designation at all. nfl.com’s live roster lists him SUS (No. 89). He is not injured; he is serving a league disciplinary suspension, and a roster-list status outranks any weekly game-status designation. He does not appear on New Orleans’ FINAL Friday Sept 25, 2026 injury report.
  • Practice this week: Not applicable / not reported (Friday Sept 25). Full week: not reported Wed Sept 23 -> not reported Thu Sept 24 -> not reported Fri Sept 25. Suspended players may not practice with the club and do not appear on the injury or participation reports.
  • Injury: None – this is a disciplinary suspension, not an injury of any kind.
  • When it happened: Not applicable. The suspension was imposed before the 2026 regular season and runs through Week 6, with CBS Sports listing him as suspended until the Week 7 game against Pittsburgh.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Not applicable – there is nothing medical to recover from. The relevant timeline is purely administrative: he is reinstated at the conclusion of the suspension term and may resume practicing at the point the league’s reinstatement rules allow.
  • Expected back to full health: He is presumed healthy throughout. His availability is governed by the suspension calendar, which runs through Week 6 (October 18, 2026), with a Week 7 reinstatement.
  • Next game: OUT for the Week 3 home game against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday Sept 27, 2026 – suspended and ineligible, not injured.
  • Next four weeks: Weeks 3-6: ineligible all four weeks – vs Las Vegas (Sept 27), vs Atlanta (Mon Oct 5), vs Minnesota, at the New York Giants (Oct 18). He becomes eligible in Week 7 against Pittsburgh. Even then he returns as a back-end depth receiver who would have to earn a roster spot.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Chris Olave (WR1), Devaughn Vele (WR2), Bryce Lance and Barion Brown (currently OUT) hold the active receiver roles, with Trey Palmer, Kevin Austin Jr., Jalen Moreno-Cropper, Cedric Tillman and Kyrese Rowan on the practice squad.
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18 – still SUS on the live nfl.com roster and still not an injury item. NEW information: the suspension end point is now pinned down – he is suspended through Week 6 and eligible to return in Week 7 vs Pittsburgh.

Fantasy takeaway: Zero fantasy value in a 12-team full-PPR redraft league. Do not roster. He is listed here only because a suspension is a roster-list status that belongs on a complete availability report – not because he has any fantasy path.

Jordyn Tyson — NO (Depth receiver – not on the active depth chart while on the reserve list)

  • Status: RESERVE-INJURED – (c) official reserve-list status, which OUTRANKS any weekly game-status designation and outranks where the injury happened. nfl.com’s live roster lists him RSR (Reserve/Injured – Designated to Return), so he does not appear on New Orleans’ FINAL Friday Sept 25, 2026 report and cannot be given Out/Doubtful/Questionable.
  • Practice this week: Not applicable / not reported (Friday Sept 25). Full week: not reported Wed Sept 23 -> not reported Thu Sept 24 -> not reported Fri Sept 25. Players on Reserve/Injured do not appear on the practice participation report until their designated-to-return practice window opens.
  • Injury: Hamstring – the injury that led to the Reserve/Injured placement
  • When it happened: Sustained in the 2026 preseason, leading to the Reserve/Injured – Designated to Return placement before the regular season opened.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Grade 1 hamstring strains cost 1-3 weeks, Grade 2 runs 3-6 weeks, Grade 3 is 8-plus weeks and occasionally requires surgical repair at the tendon origin. A strain that holds a player through the 2026 IR minimum of four games implies a Grade 2 or worse.
  • Expected back to full health: Eligible to return in Week 5, the week of October 5-11, 2026. Given New Orleans’ receiver thinness with Barion Brown out and Mason Tipton on PUP, the club has real incentive to activate him as soon as he is medically ready.
  • Next game: OUT for the Week 3 home game against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday Sept 27, 2026. He is on Reserve/Injured and ineligible to play.
  • Next four weeks: Weeks 3-6: OUT Week 3 (vs Las Vegas, Sept 27), OUT Week 4 (vs Atlanta, Mon Oct 5), eligible to be activated for Week 5 vs Minnesota, and available for Week 6 at the New York Giants (Oct 18). The receiver room behind Chris Olave is genuinely thin, so an activation could come with immediate snaps rather than a slow ramp.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Chris Olave (WR1), Devaughn Vele (WR2), Bryce Lance and Barion Brown (currently OUT) are the active receivers in his absence, with Trey Palmer, Kevin Austin Jr., Jalen Moreno-Cropper, Cedric Tillman and Kyrese Rowan on the practice squad as elevation candidates.
  • Change since Week 2: Status unchanged since Sept 18 – still RSR on the live nfl.com roster. NEW information: the injury is now identified as a hamstring with a Week 5 return eligibility, where the Sept 18 baseline could only record it as undisclosed. His opportunity also improved with Barion Brown ruled OUT.

Fantasy takeaway: A legitimate speculative stash in deeper 12-team full-PPR leagues with an IR slot. He is eligible in Week 5 into a receiver room that has Chris Olave and very little else, and Barion Brown’s hamstring only widens that door. If you have a spare bench spot, this is a defensible one. Do not use a standard roster spot on him in a shallow league.

Mason Tipton — NO (Depth receiver – not on the active depth chart while on the reserve list)

  • Status: PUP – (c) official reserve-list status (Reserve/Physically Unable to Perform), which OUTRANKS any weekly game-status designation and outranks where the injury happened. nfl.com’s live roster lists him PUP (No. 15), so he does not appear on New Orleans’ FINAL Friday Sept 25, 2026 report and cannot be given Out/Doubtful/Questionable.
  • Practice this week: Not applicable / not reported (Friday Sept 25). Full week: not reported Wed Sept 23 -> not reported Thu Sept 24 -> not reported Fri Sept 25. Players on the reserve/PUP list are barred from practicing until their 21-day practice window is opened.
  • Injury: Leg injury carried over from the offseason – the injury that prevented him from passing his preseason physical and landed him on reserve/PUP.
  • When it happened: Carried over from the 2026 offseason. Because he failed to pass the physical at the start of training camp, the placement is dated to the opening of camp in July-August 2026 rather than to any in-season event.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Not determinable without a specific diagnosis. The procedural facts are what matter: a reserve/PUP player must miss at least the first four games, after which the club may open a 21-day practice window before activating him. His listed Week 5 eligibility is consistent with that minimum.
  • Expected back to full health: Eligible to return in Week 5, the week of October 5-11, 2026. Activation requires New Orleans to open a 21-day practice window first, so the practical return could slip to Week 6 or later even if he is medically ready.
  • Next game: OUT for the Week 3 home game against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday Sept 27, 2026. He is on reserve/PUP and ineligible to play.
  • Next four weeks: Weeks 3-6: OUT Week 3 (vs Las Vegas, Sept 27), OUT Week 4 (vs Atlanta, Mon Oct 5), eligible to begin the practice window in Week 5 vs Minnesota, and possibly available by Week 6 at the New York Giants (Oct 18). Expect the practice window to open before he plays, so treat Week 6 as the realistic first game rather than Week 5.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Chris Olave (WR1), Devaughn Vele (WR2) and Bryce Lance hold the active roles, with Barion Brown currently OUT. Trey Palmer, Kevin Austin Jr., Jalen Moreno-Cropper, Cedric Tillman and Kyrese Rowan (all DEV) are the practice-squad elevation candidates.
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18 – still PUP on the live nfl.com roster. NEW information: the injury is now identified as a leg injury with a Week 5 return eligibility, where the Sept 18 baseline could only record it as an undisclosed offseason carryover.

Fantasy takeaway: Not a stash in a 12-team full-PPR redraft league. Unlike Jordyn Tyson, Tipton needs a 21-day practice window opened before he can even suit up, which pushes his realistic debut into mid-October, and he profiles as a WR4/WR5 when he does return. Leave him on the waiver wire.

Arian Smith — NYJ (Not on the active depth chart — reserve/injured, season-ending. He was the RWR2 on the Sept 18 baseline depth chart behind Garrett Wilson.)

  • Status: RESERVE-INJURED — (c) an official reserve-list status (status code RES on the Sept 25, 2026 nfl.com New York Jets roster), not a weekly game-status designation. Reserve/Injured outranks and supersedes any practice or game-status tag: he is ineligible for an Out/Doubtful/Questionable designation because he is not on the active roster. He was placed on injured reserve on Tuesday Sept 22, 2026, and this placement is SEASON-ENDING — he has already undergone surgery.
  • Practice this week: Not reported and not applicable — a player on Reserve/Injured is barred from practicing with the team and does not appear on the official practice report. He has had surgery and will not practice again this season. Per the rule: DNP Wed Sept 23 / DNP Thu Sept 24 / DNP Fri Sept 25, by list status rather than by injury choice.
  • Injury: Torn ACL, confirmed, with season-ending reconstructive knee surgery already performed. This is the most severe injury in the AFC East this week and it is definitive — there is no return timeline within the 2026 season.
  • When it happened: Sunday Sept 20, 2026, Week 2 vs the Green Bay Packers. He was placed on injured reserve two days later on Tuesday Sept 22, 2026, in the same transaction batch that placed DL David Onyemata and LB Marcelino McCrary-Ball on IR. Surgery followed promptly.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: ACL reconstruction is a 9-12 month rehabilitation for return to play, and NFL wide receivers commonly need a full 12 months plus a training camp before regaining their pre-injury explosiveness and change-of-direction ability. A September 2026 tear with prompt surgery places a realistic return at the start of the 2027 season at the earliest, with full pre-injury form more likely arriving during the 2027 season rather than at its opening.
  • Expected back to full health: Out for the entire 2026 season with no possibility of return. Medical clearance projects to roughly June through September 2027; realistic return to full game form is the 2027 regular season, with pre-injury explosiveness possibly not arriving until late 2027. There is no calendar date within 2026 at which he becomes relevant.
  • Next game: OUT — ineligible, season-ending. Week 3, Sunday Sept 27 at the Detroit Lions. He is on season-ending Reserve/Injured after ACL surgery and cannot be activated at any point in 2026.
  • Next four weeks: Weeks 3, 4, 5 and 6: OUT for all of them, and for every remaining week of the 2026 season. There is no return window, no 21-day practice window, and no scenario in which he plays again this year. Reporting has framed the injury as potentially the beginning of the end of his time with the Jets given his contract situation.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Malik McClain was elevated to the active roster to take his place in the receiver room and is now the LWR2. Isaiah Williams (SWR1) holds the slot. Sterling Shepard and Tyler Johnson were signed to the practice squad after this injury and are expected elevation candidates. Garrett Wilson and Adonai Mitchell absorb the target share.
  • Change since Week 2: NEW TO THE REPORT and the single most severe change in the division. Arian Smith was HEALTHY on the Sept 18 baseline, listed as an ACT player and the RWR2 on the Jets’ depth chart. He tore his ACL in the Week 2 game vs Green Bay on Sept 20, was placed on injured reserve Sept 22, and has already had season-ending surgery. This is also a direct ROSTER CORRECTION against the baseline, which had him as ACT.

Fantasy takeaway: Drop immediately in all 12-team full PPR redraft formats. He is done for 2026 with a torn ACL. Do not use an IR slot on him unless your league’s IR spots are unlimited and you are in a keeper format — even then, ACL recoveries for receivers frequently cost the following season’s first half too. The actionable consequence is that the Jets’ receiver room is now dangerously thin, which concentrates enormous target share on Garrett Wilson: he is a must-start WR1 with a ceiling that just went up.

Omar Cooper Jr. — NYJ (Not on the active depth chart — reserve/injured. He was the SWR2 (ACT) on the Sept 18 baseline depth chart. A rookie first-round draft pick.)

He was placed on injured reserve on Saturday Sept 19, 2026, requiring a minimum four-game absence.
  • Practice this week: Not reported and not applicable — a player on Reserve/Injured is barred from practicing with the team and does not appear on the official practice report. The Jets have not opened his 21-day practice window. Per the rule: DNP Wed Sept 23 / DNP Thu Sept 24 / DNP Fri Sept 25, by list status rather than by injury choice.
  • Injury: Sprained ankle, MRI-confirmed. Reporting has variously described it as a sprained ankle and specifically as a HIGH ankle sprain with a four-week timeline, which is the more severe characterization and is consistent with the IR placement.
  • When it happened: Mid-September 2026, in the run-up to or during the Week 2 period. The Jets placed him on injured reserve on Saturday Sept 19, 2026 — the day before the Week 2 game vs Green Bay, which he had already been ruled OUT for on the Sept 18 final report.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: High (syndesmotic) ankle sprains: Grade I 2-4 weeks, Grade II 4-8 weeks, Grade III 8-12 weeks or surgical. Low/lateral ankle sprains are faster at 1-4 weeks. The reported four-week timeline combined with an IR placement (which itself mandates four missed games) points to a Grade I-to-II high ankle sprain. For a rookie receiver, the functional recovery — the ability to run a full route tree at speed — typically trails medical clearance by an additional one to two weeks.
  • Expected back to full health: The four-game IR minimum from a Sept 19 placement makes Week 6 (roughly Oct 18, 2026) his first eligible game. Accounting for the ramp-up and the rookie adjustment, a realistic return is Week 6 to Week 7, mid-to-late October 2026, with full form by early November. The Jets must open a 21-day practice window before he can be activated; they have not done so as of Sept 25.
  • Next game: OUT — ineligible. Week 3, Sunday Sept 27 at the Detroit Lions, Ford Field. He is on Reserve/Injured and cannot be activated for this game; the four-game minimum has not elapsed.
  • Next four weeks: Week 3 (Sept 27) at Detroit, Week 4 and Week 5: ineligible, no possibility of playing. Week 6 (roughly Oct 18) is his first eligible week, and only if the Jets open his 21-day practice window beforehand. Given that Arian Smith is lost for the season and Tim Patrick is also on IR, the Jets have strong competitive incentive to activate Cooper at the earliest opportunity, which makes a Week 6 or Week 7 return more likely than it would otherwise be. Watch for the practice-window transaction in early-to-mid October.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Isaiah Williams (SWR1) holds the slot role Cooper would have competed for. Malik McClain was elevated to the active roster to fill the receiver-room vacancy. Sterling Shepard and Tyler Johnson, both signed to the practice squad, are expected gameday elevation candidates. Garrett Wilson and Adonai Mitchell absorb the target share.
  • Change since Week 2: MATERIAL DOWNGRADE and a ROSTER CORRECTION. This resolves one of the open threads from last week. On the Sept 18 baseline he was on the ACTIVE roster (ACT, SWR2) and carried an OUT designation — a final Friday game-status tag for the Week 2 game vs Green Bay. The Jets then placed him on INJURED RESERVE on Saturday Sept 19, 2026, the day after that report. His status code on the current nfl.com roster is RES, not ACT. The baseline’s ACT listing is now wrong and is corrected here. Additionally, the injury has been characterized in later reporting as a HIGH ankle sprain with a four-week timeline, which is more specific and more severe than the baseline’s ‘sprained ankle, MRI-confirmed.’

Fantasy takeaway: IR-stash only in 12-team full PPR, and only if you have a dedicated IR slot. He is a rookie first-round pick whose target share on return should be meaningful precisely because the Jets’ receiver room has been gutted — Arian Smith is out for the year and Tim Patrick is on IR. That is a genuine Week 6-7 upside play. Do NOT hold him on an active bench spot; three more weeks of zeroes is too expensive. Drop him in leagues without an IR slot.

Tim Patrick — NYJ (Not on the active depth chart — reserve/injured. He was listed as RES on the Sept 18 baseline as well, behind the starting receiver group.)

He was placed on injured reserve on Saturday Sept 12, 2026, requiring a minimum four-game absence.
  • Practice this week: Not reported and not applicable — a player on Reserve/Injured is barred from practicing with the team and does not appear on the official practice report. The Jets have NOT opened his 21-day practice window as of Friday Sept 25, 2026. Per the rule: DNP Wed Sept 23 / DNP Thu Sept 24 / DNP Fri Sept 25, by list status rather than by injury choice.
  • Injury: Groin strain. The Jets have not specified a grade or a side. It remains the same injury that produced the original IR placement, with no change in characterization.
  • When it happened: Early-to-mid September 2026, before the Sept 12 IR placement. He was already on Reserve/Injured as of the Sept 18, 2026 baseline.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Groin (adductor) strains: Grade I 1-2 weeks, Grade II 3-6 weeks, Grade III 8-12 weeks or surgical. A strain severe enough to warrant an IR placement rather than week-to-week management implies at least a Grade II. Groin strains are also high on the re-injury list, and teams are typically conservative with the return, especially for a receiver whose job requires explosive lateral push-off.
  • Expected back to full health: The four-game minimum from a Sept 12, 2026 placement makes Week 5 (roughly Oct 11, 2026) his first eligible game. Given no practice window has been opened as of Sept 25, a realistic return is Week 5 to Week 7 — mid-to-late October 2026. Full health and unrestricted route running: late October into early November 2026.
  • Next game: OUT — ineligible. Week 3, Sunday Sept 27 at the Detroit Lions, Ford Field. He is on Reserve/Injured and cannot be activated for this game.
  • Next four weeks: Week 3 (Sept 27) at Detroit and Week 4: ineligible, no possibility of playing. Week 5 (roughly Oct 11) is his first eligible week and requires the Jets to open his 21-day practice window beforehand — they have not as of Sept 25. Week 6 at the Patriots is a plausible target. The Jets have real competitive incentive to get him back given that Arian Smith is out for the season and Omar Cooper Jr. is also on IR, so a Week 5 or Week 6 activation is more likely than the absence of news suggests. Watch for a ‘designated to return’ transaction in early October.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Malik McClain was elevated to the active roster and now holds a receiver-room spot. Isaiah Williams (SWR1) and Adonai Mitchell (LWR1) start alongside Garrett Wilson. Sterling Shepard and Tyler Johnson, both recently signed to the practice squad, are expected gameday elevation candidates this week.
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18, which directly resolves the open thread from last week. He remains on Reserve/Injured with status code RES on the current nfl.com roster, with the same groin strain, no practice window opened, and no activation timeline published. The context around him has worsened considerably — Arian Smith’s season-ending ACL tear and Omar Cooper Jr.’s IR placement both happened since the baseline — which raises the likelihood the Jets activate him as soon as he is eligible in Week 5.

Fantasy takeaway: Not rosterable in 12-team full PPR right now. He is on IR, has no opened practice window, and is a veteran depth receiver rather than a target hog. The one thing that makes him worth a watchlist spot rather than a total ignore: the Jets’ receiver room has been devastated — Arian Smith season-ending, Omar Cooper Jr. on IR, Mason Taylor out — so a healthy Tim Patrick would walk into real snaps around Week 5 or 6. Watchlist, do not roster.

David Sills — TB (Depth receiver – not on the active depth chart while on the reserve list)

  • Status: RESERVE-INJURED – (c) official reserve-list status, which OUTRANKS any weekly game-status designation and outranks where the injury happened. nfl.com’s live roster lists him RSR (Reserve/Injured – Designated to Return, No. 80), so he does not appear on Tampa Bay’s FINAL Friday Sept 25, 2026 report and cannot be given Out/Doubtful/Questionable.
  • Practice this week: Not applicable / not reported (Friday Sept 25). Full week: not reported Wed Sept 23 -> not reported Thu Sept 24 -> not reported Fri Sept 25. Players on Reserve/Injured do not appear on the practice participation report until their designated-to-return practice window is opened.
  • Injury: Knee – the league-wide IR tracking at sharpfootballanalysis.com carries him as a knee injury with a Week 5 return eligibility.
  • When it happened: Sustained in the 2026 preseason, leading to the Reserve/Injured – Designated to Return placement before the regular season opened.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: A knee injury that carries a designated-to-return tag rather than a season-ending placement is typically a Grade 1-2 MCL sprain (1-5 weeks), a meniscus trim (3-6 weeks), or a significant bone bruise. The four-game IR minimum plus a Week 5 eligibility is consistent with a meniscus procedure or a Grade 2-3 MCL.
  • Expected back to full health: Eligible to return in Week 5, the week of October 5-11, 2026. Tampa Bay would need to open a practice window before activating him, so a Week 5 or Week 6 return is the realistic band.
  • Next game: OUT for the Week 3 home game against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday Sept 27, 2026. He is on Reserve/Injured and ineligible to play.
  • Next four weeks: Weeks 3-6: OUT Week 3 (vs Minnesota, Sept 27), OUT Week 4 (vs Green Bay, Oct 4), eligible to be activated for Week 5 vs Dallas, and available for Week 6 vs Pittsburgh (Oct 18). Even when activated he returns behind Jalen McMillan, Chris Godwin Jr., Emeka Egbuka, Tez Johnson, Kameron Johnson and Ted Hurst III – there may not be a roster spot for him.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Ted Hurst III and Kameron Johnson hold the back-end active receiver roles in his absence, with Garrett Greene, Dean Patterson IV and Eric Rivers Jr. (all DEV) as practice-squad elevation candidates. Jalen McMillan, Chris Godwin Jr. and Emeka Egbuka are unaffected.
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18 – still RSR on the live nfl.com roster. NEW information: the injury is now identified as a knee with a Week 5 return eligibility, where the Sept 18 baseline could only record it as undisclosed.

Fantasy takeaway: Not a stash in a 12-team full-PPR redraft league. Tampa Bay’s receiver room is six deep on the active roster before he returns, and he would slot seventh. No fantasy path. Leave him on waivers.

Kendrick Law — DET (Deep WR depth — off the active depth chart while on the reserve list)

  • Status: RESERVE-INJURED — (c) official reserve-list status. Verified as status code RES on https://www.nfl.com/teams/detroit-lions/roster as of Sept 25, 2026. The reserve-list status outranks the injury circumstances entirely: he is ineligible to play and receives no weekly game-status designation.
  • Practice this week: Did Not Participate (Friday Sept 25). Full week: DNP Wed Sept 23 -> DNP Thu Sept 24 -> DNP Fri Sept 25. Reserve/Injured players do not practice with the team and are not carried on the participation report.
  • Injury: Undisclosed. Detroit has not published a characterization of the injury and no beat reporting has specified it.
  • When it happened: Placed on Reserve/Injured during the 2026 roster-setting period in late August / early September 2026, before Week 1. He has not been active for a game this season.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Unknowable without a disclosed diagnosis. The procedural constraint is what matters: a player placed on IR at cutdown must miss at least four games and then complete a 21-day practice window before he can be activated.
  • Expected back to full health: No credible calendar estimate exists without a disclosed injury. Treat him as unavailable through at least Week 6 (mid-October 2026).
  • Next game: Will not play in Week 3 vs the New York Jets, Sunday Sept 27, 2026. He is ineligible.
  • Next four weeks: Weeks 3-6: unavailable throughout. No practice window has been opened.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Already absorbed by the depth behind him: Jackson Meeks, Tay Martin and Tom Kennedy (all ACT) hold the back-end receiver jobs, with Dominic Lovett and Lucky Jackson (both DEV) on the practice squad. N/A in fantasy terms.
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18. Status code RES on the baseline, status code RES today.

Fantasy takeaway: Irrelevant in a 12-team full-PPR redraft league. Not rosterable, not a stash. Detroit’s fantasy-relevant receivers are Amon-Ra St. Brown and Jameson Williams, both healthy.

Savion Williams — GB (WR depth — off the active depth chart while on the reserve list)

  • Status: RESERVE-INJURED — (c) official reserve-list status, designated to return. Verified as status code RSR on https://www.nfl.com/teams/green-bay-packers/roster as of Sept 25, 2026. The reserve-list status outranks the injury: he is ineligible to play right now regardless of how the ankle feels, and carries no weekly game-status designation. The RSR code, as distinct from plain RES, means Green Bay used a designated-to-return slot on him, so he has a defined path back this season.
  • Practice this week: Did Not Participate (Friday Sept 25). Full week: DNP Wed Sept 23 -> DNP Thu Sept 24 -> DNP Fri Sept 25. Players on Reserve/Injured do not practice with the team and are not carried on the participation report until their 21-day window is opened.
  • Injury: High ankle sprain (syndesmotic). Initially reported as undisclosed when the placement was made.
  • When it happened: Placed on Reserve/Injured with a designation to return in early September 2026, alongside EDGE Collin Oliver. The injury itself dates to the late-August 2026 preseason and camp period.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: High ankle (syndesmotic) sprains are markedly slower than lateral ankle sprains: grade I runs 2-4 weeks, grade II 4-8 weeks, and grade III often requires tightrope fixation with an 8-12 week return. Receivers who rely on hard cutting tend to sit at the longer end of whichever grade applies. The IR-with-return rule independently requires a minimum four missed games before he may be activated.
  • Expected back to full health: Eligible to begin practicing once Green Bay opens his 21-day window, and eligible to be activated after the four-game minimum is served — which, counting the Thursday Sept 24 game as his fourth missed contest, means he can be activated from Week 4 onward. Realistic activation: mid-October 2026, Weeks 5-7.
  • Next game: Did not play in Week 3 — Green Bay’s Week 3 was the Thursday Sept 24, 2026 game vs the Atlanta Falcons, and he was ineligible for it.
  • Next four weeks: Week 3 (Thu Sept 24 vs Atlanta): missed, ineligible. Week 4 (Sun Oct 4 at Tampa Bay): eligible to be activated but only if Green Bay opens his practice window first — no window has been reported open as of Sept 25. Weeks 5-6: the likeliest activation range, and Jayden Reed’s absence gives the club a concrete reason to accelerate it.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Already absorbed. Skyy Moore (WR4), Bo Melton (WR5) and J. Michael Sturdivant (WR6) are handling the back-end receiver snaps, with Isaiah Neyor and Quincy Skinner Jr. (both DEV) on the practice squad.
  • Change since Week 2: No change in status since Sept 18 — still status code RSR with no practice window opened. What changed is the context around him: Jayden Reed’s Week 2 injury has created a real path to snaps that did not exist on the baseline.

Fantasy takeaway: A speculative deep-league stash only, and only if you have IR-eligible roster space in your 12-team full-PPR league. With Jayden Reed out indefinitely there is a genuine opening for snaps when he returns, which makes him more interesting than a typical IR receiver — but he has not practiced yet and Green Bay’s passing game is currently concentrated in Matthew Golden, Christian Watson and Tucker Kraft. Watch for the practice-window announcement as the trigger to add.

Caleb Douglas — MIA (RWR1 — rookie starting right wide receiver, the Dolphins’ leading Week 1 producer (5 catches, 94 yards in his debut))

  • Status: OUT — (a) FINAL Friday game-status designation filed by Miami on the Sept 25, 2026 official report for the Sunday Sept 27 game vs the Kansas City Chiefs at Hard Rock Stadium. He was ruled out on the final report after three days without practice.
  • Practice this week: Did Not Participate (Friday Sept 25). Full week: DNP Wed Sept 23 -> DNP Thu Sept 24 -> DNP Fri Sept 25. Three consecutive DNPs, the classic profile of a player who is ruled out rather than listed doubtful.
  • Injury: Ankle sprain. Miami has not published a grade and has not specified high vs low or left vs right. Head coach Jeff Hafley initially said it was “too early to tell” on severity, which combined with three DNPs and an OUT tag points to something more than trivial.
  • When it happened: Sunday Sept 20, 2026, Week 2 at the San Francisco 49ers, in the fourth quarter. He had been limited earlier in that game before the ankle ended his day.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Low/lateral ankle sprains: Grade I 1-2 weeks, Grade II 2-4 weeks, Grade III 4-8 weeks. High (syndesmotic) ankle sprains: 4-6 weeks minimum, frequently 6-8, with surgery in the worst cases. Miami’s refusal to characterize it plus three straight DNPs is consistent with at least a Grade II low sprain and does not rule out a high sprain. The absence of an IR placement through Friday is mildly encouraging — a confirmed high ankle sprain often draws an immediate IR move, and Miami chose to keep the 53-man spot.
  • Expected back to full health: If a Grade II low sprain, a return around Week 5, roughly Oct 11, 2026, with full explosiveness by mid-to-late October. If it proves to be a high ankle sprain, push the return to Week 7 or Week 8, late October into early November 2026. The Week 4 Wednesday practice report is the decisive checkpoint: a DNP there materially raises the odds of an IR placement.
  • Next game: OUT — will not play. Week 3, Sunday Sept 27 vs the Kansas City Chiefs at Hard Rock Stadium. Officially ruled out on Miami’s final Friday report.
  • Next four weeks: Week 3 (Sept 27) vs Kansas City: OUT, confirmed. Week 4: genuinely uncertain and leaning out — three DNPs in Week 3 rarely converts to a Week 4 return without an intervening full-participation practice. Weeks 5-6: the realistic return window if this is a low sprain. Watch for two things: a Wednesday limited practice in Week 4 (the positive signal) or a Reserve/Injured placement (the negative one, which would end his season through at least Week 7).
  • Who benefits if he sits: Ryan Miller (RWR2, QUESTIONABLE with hip/back) is the direct positional replacement and caught a 77-yard touchdown in Week 2 — but he is himself compromised.
  • Change since Week 2: NEW TO THE REPORT. Caleb Douglas did not appear on the Sept 18 baseline at all — he was healthy and starting. He was injured in the Week 2 game at San Francisco on Sept 20, missed all three Week 3 practices, and has been ruled OUT. This is a fresh, significant downgrade and the single biggest change in Miami’s receiver room.

Fantasy takeaway: Bench or drop in 12-team full PPR. He is OUT with no clear return date and a real IR risk. If you have the roster space and an IR slot, hold — the Week 1 usage was legitimately exciting for a rookie. If you’re squeezed, he is droppable given the murky timeline. The actionable side: Malik Washington is the Miami receiver whose floor rises most, and Jalen Tolbert is a deep-league streamer this week in a game that projects to be played from behind against Kansas City, which means volume.

Jeshaun Jones — MIN (WR depth — off the active depth chart while serving a league suspension)

  • Status: SUSPENDED — (c) official reserve-list status. Verified as status code SUS on https://www.nfl.com/teams/minnesota-vikings/roster as of Sept 25, 2026. This is a league disciplinary suspension, not an injury, and the reserve-list status outranks everything else: he is ineligible to play, may not practice with or attend team activities, and receives no weekly game-status designation.
  • Practice this week: Did Not Participate (Friday Sept 25). Full week: DNP Wed Sept 23 -> DNP Thu Sept 24 -> DNP Fri Sept 25. Suspended players may not practice with or attend team activities and are not carried on the participation report.
  • Injury: None — this is a league disciplinary suspension, not an injury. He is physically healthy.
  • When it happened: N/A — no injury. The suspension was in effect at the start of the 2026 regular season and he has been on the reserve/suspended list throughout.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: N/A — no medical recovery applies. The governing timeline is the length of the league-imposed ban, after which he reverts to the active roster automatically provided Minnesota has a spot for him.
  • Expected back to full health: Physically available now; administratively unavailable. No reinstatement date has been reported. Assume unavailable through at least Week 6 (mid-October 2026) absent a specific announcement.
  • Next game: Will not play in Week 3 at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Sunday Sept 27, 2026. He is ineligible.
  • Next four weeks: Weeks 3-6: expect unavailable throughout unless the league announces a reinstatement date. Even upon reinstatement he would return to the back of a receiver room fronted by Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison and Jauan Jennings.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Already absorbed — Tai Felton (WR4) and Myles Price (WR5) hold the back-end active receiver jobs, with Dillon Bell and Michael Briscoe (both DEV) on the practice squad.
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18. Status code SUS on the baseline, status code SUS today.

Fantasy takeaway: Irrelevant in a 12-team full-PPR redraft league. Not rosterable, not a stash. Even reinstated he is the fifth or sixth receiver on a team that concentrates targets in Justin Jefferson.

Calvin Austin III — NYG (Off the active depth chart — a reserve-list receiver. The active order runs Malik Nabers > Darnell Mooney > Malachi Fields > Odell Beckham Jr.)

  • Status: RESERVE-INJURED — (c) a reserve-list roster status, which outranks any weekly game-status tag and is why he does not appear on the Sept 25, 2026 official report for the Sept 27 game vs Tennessee. nfl.com lists him RES on the Giants’ official roster as of Fri Sept 25, 2026.
  • Practice this week: No practice participation is filed for a player on Reserve/Injured. He did not practice Wed Sept 23, Thu Sept 24 or Fri Sept 25.
  • Injury: Torn ACL (knee).
  • When it happened: Suffered before the Sept 18, 2026 baseline was taken; he was already on Reserve/Injured at that point and his status is unchanged.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: A torn ACL requiring reconstruction is a 9-12 month rehabilitation for an NFL wide receiver, and receivers specifically often need the full 12 months plus a ramp before the cutting and top-end speed return to pre-injury form.
  • Expected back to full health: Not in 2026. A realistic return to football activity is mid-to-late 2027 — roughly June through September 2027 depending on surgery date.
  • Next game: OUT for Week 3, Sunday Sept 27, 2026 vs the Tennessee Titans at MetLife Stadium. He is on Reserve/Injured and ineligible.
  • Next four weeks: Out for Weeks 3 (vs Tennessee), 4, 5 and 6 and for the entire 2026 season. A torn ACL in September ends the year.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Malachi Fields and Odell Beckham Jr. already absorb the snaps he would have taken; Jalin Hyatt, Braxton Berrios, Dalen Cambre and Charlie Jones (all DEV) are the practice-squad depth.
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18. Still RES with a season-ending knee injury.

Fantasy takeaway: Not rosterable in any 12-team full-PPR redraft format and not a stash. Drop if somehow still held.

Gunner Olszewski — NYG (Off the active depth chart — a reserve-list receiver and return specialist.)

  • Injury: Achilles (rupture with surgical repair).
  • When it happened: Suffered before the Sept 18, 2026 baseline; he was already on Reserve/Injured at that point and the status is unchanged.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: A ruptured and repaired Achilles is a 9-12 month rehabilitation, and for a player whose value is built on burst and return-game explosiveness the functional recovery frequently stretches past 12 months.
  • Expected back to full health: Not in 2026. A realistic return to football activity is mid-to-late 2027, roughly June through September 2027.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Braxton Berrios and Charlie Jones (both DEV) are the practice-squad return options; Malachi Fields and Odell Beckham Jr. handle the receiver snaps.
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18. Still RES with a season-ending Achilles injury.

Fantasy takeaway: Not rosterable in any 12-team full-PPR redraft format. Zero fantasy relevance outside deep return-yardage formats, and none even there this season.

Johnny Wilson — PHI (Off the active depth chart — a reserve-list receiver. The active order runs DeVonta Smith > Dontayvion Wicks > Makai Lemon > Marquise Brown > Britain Covey > Elijah Moore > Darius Cooper.)

  • Status: RESERVE-INJURED — (c) a reserve-list roster status, which outranks any weekly game-status tag. nfl.com lists him RES on the Eagles’ official roster as of Fri Sept 25, 2026. The absence of a final Monday-night report does not affect a roster-list status.
  • Practice this week: No practice participation is filed for a player on Reserve/Injured. He did not practice Wed Sept 23, Thu Sept 24 or Fri Sept 25.
  • Injury: Undisclosed by the club. Philadelphia has not specified the injury publicly.
  • When it happened: Not publicly specified. He was already on Reserve/Injured at the Sept 18, 2026 baseline and the status is unchanged.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Cannot be estimated with an undisclosed injury. The governing constraint is the four-game minimum an IR player must miss before activation is permitted.
  • Expected back to full health: Unknown given the undisclosed injury. The earliest rules-eligible return is Week 5 (roughly Oct 11, 2026), with no 21-day practice window reported.
  • Next game: OUT for Week 3, Monday Sept 28, 2026 at the Chicago Bears. He is on Reserve/Injured and ineligible.
  • Next four weeks: Out for Weeks 3 (at Chicago) and 4 with certainty. Weeks 5-6 depend on a practice window Philadelphia has not opened.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Already accounted for — Darius Cooper and Britain Covey hold the back-end active roles, with Xavier Gipson (DEV) on the practice squad.
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18. Still RES with an undisclosed injury.

Fantasy takeaway: Not rosterable in any 12-team full-PPR redraft format. Zero fantasy relevance.

Cole Burgess — PIT (Reserve-list receiver — was a camp-body depth WR competing for the back end of the receiver room before the injury; holds no active depth-chart slot)

  • Status: RESERVE-INJURED — (c) official reserve-list status, status code RES on the nfl.com Steelers roster as of Sept 25, 2026. He was waived/injured, cleared waivers and reverted to Pittsburgh’s injured reserve. This reserve-list status OUTRANKS any injury-report consideration — he is ineligible to practice or play and no weekly game-status designation applies to him.
  • Practice this week: Did Not Participate — ineligible to practice while on Reserve/Injured. He has no Wed Sept 23, Thu Sept 24 or Fri Sept 25 participation to report and appears on no Pittsburgh practice report.
  • Injury: Lower-body injury, unspecified. He was carted off the practice field after making a catch during training camp; the Steelers never disclosed the specific diagnosis.
  • When it happened: Suffered during Steelers training camp in August 2026. He was carted off the field at practice, subsequently waived/injured, cleared waivers, and reverted to the team’s injured reserve list in late August 2026.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Not assessable with precision because the diagnosis was never disclosed. A cart-off at practice combined with an immediate waived/injured transaction conventionally signals a significant lower-body injury — the club’s willingness to waive rather than carry him indicates a season-long or near-season-long horizon.
  • Expected back to full health: Unknown and not publicly reportable. As a player who reverted to IR after clearing waivers, he is out for the 2026 season absent an injury settlement. Any return to football activity would realistically be 2027.
  • Next game: OUT — ineligible to play in Week 3 vs. the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday Sept 27, 2026 at Acrisure Stadium, and effectively out for the 2026 season as a waived/injured reversion to IR.
  • Next four weeks: Out for Weeks 3, 4, 5 and 6 and the balance of the 2026 season. There is no realistic activation path.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Kaden Wetjen (second-team Slot WR), Ben Skowronek (second-team Left WR) and Germie Bernard (second-team Right WR) hold the depth roles he would have competed for, with practice-squad receivers Brandon Smith, Brandon Johnson, Isaiah Hodgins and Darius Rush available for elevation.
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18. Still on Reserve/Injured with status code RES following the training-camp cart-off, the waived/injured transaction and the waiver-clearance reversion.

Fantasy takeaway: No 12-team full-PPR relevance in any format. Not rosterable. He was a camp-body depth receiver before the injury and is now out for the season on the reserve list. The only Pittsburgh receivers worth rostering are DK Metcalf, Michael Pittman Jr. and, in deep leagues, Roman Wilson.

Jake Bobo — SEA (Reserve — was WR depth before the injury)

  • Status: RESERVE-INJURED — (c) reserve/roster-list status. Carried as RES (Reserve/Injured) on the official nfl.com Seahawks roster as of Sept 25, 2026, with no designation to return.
  • Practice this week: Not applicable — he is on a season-ending reserve list and ineligible to practice or play.
  • Injury: Knee, suffered on a leaping catch attempt during a joint practice
  • When it happened: Preseason 2026
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Season-ending knee injuries of this type typically require 4-9 months of recovery depending on the specific procedure
  • Expected back to full health: Not expected back in 2026; target 2027 offseason
  • Next game: OUT for the remainder of the 2026 season, including Sept 27 vs. Washington
  • Next four weeks: Out for the season, Weeks 3-6 and beyond
  • Who benefits if he sits: N/A — deep depth receiver with minimal fantasy relevance
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18 — remains on season-ending Reserve/Injured.

Fantasy takeaway: Irrelevant for 2026 fantasy purposes

Christian Kirk — SF (Reserve — was a projected starting-caliber veteran receiver before the season)

  • Status: RESERVE-INJURED — (c) reserve/roster-list status. Carried as RSR (Reserve/Injured, Designated to Return) on the official nfl.com 49ers roster as of Sept 25, 2026.
  • Practice this week: Not applicable — he is on the reserve list and ineligible to practice or play.
  • Injury: Calf injury, sustained in training camp and determined to be more serious than initially believed
  • When it happened: Training camp 2026; placed on IR to begin the season
  • Typical recovery for this injury: IR-designated-to-return players must miss a minimum of four games from the transaction; calf strains of this reported severity typically run 4-8 weeks
  • Expected back to full health: Earliest eligible to return to practice is around Week 5 (early-to-mid October 2026), pending health
  • Next game: OUT for Sunday Sept 27 vs. Arizona — ineligible
  • Next four weeks: Out Weeks 3 and 4 by rule; earliest possible activation is Week 5, especially notable now given the injuries to Evans and Robinson in the same room
  • Who benefits if he sits: Jordan Watkins, Jacob Cowing, and KhaDarel Hodge absorb his snaps in the interim
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18 — remains on Reserve/Injured, Designated to Return.

Fantasy takeaway: Deep stash-only given the increasingly banged-up 49ers receiver room; not currently rosterable in most redraft leagues but worth watching for an early-October return

De’Zhaun Stribling — SF (Reserve — was a rotational rookie receiver before the injury)

  • Status: RESERVE-INJURED — (c) reserve/roster-list status, which now outranks his prior week’s OUT tag. Carried as RES (Reserve/Injured) on the official nfl.com 49ers roster as of Sept 25, 2026, after undergoing ankle surgery.
  • Practice this week: Not applicable — he is on injured reserve and ineligible to practice or play.
  • Injury: Left ankle — underwent surgery
  • When it happened: Suffered in San Francisco’s 2026 season opener; placed on IR and had surgery around Sept 16, 2026
  • Typical recovery for this injury: The club has given an explicit ~10-week recovery/absence estimate following the surgery
  • Expected back to full health: Approximately 10 weeks post-surgery, which projects to roughly late November 2026 (in the Week 12-13 range)
  • Next game: OUT for Sunday Sept 27 vs. Arizona — ineligible while on IR
  • Next four weeks: Out Weeks 3-6 and well beyond given the 10-week club estimate
  • Who benefits if he sits: N/A at his depth slot; the receiver snaps that would have gone to him are absorbed by Jordan Watkins, Jacob Cowing, and KhaDarel Hodge
  • Change since Week 2: Changed since Sept 18: last week he carried an OUT designation while still on the 53-man active roster; he has since been formally placed on Injured Reserve and undergone ankle surgery with a ~10-week outlook.

Fantasy takeaway: Not fantasy-relevant for the foreseeable future; drop in all redraft formats

Ricky Pearsall — SF (Reserve — was in the WR rotation before the injury)

  • Status: RESERVE-INJURED — (c) reserve/roster-list status. Carried as RES (Reserve/Injured) on the official nfl.com 49ers roster as of Sept 25, 2026, with no designation to return.
  • Practice this week: Not applicable — he is on a season-ending reserve list and ineligible to practice or play.
  • Injury: Knee (PCL) requiring season-ending surgery
  • When it happened: Preseason/early season 2026
  • Typical recovery for this injury: PCL reconstruction/repair surgery typically requires 6-9 months of recovery
  • Expected back to full health: Not expected back in 2026; target 2027 offseason
  • Next game: OUT for the remainder of the 2026 season, including Sept 27 vs. Arizona
  • Next four weeks: Out for the season, Weeks 3-6 and beyond
  • Who benefits if he sits: N/A — Jordan Watkins and Jacob Cowing absorb his role
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18 — remains on season-ending Reserve/Injured.

Fantasy takeaway: Drop in all redraft formats; irrelevant for 2026 fantasy purposes

Doubtful (1)

Doubtful means the club expects him not to play. Treat it as out unless you see a pregame report saying otherwise.

Puka Nacua — LAR (WR1 — lead receiver)

  • Status: DOUBTFUL — (a) FINAL official Friday game-status designation filed by the Rams on the Sept 25, 2026 official report for the Sept 27 Sunday Night Football game vs. Denver.
  • Practice this week: Did Not Participate (Friday Sept 25). Full week: DNP Wed Sept 23 -> DNP Thu Sept 24 -> DNP Fri Sept 25.
  • Injury: Hip/groin soreness (head coach Sean McVay specified it is groin-related rather than a hip injury)
  • When it happened: First appeared on the injury report ahead of the Sept 18, 2026 Week 2 report (a DNP that week too, with no final tag because the Rams played Monday night)
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Groin strains grade 1-2 typically sideline a player 1-3 weeks; this is his second straight week of a full DNP week
  • Expected back to full health: McVay indicated that barring a setback, Nacua should be available for the following week’s game vs. Philadelphia (Week 4, early October 2026)
  • Next game: DOUBTFUL for Sunday Night Football Sept 27 vs. Denver — per McVay, ‘more unlikely than likely to play’
  • Next four weeks: Expected to sit out Week 3 vs. Denver, then return Week 4 vs. Philadelphia barring a setback; workload may be managed initially upon return
  • Who benefits if he sits: Davante Adams remains the clear top target; Tutu Atwell and Jordan Whittington see expanded snaps and target share with Nacua out
  • Change since Week 2: Resolved from ambiguity: last week’s Sept 18 baseline had no final tag (Monday game, DNP Friday with no designation yet); this week Los Angeles has now filed an official DOUBTFUL tag after a second consecutive full DNP week.

Fantasy takeaway: Bench/DFS-fade Nacua this week given the doubtful tag and full DNP week; Davante Adams and Tutu Atwell get a fantasy bump as the primary beneficiaries

Questionable — game-time calls (10)

The genuine coin flips. Watch the inactives list, which posts about 90 minutes before kickoff, and have a replacement ready.

Zay Flowers — BAL (WR1 overall — first-team Slot WR on the Ourlads depth chart, ahead of LaJohntay Wester; Baltimore’s primary target-earner when healthy)

  • Status: QUESTIONABLE — (a) FINAL Friday game-status designation filed by Baltimore on the Sept 25, 2026 official report for the Sept 27 game at the Dallas Cowboys at the Maracana in Rio de Janeiro. Head coach Jesse Minter called him a true game-time decision who will be tested on the field in Brazil before a final call.
  • Practice this week: Limited (Friday Sept 25, walk-through estimation held in Rio). Full week: DNP Wed Sept 23 -> DNP Thu Sept 24 -> Limited Fri Sept 25. Friday was his first on-field work of the week; the Ravens reported he was in uniform and practicing at Botafogo’s facility in Rio.
  • Injury: Hamstring strain (left), the same hamstring that flared in the season opener at Indianapolis and traces back to training camp
  • When it happened: Originally aggravated in the Week 1 season opener at the Indianapolis Colts (Sept 13, 2026) — he left in the first half and did not return for the second half. Root cause dates to a training-camp hamstring issue in August 2026. He then missed the entire Week 2 home game vs. New Orleans on Sept 20.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Grade 1 hamstring strain: 1-3 weeks of missed time; Grade 2: 3-6 weeks; Grade 3 (full tear/avulsion): 8-12+ weeks and often surgery. Flowers’ presentation reads as a low Grade 1 to low Grade 2 that has been repeatedly re-aggravated — recurrent hamstrings carry roughly a 25-30% re-injury rate inside the first month back, which is exactly why Baltimore has held him out two straight weeks rather than rushing him.
  • Expected back to full health: Functionally available but not unrestricted by late September 2026. Best estimate for a genuinely unrestricted, no-snap-count Flowers is Week 4 (Oct 4, 2026) to Week 5 (Oct 11, 2026). Even if he suits up Week 3 on Sept 27, expect a managed snap count rather than full health.
  • Next game: Genuine coin flip, leaning PLAY-BUT-LIMITED for Week 3 at the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday Sept 27, 2026 in Rio de Janeiro. He practiced Friday for the first time all week, which is a meaningful upgrade over last week’s Doubtful tag, but Ian Rapoport reported midweek that the missed practices did not bode well, and Baltimore has prioritized long-term health twice already. Treat him as a true game-time decision with a real chance of a snap-count cap if active.
  • Next four weeks: Week 3 at Dallas (Sept 27, Rio): questionable, likely limited if active. Week 4: should return to a full role as the hamstring gets a normal week of work. Week 5: expect full WR1 usage. Week 6 vs. Cleveland: full go, and that is also the week rookie Ja’Kobi Lane becomes IR-eligible, which slightly deepens the room behind him. The trajectory is upward across Weeks 3-6 provided he avoids a third re-aggravation.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Rashod Bateman (WR, first-team Left WR) absorbs the alpha-target share and is the cleanest beneficiary.
  • Change since Week 2: UPGRADED from DOUBTFUL (Sept 18 baseline) to QUESTIONABLE. Practice trend also flipped direction: last week was DNP Wed -> DNP Thu -> Limited Fri and he sat; this week is DNP Wed -> DNP Thu -> Limited Fri but the Friday work happened in Brazil and Baltimore chose Questionable rather than Doubtful, which is a deliberate signal that he has a real path to playing.

Fantasy takeaway: In 12-team full PPR, do not start Flowers unless you get confirmation he is active AND uncapped — a Rio game with an early window and no pregame beat access makes late news hard to get, so have a plug-and-play WR3 slotted next to him in your lineup. If you are thin, Rashod Bateman is a defensible FLEX/WR3 against a Dallas secondary that has been throwing-game-friendly, and Devontez Walker is a legitimate deep-league dart in full PPR. Hold Flowers in all formats — this is a usage-and-timing problem, not a talent problem.

DJ Moore — BUF (RWR1 — perimeter X/Z and the Bills’ volume target alongside Khalil Shakir; co-WR1 in the passing game)

  • Status: QUESTIONABLE — (a) FINAL Friday game-status designation filed by Buffalo on the Sept 25, 2026 official report for the Sunday Sept 27 game vs the Los Angeles Chargers. Head coach Joe Brady explicitly framed him as a game-time decision: “I’m going to give them all the way through till game time.”
  • Practice this week: Limited (Friday Sept 25), in a red non-contact jersey. Full week: Limited Wed Sept 23 (red non-contact jersey, individual drills) -> DNP Thu Sept 24 -> Limited Fri Sept 25.
  • Injury: AC joint sprain, left shoulder, with an accompanying stinger (nerve/brachial-plexus irritation). Buffalo lists it on the official report simply as “shoulder.” X-rays taken in the locker room during the game were negative for fracture.
  • When it happened: Thursday Sept 17, 2026, Week 2 vs the Detroit Lions, with just under three minutes left in the second quarter, on a contested catch attempt in the end zone. He walked off under his own power with trainers and was downgraded to out for the remainder of that game.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: AC joint (shoulder) sprains are graded I-III. Grade I (ligament stretch, no separation) typically costs 0-2 weeks and is regularly played through with a pad/harness. Grade II (partial AC ligament tear, minor separation) typically 2-4 weeks. Grade III (complete AC and coracoclavicular disruption, visible separation) typically 6-8 weeks or surgery. The accompanying stinger is usually a transient neurapraxia resolving in days, though recurrent stingers can linger. Moore’s practice trajectory — back on the field six days post-injury in a non-contact jersey, negative X-rays, no IR placement, no surgery talk — points squarely at Grade I, at worst a mild Grade II.
  • Expected back to full health: Functionally available now, playing through it. Full unrestricted health (no pad, no non-contact jersey, full contested-catch confidence) expected by the first week of October 2026 — Week 4 or Week 5. Soreness on contact may persist into mid-October without costing him snaps.
  • Next game: LEAN PLAY, but a true game-time decision. Week 3, Sunday Sept 27 vs the Los Angeles Chargers at Highmark Stadium. He practiced Wednesday and Friday, told reporters “Felt great. Still gotta go through some things, but we gonna be good,” and Buffalo did not rule him out. Expect him to suit up; the risk is a reduced snap count or an in-game re-aggravation rather than a scratch.
  • Next four weeks: Week 3 (Sept 27) vs LA Chargers: expected to play through it, possibly snap-managed. Week 4 through Week 6: with a normal week of practice and no setback he should be a full-go, unrestricted WR1-usage player. The only path to missed time is a re-aggravation on a hit to that left shoulder, which would likely cost him one to two games rather than a stint on IR. Monitor Wednesday practice reports each week — a return to DNP Wednesdays is the tell that the joint is not settling.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Khalil Shakir (SWR1) absorbs the target share first and is the primary beneficiary.
  • Change since Week 2: MATERIAL CHANGE. On Sept 18 he was OUT — an in-game ruling from the Thursday Sept 17 loss of availability vs Detroit, with no practice data and no diagnosis published. He has now been diagnosed (AC joint sprain, left shoulder, plus stinger), has practiced twice in Week 3, and has been upgraded to QUESTIONABLE with a final Friday designation. Buffalo did not place him on IR. Net: meaningfully better than a week ago.

Fantasy takeaway: Start him if he’s active, but you must handcuff the decision: hold a bench flex you can pivot to and check the 90-minute inactives list before kickoff. In 12-team full PPR he is a WR2 with WR1 upside when healthy; a questionable tag with two limited practices and a non-contact jersey is a mild ding, not a fade. If you cannot wait out the inactives (early Sunday roster lock), Khalil Shakir is the safest Buffalo pivot and is a strong WR2 play in his own right this week.

Ryan Miller — MIA (RWR2 — the backup right wide receiver, now promoted into effective starter status with Caleb Douglas ruled out. Caught a 77-yard touchdown in Week 2.)

  • Status: QUESTIONABLE — (a) FINAL Friday game-status designation filed by Miami on the Sept 25, 2026 official report for the Sunday Sept 27 game vs the Kansas City Chiefs. The Friday full practice is a strong positive signal that he plays.
  • Practice this week: Full (Friday Sept 25). Full week: Limited Wed Sept 23 -> DNP Thu Sept 24 -> Full Fri Sept 25. A dip-then-recover arc; the Friday full participation is the number that matters and is why this is Questionable rather than Doubtful.
  • Injury: Hip and back — both listed on Miami’s official report. Two separate listings, likely related (a hip issue commonly refers pain into the low back and vice versa). Miami has not specified sides or grades.
  • When it happened: Mid-September 2026. It surfaced on Miami’s Week 3 practice report on Wednesday Sept 23 rather than as an in-game Week 2 injury; he played and produced a 77-yard touchdown in the Week 2 game at San Francisco on Sept 20, so this appears to have developed in the days after that game.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Hip flexor and hip pointer injuries typically cost 1-3 weeks; a labral or deeper structural hip issue is far longer. Low-back strains and spasms generally cost 1-2 weeks and are highly responsive to treatment, though they recur. The Wednesday-limited, Thursday-DNP, Friday-full pattern is the textbook profile of a soft-tissue issue being managed with a mid-week rest day rather than a progressive injury — teams routinely sit a player Thursday to get him full on Friday.
  • Expected back to full health: Effectively now — the Friday full participation indicates he is functionally ready. Full unrestricted health with no maintenance days expected by Week 4, roughly Oct 4, 2026.
  • Next game: EXPECTED TO PLAY. Week 3, Sunday Sept 27 vs the Kansas City Chiefs at Hard Rock Stadium. A Questionable tag backed by a Friday full practice converts to active at a very high rate. With Caleb Douglas ruled out, Miami needs him on the field.
  • Next four weeks: Week 3 (Sept 27) vs Kansas City: expected to play and, with Douglas out, to start on the right side with a materially expanded role. Weeks 4-6: should hold that expanded role for as long as Douglas is sidelined, which could be several weeks. This is the clearest opportunity-driven usage spike in the Miami receiver room. Risk: the hip/back is the kind of issue that recurs, so a Wednesday DNP in Week 4 would be a warning.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Jalen Tolbert (LWR2) would slide over to the right side.
  • Change since Week 2: NEW TO THE REPORT. Ryan Miller was not on the Sept 18 baseline — he was healthy and produced a 77-yard touchdown in Week 2. He appeared on the Week 3 report Wednesday with a hip/back listing, was downgraded to DNP Thursday, recovered to full Friday, and carries a QUESTIONABLE tag. Net: a minor health downgrade paired with a major opportunity upgrade, since Caleb Douglas is out.

Fantasy takeaway: Speculative start and a priority waiver add in 12-team full PPR. The combination of a Friday full practice, Caleb Douglas ruled OUT, Jaylen Wright doubtful, and a game Miami projects to trail badly against Kansas City adds up to volume. He is a flex-viable dart with genuine spike-week upside given his demonstrated big-play ability. Add him where available; start him only in deeper formats or as a desperation flex.

Mike Evans — SF (WR1 — lead receiver)

  • Status: QUESTIONABLE — (a) FINAL official Friday game-status designation filed by San Francisco on the Sept 25, 2026 official report for the Sept 27 home game vs. Arizona.
  • Practice this week: Did Not Participate (Friday’s word reflects the week’s trend — actually Limited on Friday). Full week: DNP Wed Sept 23 -> DNP Thu Sept 24 -> Limited Fri Sept 25.
  • Injury: Hip injury
  • When it happened: Week 2, Sept 20, 2026 vs. Miami — left that game early with the hip issue
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Hip strains/contusions of this grade typically cost 1-3 weeks; his upgrade to Limited by Friday is a positive signal after two DNP days
  • Expected back to full health: Trending toward full clearance within 1-2 weeks if no setback; realistic target is Week 4-5 (early-to-mid October 2026) for a fully unrestricted practice week
  • Next game: QUESTIONABLE for Sunday Sept 27 vs. Arizona — game-time decision after DNP-DNP-Limited practice week
  • Next four weeks: Questionable Week 3; if he plays, expect a workload check; risk of a setback or a Week 4 downgrade remains given the DNP-heavy week
  • Who benefits if he sits: Deebo Samuel Sr. becomes the clear top target, with Jacob Cowing and Jordan Watkins seeing expanded roles given Demarcus Robinson is also out
  • Change since Week 2: New to the report. He was not listed at all on San Francisco’s Sept 18 baseline injury report; this is a Week 2 in-game injury.

Fantasy takeaway: Risky fantasy start; check inactives Sunday morning before starting him, and have Deebo Samuel Sr. as a safer alternative given San Francisco’s receiver room is significantly banged up

Xavier Legette — CAR (WR2 – starting outside receiver opposite Tetairoa McMillan)

  • Status: QUESTIONABLE – (a) FINAL Friday game-status designation filed by Carolina on the Sept 25, 2026 official report for the Sunday Sept 27 road game at the Cleveland Browns.
  • Practice this week: Limited (Friday Sept 25). Full week: Full Wed Sept 23 -> DNP Thu Sept 24 -> Limited Fri Sept 25.
  • Injury: Knee. He underwent an MRI on Monday Sept 22, 2026 which revealed no severe injury – no structural/ligament damage reported.
  • When it happened: Sustained in or around Carolina’s Week 2 game against Atlanta on Sunday Sept 20, 2026. The MRI followed on Monday Sept 22. Notably he still practiced FULLY on Wednesday Sept 23 before being held out entirely on Thursday, which suggests soreness or swelling that flared after the Wednesday session rather than an acute new event.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: A knee injury with a clean MRI is typically a bone bruise, a contusion, or a Grade 1 MCL sprain. Bone bruises and contusions cost 1-3 weeks and are driven by pain and swelling tolerance. A Grade 1 MCL sprain runs 1-2 weeks, Grade 2 runs 3-5 weeks. The clean MRI is the single most important fact here – it rules out the ACL/meniscus outcomes that would change his season.
  • Expected back to full health: Week 4 to Week 6, early-to-mid October 2026. Like Coker, the Week 5 BYE is his real recovery window, and Week 6 at Philadelphia on Oct 18, 2026 is when he should be unambiguously clean.
  • Next game: LEAN PLAY, but genuinely questionable, for the Week 3 game at Cleveland on Sunday Sept 27, 2026. A Full Wednesday practice and a Limited Friday with a clean MRI is the profile of a player who suits up. The Thursday DNP is what keeps this from being a confident call. Verify at the 90-minute inactives.
  • Next four weeks: Weeks 3-6: Week 3 at Cleveland (Sept 27) – Questionable, probable but snap-managed. Week 4 vs Detroit (Sun Oct 4, SNF) – a primetime matchup against a Detroit defense that will force Carolina to throw. Week 5 BYE. Week 6 at Philadelphia (Oct 18). He should be through this inside the Weeks 3-4 window with the bye as a safety valve.
  • Who benefits if he sits: John Metchie III (WR4) is listed directly behind Legette on the right side and would start.
  • Change since Week 2: NEW TO THIS REPORT. He does not appear on the Sept 18 baseline injury list at all. He hurt the knee in or around the Week 2 game vs Atlanta, had a clean MRI on Sept 22, practiced fully Wednesday, sat Thursday, returned Limited Friday, and drew a QUESTIONABLE tag.

Fantasy takeaway: A risky WR4/flex in 12-team full-PPR. Legette’s target share is real but his efficiency has been inconsistent and a knee-managed snap count caps him. If you have any comparable option, sit him. The clean MRI means do not panic-drop him – this is a one-to-two-week issue, not a season-altering one. Hold through the bye.

Michael Pittman Jr. — PIT (WR2 — first-team Right WR on the Ourlads Steelers depth chart ahead of Germie Bernard, and the No. 2 target behind DK Metcalf. ROSTER VERIFICATION: confirmed on the live nfl.com Pittsburgh Steelers roster at jersey No. 11 with status code ACT. He is a Steeler, not a Colt.)

  • Status: QUESTIONABLE — (a) FINAL Friday game-status designation filed by Pittsburgh on the Sept 25, 2026 official report for the Sept 27 home game vs. the Cincinnati Bengals. Note that Pittsburgh holds a weekly walk-through on Fridays, so its Friday participation figures are the club’s estimation rather than a measured practice.
  • Practice this week: Limited (Friday Sept 25, walk-through estimation). Full week: Limited Wed Sept 23 -> Limited Thu Sept 24 -> Limited Fri Sept 25. A flat, three-day Limited week with no DNP and no escalation to Full.
  • Injury: Foot injury (mid-foot; the Steelers have not specified a Lisfranc or a plantar-plate diagnosis, and head coach Mike McCarthy publicly clarified it as a manageable foot issue rather than a structural one)
  • When it happened: First surfaced on the Week 2 practice report in mid-September 2026, limiting him Wednesday Sept 16 before a DNP on Thursday Sept 17 and a DNP on Friday Sept 18. He was Questionable for the Week 2 road game at New England on Sept 20. The originating event was not publicly pinned to a single play.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Depends heavily on the structure involved. A simple foot contusion or plantar bruise: 1-2 weeks. A plantar-plate or turf-toe variant: 2-6 weeks. A Lisfranc sprain: 6-10 weeks non-surgical, 4-6 months surgical. Pittman’s three straight limited practices and McCarthy’s public clarification strongly indicate a soft-tissue/contusion-class issue at the mild end, not a Lisfranc.
  • Expected back to full health: Trending toward full health but not there yet. Best estimate for an unrestricted, non-limited Pittman is Week 4 (Oct 4, 2026) to Week 5 (Oct 11, 2026). He has practiced in some form all three days this week, which is a meaningful improvement over last week’s two DNPs.
  • Next game: LEAN PLAY for Week 3 vs. the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday Sept 27, 2026, 1:00 PM ET at Acrisure Stadium. Three consecutive limited practices — an upgrade from last week’s Limited/DNP/DNP pattern — combined with McCarthy’s encouraging public comments point to him suiting up. Expect a possible snap-count cap rather than a full workload.
  • Next four weeks: Week 3 vs. Cincinnati: likely plays, possibly capped. Weeks 4-5: should shed the designation as the foot settles, assuming no setback. Week 6: expect a full role. The overarching risk is that foot injuries in receivers are notoriously prone to lingering — a single aggravation could reset this timeline, so monitor the Wednesday report each week rather than assuming linear progress.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Germie Bernard (second-team Right WR) is the direct next man up and would see the biggest snap increase. Roman Wilson (first-team Slot WR) and Ben Skowronek (second-team Left WR) would absorb additional targets, and TE Pat Freiermuth would see a target bump in a Steelers offense that leans on him.
  • Change since Week 2: IMPROVED practice trend, SAME designation. Last week he was QUESTIONABLE after Limited Wed -> DNP Thu -> DNP Fri. This week he is QUESTIONABLE again but after Limited Wed -> Limited Thu -> Limited Fri — three practice days instead of one, which is a clear directional upgrade even though the tag is unchanged. ROSTER CORRECTION CONFIRMED: the baseline’s placement of him on Pittsburgh is correct and verified against the live nfl.com Steelers roster.

Fantasy takeaway: Startable as a WR3/FLEX in 12-team full PPR if you can confirm he is active, but hold a backup plan. The practice trend is genuinely positive — three limited sessions beats last week’s two DNPs — and a home divisional game against Cincinnati’s secondary is a decent spot. The snap-count risk is real though, so if you have a clean WR3 alternative with no designation, use it. Do not drop him; this is a short-term availability question, not a role question.

Jalen Coker — CAR (WR3 – starting slot receiver)

  • Status: QUESTIONABLE – (a) FINAL Friday game-status designation filed by Carolina on the Sept 25, 2026 official report for the Sunday Sept 27 road game at the Cleveland Browns. This is a downgrade from the BLANK game status he carried on the Sept 18 report.
  • Practice this week: Limited (Friday Sept 25). Full week: Limited Wed Sept 23 -> DNP Thu Sept 24 -> Limited Fri Sept 25.
  • Injury: Ankle – a reaggravation of the rolled ankle he carried through Week 2. He wore a walking boot on Monday Sept 22, 2026 as a precaution. Head coach Dave Canales said he ‘looked good Friday’.
  • When it happened: Originally rolled in the week leading into Week 2 (mid-September 2026); aggravated or worsened around the Week 2 game against Atlanta on Sunday Sept 20, 2026, with the walking boot appearing Monday Sept 22.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: A low ankle sprain costs an NFL receiver 1-3 weeks for Grade 1 and 3-6 weeks for Grade 2. A high ankle sprain is 4-8 weeks. Coker’s DNP-to-Limited progression plus a precautionary boot and no imaging red flags reads as a Grade 1-to-2 low sprain being managed week to week rather than a high sprain.
  • Expected back to full health: Realistically Week 5 or Week 6, mid-to-late October 2026. Carolina’s Week 5 BYE is the natural reset point – expect him to be genuinely clean coming out of it for Week 6 at Philadelphia on Oct 18, 2026.
  • Next game: TRUE COIN FLIP, leaning PLAY on a snap count, for the Week 3 game at Cleveland on Sunday Sept 27, 2026. The Friday upgrade back to Limited plus Canales’s positive comment points to active, but a Questionable tag on an ankle a receiver has already been in a boot for means you cannot count on a full route tree. Check the 90-minute inactives.
  • Next four weeks: Weeks 3-6: Week 3 at Cleveland (Sept 27) – Questionable, likely limited snaps. Week 4 vs Detroit (Sun Oct 4, 8:20 ET SNF) – the ankle will still be in play on a short turnaround from a road game. Week 5 BYE – the best thing that could happen to this ankle. Week 6 at Philadelphia (Oct 18) – expect him closer to full, though the Eagles matchup is rough. The bye is the pivot point for the whole stretch.
  • Who benefits if he sits: John Metchie III (WR4) is the direct slot replacement and the primary beneficiary.
  • Change since Week 2: CHANGED since Sept 18 – a downgrade. He was on the Week 2 final report with a BLANK game status after a Full Friday practice. He is now QUESTIONABLE, he wore a walking boot Monday Sept 22, and he missed Thursday’s practice outright. The ankle is worse than it was a week ago, not better.

Fantasy takeaway: Bench him in 12-team full-PPR unless you are desperate – a Questionable ankle receiver on a snap count is exactly the profile that returns 3 points. Have a replacement ready before the 90-minute inactives. The real play is stacking Tetairoa McMillan, whose target share should spike with both Coker and Legette compromised. If Coker sits, John Metchie III is a legitimate one-week FAAB dart in deeper 12-team formats.

Marvin Mims Jr. — DEN (WR4 overall — Ourlads lists him SWR2 behind Pat Bryant; he is also Denver’s primary punt and kick returner, which keeps him active on game day even in weeks his route volume is thin.)

  • Status: QUESTIONABLE — (a) FINAL Friday game-status designation filed by Denver on the Sept 25, 2026 official report for the Sunday Sept 27 Sunday Night Football game vs. the Los Angeles Rams.
  • Practice this week: Limited (Friday Sept 25). Full week: Limited Wed Sept 23 -> Limited Thu Sept 24 -> Limited Fri Sept 25. Three straight limited days is a meaningful upgrade on Week 2, when he did not practice at all.
  • Injury: Foot injury — the same foot that has had him on Denver’s report since mid-September. The club has not specified the structure involved beyond ‘foot’.
  • When it happened: Aggravated in the week leading into the Week 2 game vs. Jacksonville (he was DNP all three days Sept 16-18 and was ruled OUT for the Sept 20 game). The underlying foot problem traces to the Week 1 loss at Kansas City on Sept 14, 2026.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Generic soft-tissue/midfoot foot irritation without a Lisfranc or fracture component typically costs 1-3 weeks; a low-grade plantar or midfoot sprain is 2-4 weeks; a true Lisfranc sprain is 6-10 weeks and surgical Lisfranc is season-ending. His week-over-week trajectory (DNP x3 -> Limited x3) is consistent with the mildest of those categories, not a Lisfranc.
  • Expected back to full health: Functionally available now with residual soreness; full unrestricted practice most likely by the week of Oct 1-2, 2026, i.e. Week 4 vs. Seattle. Call it fully healthy by early October 2026.
  • Next game: Lean PLAY, with snap-count risk. Questionable after three limited days and an explicit return to practice points to him dressing for the Sunday Sept 27 Sunday Night Football game vs. the Los Angeles Rams. Denver has no reason to hide him — the bigger question is whether he is a full-route participant or return-specialist-plus-spot-snaps.
  • Next four weeks: Week 3 vs. Rams (Sun Sept 27): likely active, limited route tree. Week 4 vs. Seattle: expected full. Week 5 and Week 6: expected full, no restriction. Even at full health his standing is the problem, not the foot — with Courtland Sutton, Jaylen Waddle and Pat Bryant ahead of him, Mims is a boom-or-bust deep-shot and return-yardage asset rather than a target-volume play.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Troy Franklin (WR5, RWR2 behind Jaylen Waddle) absorbs the outside snaps; Lil’Jordan Humphrey (LWR2) covers the big-slot work. Pat Bryant stays the primary slot either way. On returns, Troy Franklin and Tyler Badie are the fallback options.
  • Change since Week 2: UPGRADED. Baseline Sept 18: OUT, DNP all three days, missed the Week 2 game vs. Jacksonville. Now QUESTIONABLE with three straight limited practices and an explicit club statement that he returned to practice this week.

Fantasy takeaway: In a 12-team full-PPR redraft, Mims is a bench stash / bye-week dart, not a startable flex in Week 3. If you need him active for a flex slot you are already in trouble at WR. Hold if you rostered him for the return upside and the big-play equity in a Sunday-night shootout script vs. the Rams; drop him for a startable RB if your bench is tight.

Keon Coleman — BUF (LWR1 — Ourlads has him as the first-team left wide receiver ahead of Josh Palmer; the Bills’ big-bodied boundary/red-zone target)

  • Status: QUESTIONABLE — (a) FINAL Friday game-status designation filed by Buffalo on the Sept 25, 2026 official report for the Sunday Sept 27 game vs the Los Angeles Chargers. Joe Brady grouped him with DJ Moore as a game-time decision.
  • Practice this week: Limited (Friday Sept 25) — his first practice participation of the week, in a regular (non-red) jersey. Full week: DNP Wed Sept 23 -> DNP Thu Sept 24 -> Limited Fri Sept 25.
  • Injury: Ankle. Buffalo has not specified left or right, nor a grade, and has not indicated whether it is a high (syndesmotic) or low (lateral) sprain. Reporting describes it as an ankle that forced him briefly out of the Week 2 game before he returned to finish it, then stiffened up during the week.
  • When it happened: Thursday Sept 17, 2026, Week 2 vs the Detroit Lions. He left the game briefly, was evaluated, and returned to play — the tell that it was not severe at the moment of injury. It worsened enough during the following week to cost him Wednesday and Thursday practices.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: A low/lateral ankle sprain typically costs 1-3 weeks: Grade I 1-2 weeks, Grade II 2-4 weeks, Grade III 4-8 weeks. A high (syndesmotic) ankle sprain is the more punishing class at 4-6 weeks minimum and often 6-8. The fact that he returned to the Week 2 game and was back on the practice field Friday without a red non-contact jersey argues strongly for a low-ankle sprain in the Grade I-II range, not a high ankle sprain. Ankles of this class characteristically feel worse on days 2-4 than on day 1, which fits his DNP-DNP-Limited arc precisely.
  • Expected back to full health: Full, unrestricted health estimated at roughly Oct 4-11, 2026 — Week 4 to Week 5. Ankle sprains commonly linger as a cut-and-burst limiter for two to three weeks after the player returns, so expect diminished separation on breaking routes even once he’s active.
  • Next game: COIN FLIP, leaning play but the shakier of Buffalo’s two questionable receivers. Week 3, Sunday Sept 27 vs the Los Angeles Chargers. Two straight DNPs is a genuine red flag; the Friday upgrade to limited in a regular jersey is the counterweight. Treat him as a true 50/50 that resolves at the 90-minute inactives deadline.
  • Next four weeks: Week 3 (Sept 27) vs LA Chargers: genuinely uncertain, and if he plays he is likely snap-limited with reduced route-running efficiency. Weeks 4-6: assuming this is the low-ankle sprain the evidence suggests, he should be fully available and back to his normal boundary role by Week 4, with full explosiveness by Week 5. Escalation risk: if this turns out to be a high ankle sprain, the timeline stretches through Week 6 and IR becomes a live possibility — the Wednesday Week 4 report is the checkpoint.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Josh Palmer (LWR2) is the direct positional replacement and would start on the left boundary.
  • Change since Week 2: NEW TO THE REPORT. Keon Coleman was RESOLVED on the Sept 18 baseline — he carried no designation and no injury listing on Buffalo’s final Week 2 report. He was injured in that Thursday Sept 17 game, played through it, and has now appeared on the Week 3 report with an ankle, missed two practices, and drawn a QUESTIONABLE tag. This is a straight downgrade from a clean bill of health.

Fantasy takeaway: Do not start him blind in 12-team full PPR. He is a WR3/flex when healthy and this is not healthy — two DNPs plus a Friday limited is the profile of a player who either sits or plays at 60 percent. If your lineup locks before inactives, bench him. If you can wait, he is startable only as a desperation flex. The actionable move is the opposite side of the trade: Khalil Shakir’s floor and ceiling both rise this week, and Josh Palmer is a live deep-league streamer if Coleman is ruled out.

Adonai Mitchell — NYJ (LWR1 — the Jets’ starting left wide receiver and their No. 2 target behind Garrett Wilson (9 catches for 123 yards through two games, second on the team to Wilson’s 11))

  • Status: QUESTIONABLE — (a) FINAL Friday game-status designation filed by the New York Jets on the Sept 25, 2026 official report for the Sunday Sept 27 game at the Detroit Lions. Head coach Aaron Glenn said Friday that Mitchell “should be good to go,” and Glenn also said he did not think Mitchell broke the finger.
  • Practice this week: Limited (Friday Sept 25), seen with a bulky wrap on his right hand. Full week: not listed Wed Sept 23 (he was healthy) -> Limited Thu Sept 24 (added to the report after the injury occurred in that day’s practice) -> Limited Fri Sept 25.
  • Injury: Finger, right hand. The injury occurred when his finger caught in a jersey during practice. Aaron Glenn said he did not believe the finger was broken. The Jets have not specified which finger or published imaging results.
  • When it happened: Thursday Sept 24, 2026, during a Jets practice — not in a game. His finger was caught in a jersey. He was added to that day’s injury report as a limited participant.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Finger injuries vary enormously by structure. A jammed finger or PIP joint sprain costs 0-2 weeks and is routinely played through with a buddy tape. A dislocation costs 1-3 weeks. A fracture costs 3-6 weeks, and for a receiver often means either sitting or playing with a club that eliminates catching. A tendon avulsion (jersey finger — mallet or FDP avulsion) is precisely the mechanism described here, a finger caught in a jersey, and that injury frequently requires surgery with a 6-12 week timeline. Glenn’s statement that it is likely not broken is the key mitigating detail, but the mechanism warrants caution.
  • Expected back to full health: If it is a sprain or jam, functionally healthy now with a wrap, and fully unrestricted by roughly Oct 4-11, 2026 — Week 4 to Week 5. If imaging later reveals a tendon avulsion, the timeline extends to November or beyond and surgery becomes likely. As of Sept 25 the club’s public position is the optimistic one.
  • Next game: EXPECTED TO PLAY, but with a real production warning. Week 3, Sunday Sept 27 at the Detroit Lions, Ford Field. Glenn said he should be good to go and the Jets have only three other healthy receivers on the main roster, so they need him. The concern is not availability but function — a bulky wrap on the catching hand materially degrades a receiver’s ability to secure targets.
  • Next four weeks: Week 3 (Sept 27) at Detroit: expected active but compromised by the hand wrap. Weeks 4-6: should improve steadily if the finger is a sprain, with the wrap shrinking week over week. His opportunity is enormous across this window — Arian Smith is out for the season, Omar Cooper Jr. is on IR, Tim Patrick is on IR and Mason Taylor is out, leaving him and Garrett Wilson as the only established pass catchers. If the finger proves structural, that opportunity evaporates and the Jets’ receiver room becomes a genuine crisis.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Isaiah Williams (SWR1) and Malik McClain (LWR2, recently elevated to the active roster) would start.
  • Change since Week 2: NEW TO THE REPORT. Adonai Mitchell was not on the Sept 18 baseline — he was healthy and starting. He caught his finger in a jersey during Thursday Sept 24 practice, was added to that day’s report as a limited participant, practiced limited again Friday with a bulky right-hand wrap, and drew a QUESTIONABLE tag. Note the baseline had him as the LWR starter, which is unchanged.

Fantasy takeaway: Risky start — fade him in 12-team full PPR if you have an alternative. The opportunity is outstanding (the Jets’ receiver room is decimated and Detroit’s pace should force volume), but a bulky wrap on the catching hand is a genuine efficiency killer, and at least one analyst is explicitly recommending avoiding him this week. He is a boom-or-bust flex. The cleaner play from this same situation is Garrett Wilson, who is a locked-in WR1 with a target share that should be enormous, and Kenyon Sadiq as a TE streamer.

Final tag still pending (1)

The Monday night teams file a day later than everyone else. Real situations, final tag still to come.

DeVonta Smith — PHI (WR1 — the top target, listed first at right wide receiver on Ourlads (09/24/2026), with Dontayvion Wicks on the left and Makai Lemon in the slot.)

  • Status: QUESTIONABLE — (b) a practice-report-only status with no final tag. Philadelphia plays Monday night Sept 28 at Chicago, so its final game-status report is not due until Saturday Sept 27 and NO FINAL TAG EXISTS YET as of Friday Sept 25. He appears on all three Week 3 practice reports with a hamstring, and his Friday upgrade to full participation is the strongest available signal that he plays.
  • Practice this week: Full (Friday Sept 25). Full week: DNP Wed Sept 23 -> DNP Thu Sept 24 -> Full Fri Sept 25. He was present at Thursday’s session but did not participate; he returned to full work Friday and was reported to have ‘looked pretty good’ in the early portion of practice.
  • Injury: Hamstring.
  • When it happened: Not tied to a game snap. He came out of the Sept 20 Week 2 win over Tennessee healthy — he posted 10 catches for 117 yards and a touchdown in that game — and the hamstring surfaced in the Week 3 practice week, first showing as a Wednesday Sept 23 absence.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Hamstring strains grade at 1-2 weeks for Grade 1, 3-6 weeks for Grade 2, and 8-12 weeks or more for Grade 3. Going DNP-DNP-Full inside a single week is the signature of a Grade 1 tweak or a precautionary rest, not a true strain — a Grade 2 does not return to full participation in 72 hours.
  • Expected back to full health: Functionally healthy now, Week 3 (Monday Sept 28, 2026), given the Friday full session. Fully past re-injury risk by roughly Week 5 (mid-October 2026).
  • Next game: EXPECTED TO PLAY in Week 3, Monday Sept 28, 2026 at the Chicago Bears. He practiced fully Friday. The formal designation will land on Saturday Sept 27 and a Questionable tag would not be a surprise even with a full Friday, given hamstrings.
  • Next four weeks: Expected available Weeks 3-6, beginning at Chicago. Hamstrings recur, so treat every Wednesday report through mid-October as a checkpoint. With Dallas Goedert out for multiple weeks, Smith’s target share should rise, not fall, over this stretch.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Dontayvion Wicks would take the alpha role, Makai Lemon would see a large slot-target bump, and Marquise Brown would move up on the outside. Britain Covey, Elijah Moore and Darius Cooper round out the room. Johnny Wilson is on Reserve/Injured.
  • Change since Week 2: NEW to this report. He is not in the Sept 18 baseline — he was healthy and unlisted, and he went for 10-117-1 in the Week 2 win over Tennessee. The hamstring surfaced during the Week 3 practice week, costing him Wednesday and Thursday before a full Friday return.

Fantasy takeaway: Start him as a WR1 in 12-team full-PPR, with a Saturday-report check before locking lineups. DNP-DNP-Full is the reassuring version of this week, and Goedert’s absence concentrates targets. Because it is a Monday night game you have the full Sunday slate to see the Saturday designation — no need to guess early.

Cleared — listed this week but carrying no designation (34)

The good news. Every player here carried an injury or a listing at some point this week and finished it without a designation.

Rome Odunze — CHI (WR1 — the X, split left, and Chicago’s primary outside target)

  • Status: RESOLVED — (b) practice-report only, established by absence. Odunze carries no entry on any day of Chicago’s Week 3 participation report. The club plays Monday Sept 28 so no final tag exists yet, but an unlisted player cannot be designated.
  • Practice this week: Full (Friday Sept 25). Full week: Full Wed Sept 23 -> Full Thu Sept 24 -> Full Fri Sept 25. Unlisted on all three days.
  • Injury: None active. The calf strain that shadowed him through the first two weeks is fully resolved. Chicago never disclosed which leg.
  • When it happened: Originated at a Halas Hall practice on Sept 3, 2026, when he left the session early alongside D’Andre Swift, ahead of Week 1. It had already cleared by the Sept 18 final report.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: N/A — resolved. Calf strains generally run 1-3 weeks for grade I and 3-6 weeks for grade II; Odunze’s tracked to the short end and cost him no game time.
  • Expected back to full health: Fully healthy now, as of Sept 25, 2026.
  • Next game: Will play, unrestricted, in Week 3 vs the Philadelphia Eagles, Monday Sept 28, 2026.
  • Next four weeks: Week 3 (Mon Sept 28 vs Philadelphia) through Week 6: no injury concern at all. The entire question for Odunze over this stretch is quarterback play, not health — Case Keenum in Week 3, likely Tyson Bagent in Week 4 vs the New York Jets, and Caleb Williams targeted for a Week 5 or Week 6 return.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Jahdae Walker (WR4) is the direct backup at the left/X spot on Chicago’s chart. Luther Burden III (WR2) and Kalif Raymond (slot) would see target share redistributed their way.
  • Change since Week 2: No change in his own health since Sept 18 — the calf was already resolved on that baseline and remains resolved. What changed is entirely around him: his quarterback is now Case Keenum instead of Caleb Williams.

Fantasy takeaway: Healthy but downgraded. In a 12-team full-PPR league he stays in your lineup as a WR2/WR3 on talent and target volume, but this is the week to lower expectations and consider a sit if you have a healthy alternative with a real quarterback — a Monday-night matchup with Philadelphia’s defense and a QB3 under center is a bad combination. Buy-low window if a manager in your league is panicking; his value rebounds the moment Williams is back.

Ja’Marr Chase — CIN (WR1 — first-team Left WR and the offense’s alpha target; unquestioned No. 1 receiver)

  • Status: RESOLVED — (a) FINAL Friday outcome confirming the issue is closed. Chase appears NOWHERE on Cincinnati’s FINAL Sept 25, 2026 official Week 3 injury report for the Sept 27 game at Pittsburgh. No practice designation, no game-status tag.
  • Practice this week: Full and unlisted (Friday Sept 25). Full week: full and unlisted Wed Sept 23 -> full and unlisted Thu Sept 24 -> full and unlisted Fri Sept 25.
  • Injury: Knee — minor, no structural damage. Fully historical, not an active condition.
  • When it happened: A minor knee issue that surfaced in early September 2026 during the lead-in to the season. It never produced a game-status designation and was closed out before the Week 2 report.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: A minor knee contusion or bone bruise with no structural damage: 1-2 weeks of managed practice with typically zero missed games. Chase’s followed that path exactly and required no missed time.
  • Expected back to full health: Already fully healthy as of Week 3 (week of Sept 21-27, 2026), and has been since before Week 2.
  • Next game: FULL GO, no designation, for Week 3 at the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday Sept 27, 2026, 1:00 PM ET. Expect a full workload.
  • Next four weeks: Healthy Weeks 3-6 barring new injury. With Andrei Iosivas on IR through Week 6, Chase’s target share should climb further — Cincinnati’s pass-catcher pool is now effectively Chase, Higgins, Gesicki and a committee, which is the most concentrated it has been all season.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Tee Higgins (first-team Right WR) would absorb the alpha role, with Dohnte Meyers (Slot WR1) and Colbie Young moving up the perimeter rotation. Mike Gesicki would see a further target bump.
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18. He was already marked RESOLVED on the baseline with the knee issue closed, and he remains completely off the injury report for Week 3.

Fantasy takeaway: Lock-and-load WR1 in 12-team full PPR — start him every week without a second thought. The Iosivas IR placement is a direct positive for his target floor and ceiling. No injury concern exists; he carries no designation for a second consecutive week.

Jerry Jeudy — CLE (WR1 — first-team Right WR on the Ourlads depth chart ahead of Tylan Wallace; Cleveland’s leading target earner)

  • Status: RESOLVED — (a) FINAL Friday outcome confirming the issue is closed. Jeudy appears NOWHERE on Cleveland’s FINAL Sept 25, 2026 official Week 3 injury report for the Sept 27 home game vs. the Carolina Panthers. No practice designation, no game-status tag.
  • Practice this week: Full and unlisted (Friday Sept 25). Full week: full and unlisted Wed Sept 23 -> full and unlisted Thu Sept 24 -> full and unlisted Fri Sept 25. He was never added to the Week 3 report at any point.
  • Injury: Wrist — now fully resolved. Historical, not an active condition.
  • When it happened: A wrist issue that appeared on Cleveland’s Week 2 practice report in mid-September 2026. He was a full participant all three days that week (Full Wed Sept 16 -> Full Thu Sept 17 -> Full Fri Sept 18), drew no game-status tag, and played.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: A minor wrist sprain or contusion with no structural damage: 1-3 weeks of managed practice with taping, typically zero missed games. Jeudy’s followed exactly that path — full participation throughout and no missed time, then removal from the report entirely.
  • Expected back to full health: Already fully healthy as of Week 3 (week of Sept 21-27, 2026). No restriction, no taping limitation reported.
  • Next game: FULL GO, no designation, for Week 3 vs. the Carolina Panthers on Sunday Sept 27, 2026, 1:00 PM ET at Huntington Bank Field.
  • Next four weeks: Healthy Weeks 3-6. His fantasy outlook across this window is governed by quarterback play rather than health — Deshaun Watson’s efficiency and Cleveland’s offensive-line issues (RG Teven Jenkins out a third straight game) are the real constraints on his ceiling. The Carolina matchup in Week 3 is favorable given Carolina’s pass-heavy profile driving game script.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Tylan Wallace (second-team Right WR) is the direct next man up, with KC Concepcion (Slot WR1), Denzel Boston (first-team Left WR) and Isaiah Bond absorbing the remaining target share.
  • Change since Week 2: UPGRADED. On Sept 18 he was on the practice report with a wrist issue (Full Wed -> Full Thu -> Full Fri) and NO game-status tag filed. He is now off the injury report entirely — a clean upgrade from ‘listed but untagged’ to ‘fully cleared and unlisted.’

Fantasy takeaway: Startable as a WR2/FLEX in 12-team full PPR. The wrist is a closed issue and he carries no designation for a second consecutive week, so there is no availability risk. His value is capped by Cleveland’s quarterback situation rather than his health — treat him as a volume-dependent WR2 with a soft weekly floor, and note that he is Cleveland’s only receiver you can start with confidence.

CeeDee Lamb — DAL (WR1 — the alpha target, listed first at right wide receiver on Ourlads (09/21/2026), with George Pickens as the X opposite him.)

  • Status: NO GAME-STATUS DESIGNATION — (a) he does not appear anywhere on the Cowboys’ FINAL Friday Sept 25, 2026 official game-status report for the Sept 27 game vs Baltimore. Dallas filed only four defenders plus LB James Houston and zero offensive skill players.
  • Practice this week: Full (Friday Sept 25). Full week: not on the injury report Wed Sept 23, Thu Sept 24 or Fri Sept 25, so no participation level is filed — he practiced without restriction all three days.
  • Injury: None. Healthy. Flagged here specifically because a prior-season ankle-sprain story about him ranks highly in search and is not current — see excluded_and_why.
  • When it happened: N/A — no injury to date in 2026. The widely-circulating ‘Lamb ruled out multiple weeks with ankle sprain’ item carries a Sept 23, 2025 dateline and describes the 2025 season.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: N/A — he is healthy and carries no injury that requires a recovery window.
  • Expected back to full health: Already at full health as of Fri Sept 25, 2026 (Week 3).
  • Next game: ACTIVE and a full-go starter for Week 3, Sunday Sept 27, 2026 vs the Baltimore Ravens in Rio de Janeiro. No designation and no practice restriction.
  • Next four weeks: Healthy and expected to hold a full alpha target share through Weeks 3-6, beginning with Baltimore.
  • Who benefits if he sits: George Pickens would inherit the alpha role, with Ryan Flournoy (slot) and KaVontae Turpin moving up and Jonathan Mingo seeing an expanded rotation.
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18. He was healthy then and is healthy now. He is added to this report only to document the stale-source screen — the circulating ankle story is a 2025 article, not a 2026 one.

Fantasy takeaway: Start him as a WR1 in 12-team full-PPR without hesitation. If a leaguemate panic-shops him off a recycled 2025 ankle headline, that is a buy-low window, not a real injury.

Christian Watson — GB (WR1 — split left on the published chart and, with Jayden Reed out, Green Bay’s clear No. 1 target)

  • Status: NO GAME-STATUS DESIGNATION — (a) Green Bay’s FINAL official report for the Thursday Sept 24, 2026 game vs the Atlanta Falcons carried no entry for Watson. He was active and played.
  • Practice this week: Full. Full week on Green Bay’s compressed Thursday schedule: Full Monday Sept 21 -> Full Tuesday Sept 22 -> Full Wednesday Sept 23. Unlisted on every day of the Week 3 participation report.
  • Injury: None active. Watson carries a long-documented career injury history, but nothing is currently flagged.
  • When it happened: N/A — no current injury. He has not appeared on a Green Bay injury report during the 2026 regular season.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: N/A — nothing to recover from. The standing caution is historical: Watson’s career pattern of soft-tissue and lower-body injuries means he carries a higher-than-average week-to-week risk even when he is not listed, which is a roster-construction consideration rather than a current status.
  • Expected back to full health: Fully healthy now, as of Sept 25, 2026.
  • Next game: Played in Week 3 — Green Bay’s Week 3 was the Thursday Sept 24, 2026 game vs the Atlanta Falcons (Packers lost 35-14). He was active and unrestricted, and caught at least one touchdown from Jordan Love in that game.
  • Next four weeks: Week 3 (Thu Sept 24 vs Atlanta): played. Week 4 (Sun Oct 4 at Tampa Bay), Week 5 (division game vs Chicago) and Week 6: no injury concern flagged. He entered Week 3 with 188 receiving yards and 3 touchdowns and profiles as the target leader while Jayden Reed is out and Savion Williams is on IR.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Bo Melton (WR5) is his direct backup at the left/X spot on the published chart. Matthew Golden (WR2) and Skyy Moore (WR4) would absorb the redistributed volume.
  • Change since Week 2: No change in his own status since Sept 18 — no designation then, none now. His usage outlook improved because Jayden Reed was injured in Week 2 and did not play in Week 3.

Fantasy takeaway: Start him as a WR2 with WR1 weeks in 12-team full-PPR. With Reed out indefinitely and Savion Williams on IR, the target concentration in Green Bay is now Watson, Matthew Golden and Tucker Kraft — a three-man tree, which is exactly the environment that produces reliable PPR volume. His injury history argues for holding a bench receiver you trust, not for benching him.

Brian Thomas Jr. — JAX (WR1 — outside/X receiver, Trevor Lawrence’s top target)

  • Status: RESOLVED — (a) final Friday outcome: fully cleared, no injury and no game-status tag on Jacksonville’s official Sept 25, 2026 report for the Sept 27, 2026 home game vs. the New England Patriots.
  • Practice this week: Full participation (Friday Sept 25). Full week: Full Wed Sept 23 -> Full Thu Sept 24 -> Full Fri Sept 25 — off the injury report entirely.
  • Injury: Left shoulder (now resolved)
  • When it happened: Originally an in-game injury from Week 1/2 that he played through
  • Typical recovery for this injury: N/A — cleared
  • Expected back to full health: Fully healthy now
  • Next game: Expected to play Sunday, Sept 27, 2026 vs. the New England Patriots with no injury designation
  • Next four weeks: Weeks 3-6: no expected missed time; full workload as Jacksonville’s clear WR1
  • Who benefits if he sits: N/A — fully cleared
  • Change since Week 2: CLEARED since Sept 18 — carried a shoulder practice note (limited, no designation) on the Sept 18 baseline; he is now off the injury report entirely.

Fantasy takeaway: Locked-in WR1 start in 12-team full-PPR with no injury caveat for Week 3

Rashee Rice — KC (WR1 — Ourlads lists him as the slot receiver (SWR1) ahead of Jalen Royals, and he is Kansas City’s primary target earner.)

  • Status: NO GAME-STATUS DESIGNATION — (b) he appears on Kansas City’s Week 3 practice report with a knee listing but received NO final game-status tag on the Friday Sept 25, 2026 report for the Sunday Sept 27 game at the Miami Dolphins.
  • Practice this week: Full (Friday Sept 25). Full week: Full Wed Sept 23 -> Full Thu Sept 24 -> Full Fri Sept 25.
  • Injury: Knee — a maintenance/monitoring listing. The club has not described a new event or a grade, and it has never produced a practice restriction this week.
  • When it happened: No new injury date. The knee listing traces to his prior knee surgery and has been carried on the weekly report throughout September 2026 without an in-season aggravation being reported.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Not applicable as an active injury. For reference, the LCL/knee reconstruction class of injury is a 6-9 month return; he is long past it and has practiced fully on all three days of Week 3 practice.
  • Expected back to full health: Already at full health as of Friday Sept 25, 2026. The entry is administrative maintenance.
  • Next game: PLAY, unrestricted, as Kansas City’s WR1. He is active for the Sunday Sept 27, 1:00 p.m. ET game at the Miami Dolphins.
  • Next four weeks: Weeks 3-6: expected to play every game as the top target. The knee listing will likely stay on the weekly report as maintenance without ever generating a game status. The only genuine risk is a fresh injury, not this one.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Jalen Royals (SWR2) would take the slot snaps, with Xavier Worthy (RWR1) and Tyquan Thornton (LWR1) absorbing the target share. Nikko Remigio and Cyrus Allen are the depth options behind them.
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18. Same knee maintenance listing, same three full practices, same absence of a final game-status tag.

Fantasy takeaway: START HIM as a confident WR1/WR2 in a 12-team full-PPR redraft. Three full practices and no tag. His slot alignment plus a Mahomes target funnel is exactly the full-PPR profile you want. The report line is not a reason to sit or sell.

Ladd McConkey — LAC (WR1 — SWR1 on Ourlads ahead of Derius Davis, and Justin Herbert’s clear primary target from the slot.)

  • Status: NO GAME-STATUS DESIGNATION — (b) he carries a rib listing on the Chargers’ Week 3 practice report but received NO final game-status tag on the Friday Sept 25, 2026 report for the Sunday Sept 27, 1:00 p.m. ET game at the Buffalo Bills. He practiced his way completely off the game-status list.
  • Practice this week: Full (Friday Sept 25). Full week: Full Wed Sept 23 -> Full Thu Sept 24 -> Full Fri Sept 25. Three straight full practices — a total reversal of the prior week.
  • Injury: Rib injury (contusion, with possible cartilage involvement — the club has never specified). Now functionally resolved.
  • When it happened: Sustained in the Week 1 game on Sept 13, 2026. It kept him limited through Week 2 preparation and he carried a QUESTIONABLE tag into the Sept 20 game vs. Las Vegas.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: A rib contusion is typically 1-3 weeks; costochondral (cartilage) separation runs 3-6 weeks; an actual rib fracture is 4-8 weeks. Going from DNP-DNP-Limited in Week 2 to Full-Full-Full in Week 3 is the arc of a contusion that has settled, not a fracture.
  • Expected back to full health: Fully healthy now, as of Friday Sept 25, 2026. Residual contact-soreness risk exists but no practice or snap restriction applies.
  • Next game: PLAY, unrestricted, as the WR1. Three full practices and no game-status designation for the Sunday Sept 27, 1:00 p.m. ET game at the Buffalo Bills. This is a clean green light.
  • Next four weeks: Week 3 at Buffalo (Sun Sept 27): full go, and his target share should INCREASE — Charlie Kolar is out, David Njoku is on IR, and Brenen Thompson is out, so the Chargers are down three pass-catchers around him. Weeks 4-6: expected full and, if the tight end room stays depleted, carrying an inflated target share throughout. The only caveat is that ribs are re-aggravation-prone on contact.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Derius Davis (SWR2) would take the slot snaps, with Quentin Johnston (LWR1) and Tre’ Harris (RWR1) absorbing the vacated targets. Marquez Valdes-Scantling, newly signed to the active roster, is the fourth option outside.
  • Change since Week 2: RESOLVED. Baseline Sept 18: QUESTIONABLE with DNP Wed -> DNP Thu -> Limited Fri. Now: Full Wed -> Full Thu -> Full Fri and NO game-status designation of any kind. Complete reversal in one week.

Fantasy takeaway: START HIM as a confident WR1 in a 12-team full-PPR redraft. This is the single cleanest ‘concern resolved’ story in the division. Better still, the environment improved around him: with Kolar out, Njoku on IR and Thompson out, Justin Herbert has fewer places to go with the ball. If anyone in your league is still discounting him over the Week 2 rib scare, buy now — the window closes Sunday.

Davante Adams — LAR (WR1 — top target, elevated further with Nacua doubtful)

  • Status: RESOLVED — (a) he carries no entry at all on the Rams’ FINAL official Friday report of Sept 25, 2026 for the Sept 27 game vs. Denver.
  • Practice this week: Full participant and not listed on the report at any point Week 3 (Wed Sept 23 – Fri Sept 25).
  • Injury: None — a prior Thursday absence in Week 2 was coded Not-Injury-Related (administrative, e.g. rest/personal), not medical
  • When it happened: N/A
  • Typical recovery for this injury: N/A — no medical injury
  • Expected back to full health: Fully healthy
  • Next game: No restrictions for Sunday Sept 27 vs. Denver
  • Next four weeks: Fully available Weeks 3-6 and the clear top receiving option, especially with Nacua doubtful for Week 3
  • Who benefits if he sits: N/A — fully healthy
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18 — remains fully off the injury report; his Week 2 NIR entry was administrative, not medical.

Fantasy takeaway: Strong WR1 fantasy start this week; target share should spike further with Nacua doubtful

Chris Olave — NO (WR1 – primary outside receiver (left) and the focal point of the New Orleans passing game)

  • Status: RESOLVED – (a) he does not appear anywhere on New Orleans’ Week 3 injury reports – not on the Wednesday Sept 23 report, not on the Thursday Sept 24 report, and not on the FINAL Friday Sept 25, 2026 official report for the Sunday Sept 27 home game against the Las Vegas Raiders. He has been removed from the paperwork entirely.
  • Practice this week: Full and unlisted (Friday Sept 25). Full week: not listed Wed Sept 23 -> not listed Thu Sept 24 -> not listed Fri Sept 25. He carried no practice limitation on any of the three days.
  • Injury: Hamstring strain (now resolved)
  • When it happened: Sustained in mid-September 2026 during Week 2 preparation; he first appeared on the Week 2 practice report as a limited participant on Thursday Sept 17, 2026 and carried a QUESTIONABLE tag into the Sept 20 game at Baltimore.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Grade 1 hamstring strains cost an NFL receiver 1-3 weeks, Grade 2 runs 3-6 weeks, Grade 3 is 8-plus weeks. Olave’s resolving in roughly one week without missing a game places it firmly at the mild end of Grade 1. The standing caution is that hamstrings carry an elevated re-injury rate for about four weeks after return, and Olave has a documented injury history, so monitor his Thursday practice reports through mid-October.
  • Expected back to full health: Already fully healthy as of Friday Sept 25, 2026 (Week 3). Past the elevated hamstring re-injury window by roughly Week 6, mid-October 2026.
  • Next game: EXPECTED TO PLAY, fully unrestricted, in the Week 3 home game against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday Sept 27, 2026. He carries no designation and was a full participant all three practice days.
  • Next four weeks: Weeks 3-6: Week 3 vs Las Vegas (Sept 27) – a home opener against a Raiders secondary he should beat. Week 4 vs Atlanta (Mon Oct 5, MNF) – a divisional primetime game. Week 5 vs Minnesota. Week 6 at the New York Giants (Oct 18). That is a genuinely favorable four-game run, three of them at home. With Barion Brown OUT this week, Olave’s target share should be at its season high.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Devaughn Vele (WR2, slot) and Bryce Lance (right outside) would absorb the outside snaps, with Trey Palmer, Kevin Austin Jr., Jalen Moreno-Cropper and Cedric Tillman (all DEV) as practice-squad elevation options. Given that Barion Brown is already OUT and Mason Tipton is on PUP, New Orleans has very little receiver depth behind Olave – his absence would be close to catastrophic for this passing game.
  • Change since Week 2: CHANGED since Sept 18 – a clean upgrade. He was QUESTIONABLE with a hamstring strain and limited practices on the Week 2 final report. He is now completely off the injury report with three full unlisted practice days. Report him as CLEARED.

Fantasy takeaway: Start him with full confidence as a WR2 in 12-team full-PPR, and this is a buy-window if his manager is still nervous. The hamstring is fully off the report after three clean practices, Barion Brown is OUT, and Weeks 3-6 set up favorably. Full PPR rewards his route volume. This was last week’s biggest NFC South question mark and it resolved in the best possible direction.

Malik Nabers — NYG (WR1 — the alpha target, listed first at left wide receiver on Ourlads (09/23/2026) with Darnell Mooney in the slot and Malachi Fields on the right.)

  • Status: NO GAME-STATUS DESIGNATION — (a) he carries NO designation on the Giants’ FINAL Friday Sept 25, 2026 official report for the Sept 27 game vs Tennessee. He is available. The Giants’ final report lists Jaxson Dart as Out and Brian Burns, Deonte Banks and Tyler Nubin as Questionable — Nabers appears on none of those lines. Note that Ourlads carried a ‘Q’ beside his name on its 09/23/2026 depth chart; that pre-dates the Friday filing and is superseded by it.
  • Practice this week: Full (Friday Sept 25). Full week: Limited Wed Sept 23 -> Full Thu Sept 24 -> Full Fri Sept 25. He was upgraded to full participation on Thursday and held it Friday.
  • Injury: Left shoulder — a dislocation that reduced spontaneously on the field. Separate from and unrelated to the torn ACL he rehabbed coming into 2026.
  • When it happened: Monday Sept 21, 2026, in the Week 2 game at the Los Angeles Rams. The shoulder dislocated during the game and popped back in; he said he was ‘OK’ after the game and has practiced since.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: A first-time shoulder subluxation or dislocation that reduces on the field, with no labral surgery indicated, typically costs an NFL receiver 1-3 weeks and is frequently played through in a harness. A dislocation requiring closed reduction in the locker room runs 2-4 weeks; one with a Bankart or labral tear needing repair is 4-6 months. His progression to full practice inside four days points squarely at the mildest tier.
  • Expected back to full health: Functionally available now (Week 3, Sept 27, 2026), with lingering soreness and a likely shoulder harness for several weeks. Structurally clean by roughly mid-to-late October 2026 (Weeks 6-8) barring a re-dislocation.
  • Next game: ACTIVE and expected to start and play a full snap share in Week 3, Sunday Sept 27, 2026 vs the Tennessee Titans at MetLife Stadium. He carries no designation on the final report.
  • Next four weeks: Expected to play Weeks 3-6, starting with Tennessee. The real risk is re-injury rather than absence — a second dislocation would change the calculus toward surgery. His production ceiling is capped less by the shoulder than by the quarterback change to Jameis Winston, plus a wind-and-rain Week 3 forecast.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Darnell Mooney (slot) would draw the largest target bump, with Malachi Fields sliding up on the outside and Odell Beckham Jr. taking a bigger rotational share. Calvin Austin III and Gunner Olszewski are both on Reserve/Injured.
  • Change since Week 2: CHANGED since Sept 18 and the open thread is now RESOLVED. He carried no designation in the baseline and CONFIRMED PLAYED in the Monday Sept 21 game at the Rams, where he dislocated his left shoulder. The baseline’s framing was left-knee load management from the prior ACL; that is no longer the story. The Week 3 injury is a new, separate left-shoulder issue, he practiced Limited-Full-Full, and he again carries no final designation.

Fantasy takeaway: Start him in 12-team full-PPR, but at a downgraded WR2 rather than the WR1 he was drafted as. He is confirmed available with no designation, and the shoulder is a play-through issue — the real haircut is Jameis Winston under center plus a rain-and-wind forecast. Favorable matchup vs Tennessee keeps him in lineups; temper the ceiling.

Jalen McMillan — TB (WR1 on the club’s published Week 3 depth chart – he is listed at the X spot ahead of Ted Hurst III, with Chris Godwin Jr. at Z and Emeka Egbuka in the slot)

  • Status: NO GAME-STATUS DESIGNATION – (a) FINAL Friday status on Tampa Bay’s Sept 25, 2026 official report for the Sunday Sept 27 home game against the Minnesota Vikings. He appears on the report listed with ‘Knee’ but carries a BLANK Game Status column after three consecutive full practices. This is a clean upgrade from the QUESTIONABLE tag he carried on the Sept 18 report.
  • Practice this week: Full (Friday Sept 25). Full week: Full Wed Sept 23 -> Full Thu Sept 24 -> Full Fri Sept 25. He practiced without restriction on all three days.
  • Injury: Knee – Tampa Bay has never specified the structure involved, and the practice record (three straight full sessions across two consecutive weeks) indicates it is being managed rather than treated.
  • When it happened: Originated earlier in September 2026 and carried into the Week 2 preparation cycle, when he first drew a QUESTIONABLE tag for the Sept 20 home game against Cleveland. He practiced fully throughout that week too and played.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: A knee issue that permits full practice participation every single day across two consecutive weeks is by definition minor – a contusion, patellar tendinitis, or a Grade 1 sprain, all of which cost 0-2 weeks and are typically managed in-season without missed games. The two-week run of full practices is the strongest available evidence that this is maintenance, not a developing problem.
  • Expected back to full health: Effectively healthy now, as of Friday Sept 25, 2026 (Week 3). The report listing is administrative. Expect him to drop off the injury report entirely within the next one to two weeks, by roughly Week 4-5, early October 2026.
  • Next game: EXPECTED TO PLAY, fully unrestricted, in the Week 3 home game against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday Sept 27, 2026 (4:05 p.m. ET). No designation plus three full practices is as close to a lock as an injury-report player gets.
  • Next four weeks: Weeks 3-6: Week 3 vs Minnesota (Sept 27) – a tough Minnesota secondary but a home game. Week 4 vs Green Bay (Sun Oct 4, 1:00 ET). Week 5 vs Dallas – the best matchup of the run. Week 6 vs Pittsburgh (Oct 18). All four are at home, which is a real schedule advantage. The knee should stop being a story inside this window; the receiver-room competition with Chris Godwin Jr. and Emeka Egbuka is the thing that actually governs his output.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Chris Godwin Jr. (Z) and Emeka Egbuka (slot) would absorb the target share and are the direct beneficiaries. Ted Hurst III is listed directly behind McMillan at the X spot and would start there. Kameron Johnson and Tez Johnson round out the active depth, with Garrett Greene, Dean Patterson IV and Eric Rivers Jr. (all DEV) as practice-squad elevation options. David Sills is on Reserve/Injured.
  • Change since Week 2: CHANGED since Sept 18 – a clean upgrade. He was QUESTIONABLE (knee) on the Week 2 final report despite practicing fully all week. He now carries NO game-status designation at all after a second straight week of three full practices. This was one of last week’s open threads and it resolved in the player’s favor.

Fantasy takeaway: Start him in 12-team full-PPR as a WR3/flex. The health question from last week is fully resolved – three full practices and no designation. Tampa Bay’s own Week 3 depth chart lists him at the X ahead of Ted Hurst III, and he was heavily featured in 11 personnel alongside Chris Godwin Jr. in Week 2. He is a volume play in a crowded room, but the injury risk you were pricing in last week is gone.

Terry McLaurin — WAS (WR1 — the alpha target, listed first at left wide receiver on Ourlads (09/21/2026), with Stefon Diggs in the slot and Dyami Brown on the right.)

  • Status: NO GAME-STATUS DESIGNATION — (a) he carries no designation of any kind on Washington’s FINAL Friday Sept 25, 2026 official report for the Sept 27 game vs Seattle. He does not appear on the report at all.
  • Practice this week: Full (Friday Sept 25). Full week: not on the injury report Wed Sept 23, Thu Sept 24 or Fri Sept 25, so no participation level is filed — full participation all three days.
  • Injury: None. Healthy. He is on this report because the Jayden Daniels injury materially changes his outlook, not because of any injury of his own.
  • When it happened: N/A — no injury to date in 2026.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: N/A — he is healthy and carries no injury that requires a recovery window.
  • Expected back to full health: Already at full health as of Fri Sept 25, 2026 (Week 3).
  • Next game: ACTIVE and a full-go starter for Week 3, Sunday Sept 27, 2026 vs the Seattle Seahawks at home. No designation and no practice restriction — the concern is his quarterback, not his health.
  • Next four weeks: Healthy and expected to start through Weeks 3-6, beginning with Seattle, but with a reduced ceiling for as long as Marcus Mariota is under center — realistically Weeks 3 and 4 (London) and possibly Week 5. His outlook improves sharply whenever Jayden Daniels is cleared.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Stefon Diggs would take the alpha role, with Dyami Brown moving up outside and Jaylin Lane and Luke McCaffrey absorbing slot snaps.
  • Change since Week 2: NEW to this report as a tracked name. He is not in the Sept 18 baseline and has no injury of his own. He is included because Jayden Daniels’ Sept 20 elbow dislocation and Friday Sept 25 OUT designation materially change his fantasy outlook for the next several weeks.

Fantasy takeaway: Still a start in 12-team full-PPR, but downgrade him from a WR1 to a low-end WR2 for the two-to-three week Mariota stretch, beginning with a hard Week 3 matchup against the 2-0 Seahawks. Do not sell at a steep discount — Daniels is on a 3-6 week clock, not season-ending IR, and McLaurin’s value snaps back the week Daniels returns.

Tee Higgins — CIN (WR2 — first-team Right WR on the Ourlads depth chart, ahead of Colbie Young; Cincinnati’s No. 2 target and primary red-zone receiver)

  • Status: RESOLVED — (a) FINAL Friday outcome confirming the issue is closed. Higgins appears NOWHERE on Cincinnati’s FINAL Sept 25, 2026 official Week 3 injury report for the Sept 27 game at Pittsburgh. No practice designation, no game-status tag.
  • Practice this week: Full and unlisted (Friday Sept 25). Full week: full and unlisted Wed Sept 23 -> full and unlisted Thu Sept 24 -> full and unlisted Fri Sept 25.
  • Injury: Foot — heel contusion. Fully historical, not an active condition.
  • When it happened: A heel contusion that surfaced in the preseason-to-Week-1 window in early September 2026. He missed a Wednesday practice during that stretch but the issue never produced a game-status designation and was closed before the Week 2 report.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Heel contusion / plantar bruise: 1-3 weeks of managed practice, usually with no missed games once pain tolerance allows cutting. Persistent cases can linger for a month but rarely cost games. Higgins’ resolved on the fast end.
  • Next four weeks: Healthy Weeks 3-6. With Andrei Iosivas on IR through Week 6, Higgins is the clearest volume beneficiary behind Chase and should see an elevated target share across the entire window, particularly in the red zone where Cincinnati has fewer bodies.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Colbie Young (second-team Right WR) would step into the perimeter role, with Dohnte Meyers and Ke’Shawn Williams rotating and Mike Gesicki absorbing red-zone looks.
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18. He was already marked RESOLVED on the baseline with the heel contusion closed, and he remains completely off the injury report for Week 3.

Fantasy takeaway: Confident WR1/WR2 start in 12-team full PPR. The heel is a non-issue and he is off the report for a second straight week. The Iosivas injury makes him a buy-high-adjacent hold — if a manager in your league is undervaluing him, the concentrated target tree through Week 6 argues for acquiring rather than moving him.

Jakobi Meyers — JAX (WR2 — outside/possession receiver opposite Brian Thomas Jr.)

  • Status: NO GAME-STATUS DESIGNATION — (a) final Friday outcome: he appeared on Jacksonville’s official Sept 25, 2026 report as a practice participant but the club filed no Out/Doubtful/Questionable tag for the Sept 27, 2026 home game vs. the New England Patriots.
  • Practice this week: Full (Friday Sept 25). Full week: Limited Wed Sept 23 -> Limited Thu Sept 24 -> Full Fri Sept 25.
  • Injury: Thumb
  • When it happened: Ongoing issue carried since Week 2
  • Typical recovery for this injury: A thumb injury that progresses to full practice by Friday with no game tag is a non-issue for game availability, often managed with a small brace/tape
  • Expected back to full health: Effectively full health entering Sunday
  • Next game: Expected to play Sunday, Sept 27, 2026 vs. the New England Patriots, no injury designation
  • Next four weeks: Weeks 3-6: no expected missed time; remains the clear WR2/possession option in Trevor Lawrence’s passing game
  • Who benefits if he sits: Parker Washington would see the added slot/outside target share if Meyers were ever held out
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18 — improved to full practice by Friday, but the underlying thumb issue and lack of designation carry over from last week.

Fantasy takeaway: Fully startable WR3/flex in 12-team full-PPR for Week 3; no contingency plan needed

Xavier Worthy — KC (WR2 — RWR1 on Ourlads, the field-stretching outside receiver opposite Tyquan Thornton with Rashee Rice in the slot.)

  • Status: RESOLVED — (b) fully cleared. He does not appear anywhere on Kansas City’s Week 3 injury report for Wed Sept 23, Thu Sept 24 or Fri Sept 25, and received no final game-status designation on the Friday Sept 25, 2026 report for the Sunday Sept 27 game at the Miami Dolphins.
  • Practice this week: Full — unlisted all three days. Full week: not on the report Wed Sept 23, not on the report Thu Sept 24, not on the report Fri Sept 25.
  • Injury: None currently. The right shoulder issue that had him on the Week 1 report has fully cleared and has not recurred.
  • When it happened: The shoulder issue dates to early September 2026 and had already resolved by the Week 2 report. There has been no new event since.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: A shoulder subluxation/AC sprain of the type he had is typically 1-4 weeks depending on grade; he is beyond that window and has been unlisted for two consecutive weeks.
  • Expected back to full health: Fully healthy now, as of Friday Sept 25, 2026, and has been since the Week 2 report.
  • Next game: PLAY, unrestricted. He is active with no restriction for the Sunday Sept 27, 1:00 p.m. ET game at the Miami Dolphins.
  • Next four weeks: Weeks 3-6: healthy and active throughout barring new injury. His week-to-week fantasy variance is a function of the deep-shot role, not health — expect boom-bust scoring in a Kansas City offense that spreads it around.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Nikko Remigio (RWR2) would take the outside snaps with Tyquan Thornton (LWR1) and Jalen Royals absorbing the vacated targets. Cyrus Allen is the fourth option.
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18. He was already RESOLVED and unlisted on the Sept 18 baseline and remains fully cleared and off the report.

Fantasy takeaway: START HIM as a WR2/flex in a 12-team full-PPR redraft with full confidence in his availability. The health question is closed — two straight weeks off the report. Price him on role and matchup, not injury risk.

Cooper Kupp — SEA (WR2 — veteran receiver in the rotation)

  • Status: RESOLVED — (a) he carries no entry at all on Seattle’s FINAL official Friday report of Sept 25, 2026 for the Sept 27 home game vs. Washington.
  • Practice this week: Limited (Wed Sept 23) -> improved to Full by Friday Sept 25, then removed from the report entirely.
  • Injury: Back soreness (non-specific)
  • When it happened: Ahead of the Week 3 practice week (first appeared Sept 23, 2026); a milder version had also appeared in the Sept 18 baseline
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Non-specific back soreness with a Limited-to-Full progression typically resolves within the same week
  • Expected back to full health: Fully healthy heading into Sunday
  • Next game: No restrictions for Sunday Sept 27 vs. Washington
  • Next four weeks: Fully available Weeks 3-6 in Seattle’s receiving rotation
  • Who benefits if he sits: N/A — fully healthy
  • Change since Week 2: No change in outcome since Sept 18 — carried a back entry with no designation last week and is fully off the report this week.

Fantasy takeaway: Safe weekly flex/WR2 start with no game-availability concern

Chris Moore — BAL (WR3 by depth-chart position — first-team Right WR on the Ourlads depth chart, ahead of Devontez Walker. Veteran promoted from the practice squad on Sept 16 to fill Ja’Kobi Lane’s roster spot; primarily a special-teams and rotational perimeter piece despite the first-team listing)

  • Status: NO GAME-STATUS DESIGNATION — (a) FINAL Friday outcome. Baltimore carried Moore on the Sept 25, 2026 official practice report with an ankle issue but filed NO game-status tag for the Sept 27 game at Dallas, which means the club expects him to play without restriction.
  • Practice this week: Full (Friday Sept 25). Full week: Limited Wed Sept 23 -> Limited Thu Sept 24 -> Full Fri Sept 25. A clean, textbook ascending-participation week ending in a full session and no tag.
  • Injury: Ankle sprain (low ankle, lateral)
  • When it happened: Emerged from the Week 2 home opener vs. the New Orleans Saints on Sept 20, 2026. He first appeared on the injury report as a limited participant on Wednesday Sept 23 with the ankle issue.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Grade 1 low-ankle sprain: 1-2 weeks, often zero missed games with taping; Grade 2: 3-5 weeks; high-ankle (syndesmotic) sprain: 4-8 weeks and frequently a boot. Moore’s progression to a full Friday practice inside four days is consistent with a mild Grade 1 low-ankle sprain, not a high-ankle injury.
  • Expected back to full health: Effectively full health now, Week 3 (week of Sept 21-27, 2026). Any residual soreness should be gone by Week 4 (Oct 4, 2026).
  • Next game: EXPECTED TO PLAY, no restriction, for Week 3 at the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday Sept 27, 2026 in Rio de Janeiro. A full Friday practice plus no filed tag is as close to a guarantee as an in-week report gets.
  • Next four weeks: Healthy and available Weeks 3-6. His snap share is inversely tied to Zay Flowers’ availability and, from Week 6 vs. Cleveland onward, to Ja’Kobi Lane’s return from IR. Expect him to hold a rotational perimeter and special-teams role throughout with minimal target volume.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Devontez Walker (second-team Right WR) is the direct next man up at his listed spot, with Elijah Sarratt and practice-squad WR Shedrick Jackson providing further depth.
  • Change since Week 2: NEW to this report. Moore did not appear on the Sept 18 baseline injury list at all. The ankle issue surfaced out of the Week 2 game vs. New Orleans and was added to the report on Wednesday Sept 23.

Fantasy takeaway: Not rosterable in 12-team full PPR. His first-team Right WR listing on Ourlads overstates his real offensive role — he is a 30-year-old special-teams veteran promoted off the practice squad, not a target earner. Ignore the depth-chart line; do not chase him even if Flowers sits.

Jauan Jennings — MIN (WR3 / slot — the starting slot receiver on the published chart, behind Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison in the target pecking order)

  • Status: RESOLVED — (a) confirmed by the absence of any entry for Jennings on Minnesota’s FINAL Friday Sept 25, 2026 official report for the Sunday Sept 27 game at Tampa Bay. He returned to the team and to practice, was not listed on Wednesday’s report, and carries NO game-status designation. The Week 2 absence was a non-injury personal matter, and it is closed.
  • Practice this week: Full (Friday Sept 25). Full week: Full Wed Sept 23 -> Full Thu Sept 24 -> Full Fri Sept 25. He returned to practice on Wednesday Sept 23 and was not listed on the injury report that day, which indicates full clearance — a clean reversal from the DNP/DNP/DNP week that preceded his Week 2 ruling.
  • Injury: None — this was never an injury. Minnesota listed the Week 2 absence officially under the report’s non-injury category as ‘Personal,’ and reporting connected it to a death in his family.
  • When it happened: N/A — no injury. He was away from the team during the week of Sept 15-20, 2026 and did not play in Minnesota’s 9-3 Week 2 win at Chicago on Sept 20.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: N/A — no medical recovery applies. A bereavement absence has no clinical timeline; the only appropriate framing is that he returned to the building when he was ready, which was Wednesday Sept 23. This is a personal matter and should be treated with discretion rather than analyzed as an injury.
  • Expected back to full health: He is available and practicing in full as of Sept 25, 2026. There was never a physical limitation.
  • Next game: Expected to play in Week 3 at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Sunday Sept 27, 2026 at Raymond James Stadium, in his usual role as Minnesota’s No. 3 receiver.
  • Next four weeks: Week 3 (Sun Sept 27 at Tampa Bay) through Week 6: available, with no restriction expected. Kyler Murray’s return is a modest positive for his outlook relative to the Carson Wentz weeks. He remains the third option behind Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Myles Price (WR5) is his direct backup in the slot on the published chart, with Tai Felton (WR4) the other active option. Dillon Bell and Michael Briscoe (both DEV) are practice-squad depth.
  • Change since Week 2: Fully reversed and resolved. On the Sept 18 baseline he was ruled OUT for personal reasons after DNP Wed / DNP Thu / DNP Fri and missed the Week 2 game. He has returned to the team, practiced in full all week, and carries no designation.

Fantasy takeaway: A WR4/bench hold in 12-team full-PPR — he is available again, but he is the No. 3 receiver on a team that funnels volume to Justin Jefferson first and Jordan Addison second. Start him only in deeper formats or as a bye-week fill. The relevant point for managers is simply that he is back and no longer a zero.

Emeka Egbuka — TB (Slot receiver on the club’s published Week 3 depth chart, paired with Tez Johnson – effectively the WR3 in the rotation behind Jalen McMillan (X) and Chris Godwin Jr. (Z))

  • Status: RESOLVED – (a) he does not appear anywhere on Tampa Bay’s Week 3 injury reports – not Wednesday Sept 23, not Thursday Sept 24, and not on the FINAL Friday Sept 25, 2026 official report for the Sunday Sept 27 home game vs Minnesota. This is the second consecutive week he has been fully off the report.
  • Practice this week: Full and unlisted (Friday Sept 25). Full week: not listed Wed Sept 23 -> not listed Thu Sept 24 -> not listed Fri Sept 25. No limitation on any of the three days.
  • Injury: Toe (resolved before Week 2 and still resolved)
  • When it happened: Originated in early September 2026 around the Week 1 cycle. He was already entirely off Tampa Bay’s Week 2 injury and practice reports by Sept 17-18, 2026.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: A simple toe sprain or contusion costs an NFL receiver 1-2 weeks. A true turf toe (first MTP joint sprain) is a different and much more serious injury at 3-8 weeks for a Grade 2 and 8-16 weeks or surgery for a Grade 3, and it tends to linger all season once it happens. Egbuka clearing inside two weeks with zero practice limitations strongly indicates the mild version, not turf toe.
  • Expected back to full health: Already fully healthy – confirmed clean for a second straight week as of Friday Sept 25, 2026. No residual restriction. Treat this thread as closed.
  • Next game: EXPECTED TO PLAY, healthy and unrestricted, in the Week 3 home game against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday Sept 27, 2026 (4:05 p.m. ET). He carries no designation.
  • Next four weeks: Weeks 3-6: Week 3 vs Minnesota (Sept 27), Week 4 vs Green Bay (Oct 4), Week 5 vs Dallas – the softest secondary of the run, Week 6 vs Pittsburgh (Oct 18). All four at home. The health is a non-issue; his ceiling is governed by a three-way target split with Jalen McMillan and Chris Godwin Jr., which is the real reason to be cautious rather than any toe concern.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Tez Johnson is listed directly alongside him in the slot and would take those snaps. Chris Godwin Jr. and Jalen McMillan would absorb the target share. Kameron Johnson and Ted Hurst III provide outside depth, with Garrett Greene, Dean Patterson IV and Eric Rivers Jr. (all DEV) as practice-squad options.
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18. He was already marked RESOLVED on the baseline and remains completely off the injury report for a second consecutive week.

Fantasy takeaway: Start him as a WR3/flex in 12-team full-PPR and stop worrying about the toe – it is two weeks clean. Slot volume plays well in full PPR. The honest caveat is the crowded room: Tampa Bay is splitting targets three ways, so his weekly range is wide even when he is perfectly healthy. Week 5 vs Dallas is the week to make sure he is in your lineup.

Zachariah Branch — ATL (WR4 – slot receiver behind Olamide Zaccheaus, plus the primary kickoff returner)

  • Status: RESOLVED – (a) he does not appear anywhere on Atlanta’s FINAL Week 3 official injury report (filed Wednesday Sept 23, 2026 for the Thursday Sept 24 game at Green Bay). This is the second consecutive week he has been fully off the report, following the hamstring issue that cleared before Week 2.
  • Practice this week: Full and unlisted (final report, Wednesday Sept 23). Full week: not listed Mon Sept 21 -> not listed Wed Sept 23. No limitation at any point.
  • Injury: Hamstring strain (resolved before Week 2 and still resolved)
  • When it happened: Originated in early September 2026 during Week 1 preparation. He had already cleared it by the Sept 18 final report.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Grade 1 hamstring strains cost an NFL receiver 1-3 weeks, Grade 2 runs 3-6 weeks, Grade 3 is 8-plus weeks. Branch’s cleared inside the Grade 1 band. The relevant caution is that hamstrings re-injure at a materially higher rate in the four weeks after return, especially for a player who also returns kicks.
  • Expected back to full health: Already fully healthy as of Sept 18, 2026 and confirmed again Sept 23 (Week 3). Past the elevated re-injury window by roughly Week 5, mid-October 2026.
  • Next game: Week 3 is complete. He was healthy and PLAYED at Green Bay on Thursday Sept 24, 2026 – 1 target with no catch, plus a 22-yard kickoff return. For Week 4 at New Orleans on Monday Oct 5, 2026 he is expected to carry no designation.
  • Next four weeks: Weeks 3-6: Week 3 at Green Bay (done, 1 target). Week 4 at New Orleans (Mon Oct 5), Week 5 vs Baltimore, Week 6 vs Chicago. Health is a non-issue. He is fourth in the receiver pecking order behind Drake London, Jahan Dotson and Olamide Zaccheaus, and Atlanta threw sparingly in Week 3.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Chris Blair (WR5) would take the depth snaps and Olamide Zaccheaus (WR3) would absorb the slot work. Dylan Drummond (DEV) is the practice-squad elevation candidate.
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18. He was already marked RESOLVED on the baseline and remains completely off the injury report, with a second consecutive clean week.

Fantasy takeaway: Not rosterable in a 12-team full-PPR redraft league right now. He is a deep dynasty/keeper hold and a return-game asset, not a weekly fantasy option. Revisit only if Drake London or Jahan Dotson misses time.

Devontez Walker — BAL (WR4 — second-team Right WR behind Chris Moore on the Ourlads depth chart; rotational perimeter receiver who gains snaps whenever Flowers is down)

  • Status: RESOLVED — (a) FINAL Friday outcome confirming the issue is closed. Walker appears NOWHERE on Baltimore’s Sept 25, 2026 official Week 3 injury report for the Sept 27 game at Dallas. He carries no practice designation and no game status of any kind.
  • Practice this week: Full and unlisted (Friday Sept 25). Full week: not listed Wed Sept 23 -> not listed Thu Sept 24 -> not listed Fri Sept 25. He was removed from the report entirely before the week began.
  • Injury: Groin (adductor) strain — now fully resolved
  • When it happened: Sustained in practice in mid-September 2026, ahead of the Week 2 home opener vs. New Orleans on Sept 20. He was carried on the Sept 18 report with the groin issue but drew no game-status tag and was available.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Grade 1 adductor/groin strain: 1-2 weeks; Grade 2: 3-6 weeks; Grade 3: 8-12 weeks. Walker’s was clearly a Grade 1 that resolved inside the normal window with no missed games.
  • Expected back to full health: Already fully healthy as of Week 3 (week of Sept 21-27, 2026). No lingering restriction.
  • Next game: FULL GO for Week 3 at the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday Sept 27, 2026 in Rio de Janeiro. No designation, no practice limitation, no snap restriction expected.
  • Next four weeks: Healthy through Weeks 3-6. His fantasy value across that stretch is entirely a function of Zay Flowers’ hamstring: with Flowers out or capped he is a rotational WR3/WR4 with real snaps, and with Flowers back to full he drops to a low-volume WR5 role. Week 6 vs. Cleveland adds Ja’Kobi Lane back into the room, which would squeeze him further.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Elijah Sarratt (second-team Left WR) and LaJohntay Wester (Slot WR2) would split his perimeter reps. N/A is not applicable here — Baltimore has adequate depth behind him.
  • Change since Week 2: CHANGED. On Sept 18 he was on the practice report with a groin issue (Limited Wed -> Full Thu -> Full Fri) and drew NO game-status tag. He is now off the injury report entirely — a clean upgrade from ‘listed but untagged’ to ‘fully cleared and unlisted.’

Fantasy takeaway: Not startable in 12-team full PPR as a default. He becomes a viable deep-league or best-ball dart only in weeks Flowers is confirmed out, and Week 3 in Rio is one of those possible weeks. Streaming-only; not worth a roster spot in standard 12-team redraft unless you already roster Flowers and want the handcuff-adjacent upside.

Derius Davis — LAC (WR4 — SWR2 on Ourlads behind Ladd McConkey; a slot and return specialist.)

  • Status: RESOLVED — (b) fully cleared. He does not appear anywhere on the Chargers’ Week 3 injury report for Wed Sept 23, Thu Sept 24 or Fri Sept 25, and received no final game-status designation on the Friday Sept 25, 2026 report for the Sunday Sept 27 game at the Buffalo Bills.
  • Practice this week: Full — unlisted all three days, which on an NFL report means unrestricted participation. Full week: not on the report Wed Sept 23, not on the report Thu Sept 24, not on the report Fri Sept 25.
  • Injury: None currently. The minor, unspecified issue that put him on the Chargers’ early-week practice report ahead of Week 2 has cleared completely.
  • When it happened: The issue first surfaced on the Chargers’ Wednesday Sept 16, 2026 practice report. It never produced a game-status tag and is now gone entirely.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Minor unspecified soreness of the early-week-listing variety typically resolves in under a week and rarely costs a game. Disappearing from the report inside seven days is the expected course.
  • Expected back to full health: Fully healthy now, as of Friday Sept 25, 2026.
  • Next game: PLAY, unrestricted. He is active with no restriction for the Sunday Sept 27, 1:00 p.m. ET game at the Buffalo Bills.
  • Next four weeks: Weeks 3-6: healthy and active throughout barring new injury. His snap share should tick up in Week 3 with Brenen Thompson ruled out, but he remains fourth in the receiver pecking order and his fantasy value is tied to return yardage in leagues that score it.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Marquez Valdes-Scantling (newly on the ACTIVE roster) would take the rotational receiver snaps, with Ladd McConkey (SWR1) holding the primary slot role. Gary Jennings and Theo Wease Jr. (both DEV) are the practice-squad elevation candidates.
  • Change since Week 2: IMPROVED and confirmed. Baseline Sept 18: on the Chargers’ early-week practice report with no final game-status tag. Now he is off the report entirely on all three days — fully cleared.

Fantasy takeaway: Waiver-wire depth only in a 12-team full-PPR redraft, and not startable in Week 3 even with Brenen Thompson out. He is a return-yardage play in leagues that score returns and nothing more. No action.

Jordan Whittington — LAR (WR4 — depth/rotational receiver, elevated role with Nacua doubtful)

  • Status: NO GAME-STATUS DESIGNATION — (a) he appears on the Rams’ FINAL official Friday report of Sept 25, 2026 for the Sept 27 game vs. Denver with a quad entry, but carries no Out/Doubtful/Questionable tag.
  • Practice this week: Full (Friday Sept 25). Full week: DNP Wed Sept 23 -> Limited Thu Sept 24 -> Full Fri Sept 25.
  • Injury: Quad strain
  • When it happened: First appeared on the injury report ahead of the Sept 18, 2026 Week 2 report
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Mild-to-moderate quad strains typically resolve in 1-3 weeks with a graded practice return; his progression (DNP -> Limited -> Full) matches a clean recovery
  • Expected back to full health: Effectively at full health now, cleared with no game-status restriction
  • Next game: Good to go, no restrictions for Sunday Sept 27 vs. Denver
  • Next four weeks: Fully available Weeks 3-6; likely to see increased opportunity in Week 3 specifically with Nacua doubtful
  • Who benefits if he sits: N/A — he is now cleared himself and stands to benefit as a backup should Nacua sit
  • Change since Week 2: Cleared since Sept 18: last week he was a DNP with no final tag filed yet (Monday game); this week he practiced fully Friday and carries no designation at all.

Fantasy takeaway: Deep-league/PPR streamer this week with Nacua doubtful; his practice progression to a full Friday session removes any lingering concern

Marquise Brown — PHI (WR4 — listed as the second option at right wide receiver behind DeVonta Smith on Ourlads (09/24/2026), which renders his name as ‘Hollywood Brown’. The club and nfl.com roster spelling is Marquise Brown.)

  • Status: RESOLVED — (b) a practice-report-only observation, since Philadelphia plays Monday night Sept 28 at Chicago and NO FINAL TAG EXISTS YET as of Friday Sept 25. He is entirely absent from all three Week 3 practice reports (Wed Sept 23, Thu Sept 24, Fri Sept 25), which resolves the precautionary hamstring listing he carried in Week 2.
  • Practice this week: Full (Friday Sept 25). Full week: not listed Wed Sept 23, not listed Thu Sept 24, not listed Fri Sept 25 — no participation level is filed for a player absent from the report, meaning he practiced without restriction all three days.
  • Injury: None. The Week 2 hamstring listing is resolved — it was minor and evidently precautionary, since he practiced fully on the day he was listed and never missed a session.
  • When it happened: N/A for Week 3. The hamstring listing was a Week 2 item (mid-September 2026) and is closed.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: N/A — he is healthy. The underlying issue never progressed past a precautionary listing with full practice participation, which is the mildest possible presentation.
  • Expected back to full health: Already at full health as of Fri Sept 25, 2026 (Week 3).
  • Next game: EXPECTED TO PLAY in Week 3, Monday Sept 28, 2026 at the Chicago Bears, with no injury limitation. With DeVonta Smith’s hamstring in play, his snap share could rise.
  • Next four weeks: Healthy and available Weeks 3-6, starting at Chicago. His volume depends on whether Smith’s hamstring costs him snaps and on how the offense redistributes targets with Dallas Goedert out.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Britain Covey, Elijah Moore and Darius Cooper are the remaining active receivers; Xavier Gipson (DEV) is the practice-squad option.
  • Change since Week 2: CHANGED since Sept 18 — improved. The baseline had him on the Week 2 final report with a blank Game Status column and a hamstring. He is now entirely off the Week 3 report across all three days. Reported as CLEARED rather than dropped silently.

Fantasy takeaway: A bench/deep-league flex in 12-team full-PPR, not a weekly starter — but he is the contingency to own if DeVonta Smith’s hamstring flares again. Healthy with no listing at all this week.

Tory Horton — SEA (WR4 — depth/rotational receiver)

  • Status: RESOLVED — (a) he carries no entry at all on Seattle’s FINAL official Friday report of Sept 25, 2026 for the Sept 27 home game vs. Washington.
  • Practice this week: Full participant and not listed on the report at any point Week 3 (Wed Sept 23 – Fri Sept 25).
  • Injury: Hamstring strain (fully healed)
  • When it happened: Preseason/training camp 2026
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Hamstring strains typically cost 1-4 weeks depending on grade; his had already resolved by the Sept 18 report
  • Expected back to full health: Already fully healthy
  • Next game: No restrictions for Sunday Sept 27 vs. Washington
  • Next four weeks: Fully available Weeks 3-6 in a depth/rotational role
  • Who benefits if he sits: N/A — fully healthy
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18 — remains fully resolved and off the injury report.

Fantasy takeaway: Deep-league depth option only; no injury concern

Jaylin Lane — WAS (WR4 — listed second on the slot line on Ourlads (09/21/2026) behind Stefon Diggs, and fourth overall in the receiver room behind Terry McLaurin, Diggs and Dyami Brown.)

  • Status: NO GAME-STATUS DESIGNATION — (a) he carries no designation on Washington’s FINAL Friday Sept 25, 2026 official report for the Sept 27 game vs Seattle. The club’s final filing lists five players OUT (Cosmi, Cross, Daniels, Luvu, Okonkwo) and one Questionable (Leo Chenal); Lane is on neither list, which means he was cleared off the report after his Friday upgrade to full participation.
  • Practice this week: Full (Friday Sept 25). Full week: Limited Wed Sept 23 -> Limited Thu Sept 24 -> Full Fri Sept 25. He was upgraded to full work on Friday and cleared off the final report.
  • Injury: Groin strain — a recurrence of the issue that listed him in Week 2 and was reported resolved, now fully cleared again.
  • When it happened: The original groin strain dates to early-to-mid September 2026; it resolved before Week 2, then recurred as a Limited listing on the Wednesday Sept 23 Week 3 practice report before clearing again Friday Sept 25.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: A groin (adductor) strain runs 1-2 weeks for Grade 1, 3-6 weeks for Grade 2, and 6-12 weeks for Grade 3. A recurrence that goes Limited-Limited-Full inside one week and clears the final report is a Grade 1 management case, not a structural problem.
  • Expected back to full health: Already functionally healthy as of Fri Sept 25, 2026 (Week 3). Groin strains recur, so treat Weeks 4-5 (early October 2026) as the window in which the risk fully passes.
  • Next game: ACTIVE and expected to play Week 3, Sunday Sept 27, 2026 vs the Seattle Seahawks at home, with no designation and no practice restriction.
  • Next four weeks: Expected available Weeks 3-6, beginning with Seattle. This is now the second groin flare-up in three weeks, so monitor every Wednesday report — recurrent adductor issues in a speed-role receiver often eventually cost a game.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Luke McCaffrey is the next slot option, with Treylon Burks and Antonio Williams on the outside rotation; Jaden Bradley and Van Jefferson (both DEV) are the practice-squad depth.
  • Change since Week 2: CHANGED since Sept 18 — the groin RECURRED and then re-cleared. The baseline had him upgraded off the Week 2 report with the groin resolved. He reappeared Limited on Wed Sept 23 and Thu Sept 24 before returning to full participation Friday Sept 25 and clearing the final report again.

Fantasy takeaway: Not startable in a 12-team full-PPR redraft league. He is WR4 in his own offense, behind McLaurin, Diggs and Dyami Brown, and Marcus Mariota under center shrinks the target pie further. The groin recurrence is a reason to avoid, not a buy-low.

Skyler Bell — BUF (RWR2 on Ourlads — the backup to DJ Moore on the right side. Rotational WR5 in the current healthy pecking order.)

  • Status: NO GAME-STATUS DESIGNATION — (a) he is entirely absent from Buffalo’s FINAL Friday Sept 25, 2026 official report for the Sunday Sept 27 game vs the Los Angeles Chargers. He is HEALTHY and carries no injury designation of any kind.
  • Practice this week: Full (Friday Sept 25) and unlisted. Full week: Full Wed Sept 23 -> Full Thu Sept 24 -> Full Fri Sept 25, unlisted on all three days.
  • Injury: None — he is not injured. He is carried in this report solely because he is the direct depth-chart beneficiary if DJ Moore sits, and because he was tracked on the Sept 18 baseline.
  • When it happened: Not applicable — no injury.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Not applicable — no injury to recover from.
  • Expected back to full health: Fully healthy now, as of Sept 25, 2026, with no restrictions.
  • Next game: PLAYING. Week 3, Sunday Sept 27 vs the Los Angeles Chargers at Highmark Stadium. No designation. His snap count is the variable, not his availability — it scales directly with whether DJ Moore and Keon Coleman are active.
  • Next four weeks: Week 3 (Sept 27) vs LA Chargers: snap count is leveraged to the two questionable starters ahead of him; a Moore-out scenario would put him in a starting perimeter role. Weeks 4-6: reverts to WR5 rotational work once Moore and Coleman are healthy, roughly 10-20 percent of snaps.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Greg Dortch (newly active) and Josh Palmer would cover his snaps. Trent Sherfield or Ja’Mori Maclin could be elevated from the practice squad if the room thinned further.
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18. He was carried on the baseline explicitly as a healthy record-correction entry with no designation, and he remains exactly that — healthy, unlisted, no designation, three full practices. His depth role is unchanged at RWR2.

Fantasy takeaway: Waiver-wire watch only in 12-team full PPR. He is not startable as things stand. The speculative add case is narrow: if DJ Moore is ruled out Sunday AND Keon Coleman is also out, Bell would be a starting boundary receiver in a Josh Allen offense, which is a live deep-league dart throw. Short of that double-out scenario, ignore.

Troy Franklin — DEN (WR5 — RWR2 behind Jaylen Waddle on Ourlads; rotational outside receiver and the first man up if Waddle or Sutton misses time.)

  • Status: RESOLVED — (b) he has been cleared. He does not appear anywhere on Denver’s Week 3 practice report for Wed Sept 23, Thu Sept 24 or Fri Sept 25, and received no final game-status designation on the Friday Sept 25, 2026 report for the Sunday Sept 27 game vs. the Los Angeles Rams.
  • Practice this week: Full — unlisted all three days, which on an NFL report means unrestricted participation. Full week: not on the report Wed Sept 23, not on the report Thu Sept 24, not on the report Fri Sept 25.
  • Injury: None currently. The minor, unspecified knee listing that carried him through Denver’s Week 2 practice report has cleared entirely.
  • When it happened: The knee listing first surfaced on Denver’s Wednesday Sept 16, 2026 practice report ahead of the Week 2 game vs. Jacksonville. It never produced a game-status tag and is now gone.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Minor unspecified knee soreness of the maintenance-listing variety typically resolves in under a week and rarely costs a game. His disappearance from the report inside seven days is the expected course.
  • Expected back to full health: Fully healthy now, as of Friday Sept 25, 2026. No further timeline applies.
  • Next game: PLAY, unrestricted. He will be active for the Sunday Sept 27 Sunday Night Football game vs. the Los Angeles Rams with no restriction of any kind.
  • Next four weeks: Weeks 3-6: healthy and active throughout, barring new injury. His fantasy relevance is purely contingent — it spikes only if Courtland Sutton or Jaylen Waddle goes down. With Marvin Mims Jr. also limited, Franklin is the likeliest Bronco to see a bump in outside snaps in Week 3.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Lil’Jordan Humphrey (LWR2) and Marvin Mims Jr. (SWR2) would split the rotational receiver snaps; Dane Key (DEV) would be the practice-squad elevation candidate.
  • Change since Week 2: IMPROVED. Baseline Sept 18: on the practice report all three days with a knee listing, though he carried no final game-status tag. Now he is off the report entirely — fully cleared.

Fantasy takeaway: Waiver-wire depth only in a 12-team full-PPR redraft — not a startable option in Week 3. He is a speculative add in leagues where you are stockpiling contingent value behind an aging Courtland Sutton, and nothing more. No action required.

Dareke Young — LV (WR5 — SWR2 on Ourlads behind Jack Bech; a rotational slot and special-teams receiver.)

  • Status: NO GAME-STATUS DESIGNATION — (b) he appears on the Raiders’ Week 3 practice report with a hamstring listing but received NO final game-status tag on the Friday Sept 25, 2026 report for the Sunday Sept 27 game at the New Orleans Saints. He practiced his way off the game-status list.
  • Practice this week: Full (Friday Sept 25). Full week: Limited Wed Sept 23 -> Full Thu Sept 24 -> Full Fri Sept 25. Two consecutive closing full practices.
  • Injury: Hamstring — grade unspecified by the club.
  • When it happened: Surfaced on the Raiders’ Week 3 practice report as a limited participant on Wednesday Sept 23, 2026, which points to an aggravation in or shortly after the Week 2 game at the Los Angeles Chargers on Sept 20.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Grade 1 hamstring strain: roughly 1-3 weeks. Grade 2: 3-6 weeks. Grade 3: 8-12 weeks. Going limited-to-full inside three days and drawing no game status is the signature of the mildest version — a tweak rather than a strain.
  • Expected back to full health: Already effectively full as of Friday Sept 25, 2026. Elevated re-aggravation risk for roughly two weeks, through about Oct 8, 2026.
  • Next game: PLAY, unrestricted. No designation filed for the Sunday Sept 27, 4:25 p.m. ET game at the New Orleans Saints. Expect his normal rotational and special-teams role.
  • Next four weeks: Weeks 3-6: expected active throughout. His fantasy relevance is essentially nil unless two of Tre Tucker, Jalen Nailor and Jack Bech miss time simultaneously. Watch only for a hamstring recurrence, which is the standard tail risk.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Malik Benson (RWR2) and Jack Bech (SWR1) would cover the snaps. Deven Thompkins, Ronnie Bell and Cody White are the practice-squad elevation candidates behind them.
  • Change since Week 2: NEW TO THIS REPORT. He does not appear on the Sept 18 baseline — the hamstring listing is new as of Wednesday Sept 23, 2026, and he has already practiced his way back to full with no game-status tag.

Fantasy takeaway: Not rosterable in a 12-team full-PPR redraft. No action. He is tracked because he carried a practice-report injury listing this week and cleared it.

Greg Dortch — BUF (WR6 / slot depth and the primary punt and kick returner. Newly promoted to the 53-man active roster; a special-teams role with situational offensive snaps, not a starting job.)

  • Status: NO GAME-STATUS DESIGNATION — (c) a roster/list status change, not an injury status. He is HEALTHY and carries no injury designation of any kind. He appears here solely to correct the record against the baseline: Buffalo signed him from the practice squad to the ACTIVE ROSTER on Friday Sept 25, 2026 at 4:14 PM ET, in the same transaction that placed DB Jordan Hancock on injured reserve.
  • Practice this week: Full (Friday Sept 25) and unlisted — he carries no injury and appears on no practice report. Full week: Full Wed Sept 23 -> Full Thu Sept 24 -> Full Fri Sept 25, unlisted throughout. Note that for Wednesday and Thursday he practiced as a practice-squad player.
  • Injury: None. He is entirely healthy. This entry documents a roster move, not an injury.
  • When it happened: Not applicable — no injury. The relevant date is the transaction date: Friday Sept 25, 2026, when he was signed to the active roster.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Not applicable — no injury to recover from.
  • Expected back to full health: Fully healthy now, as of Sept 25, 2026, with no restrictions of any kind.
  • Next game: PLAYING. Week 3, Sunday Sept 27 vs the Los Angeles Chargers at Highmark Stadium. Now on the 53-man active roster, so he no longer requires a gameday elevation. He returned five punts for 46 yards and five kicks for 133 yards across the first two games as an elevated practice-squad player.
  • Next four weeks: Week 3 (Sept 27) vs LA Chargers: locked in as the return man with situational slot snaps, and his offensive role scales up if DJ Moore and/or Keon Coleman are inactive or limited. Weeks 4-6: assuming Moore and Coleman get healthy, he settles back into a returner-first role with single-digit offensive snaps. His roster spot is now secure, which it was not as a week-to-week elevation.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Ja’Mori Maclin (DEV) or Trent Sherfield (DEV) would need a gameday elevation to cover returns; Khalil Shakir would absorb any slot snaps. Buffalo has no other rostered returner, which is precisely why they used a 53-man spot on him.
  • Change since Week 2: NEW TO THE REPORT and a direct roster correction against the Sept 18 baseline. The baseline listed him as ‘Greg Dortch (DEV, SWR2)’ — a practice-squad player. As of Friday Sept 25, 2026 he is on the ACTIVE ROSTER (ACT). Note that the nfl.com roster page still showed him as DEV when pulled earlier Friday; the 4:14 PM transaction post-dates that snapshot, and the buffalobills.com transaction announcement is the authoritative source.

Fantasy takeaway: Not a fantasy-relevant add in 12-team full PPR — he is a returner with a marginal offensive role. The one conditional: if BOTH DJ Moore and Keon Coleman are ruled out Sunday, Dortch becomes a deep-league desperation flex dart with return-yard upside in leagues that score return yardage. In standard full PPR scoring, leave him on waivers.

Elijah Moore — PHI (WR6 — third on the slot line on Ourlads (09/24/2026), behind Makai Lemon and Britain Covey.)

  • Status: RESOLVED — (b) a practice-report-only observation, since Philadelphia plays Monday night Sept 28 at Chicago and NO FINAL TAG EXISTS YET as of Friday Sept 25. He is entirely absent from all three Week 3 practice reports, which resolves the minor neck listing he carried in Week 2.
The Week 2 neck listing is resolved — practicing in full on the day of the listing indicated a minor issue from the outset.
  • When it happened: N/A for Week 3. The neck listing was a Week 2 item (mid-September 2026) and is closed.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: N/A — he is healthy. The underlying issue never progressed past a precautionary listing with full practice participation.
  • Expected back to full health: Already at full health as of Fri Sept 25, 2026 (Week 3).
  • Next game: EXPECTED TO PLAY in Week 3, Monday Sept 28, 2026 at the Chicago Bears, in a rotational slot role behind Makai Lemon and Britain Covey.
  • Next four weeks: Healthy and available Weeks 3-6, starting at Chicago. He sits sixth in a deep receiver room, so meaningful volume requires injuries ahead of him.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Darius Cooper is the next active receiver; Xavier Gipson (DEV) is the practice-squad option.
  • Change since Week 2: CHANGED since Sept 18 — improved. The baseline had him on the Week 2 final report with a blank Game Status column and a neck issue. He is now entirely off the Week 3 report across all three days. Reported as CLEARED rather than dropped silently.

Fantasy takeaway: Not rosterable in a 12-team full-PPR redraft league. Too far down a crowded depth chart to matter even with Smith’s hamstring in play — Wicks, Lemon and Brown all rank ahead of him for any redistributed targets.

Khalil Shakir — BUF (SWR1 — the Bills’ primary slot receiver and, with both perimeter starters questionable, the most reliable target in the offense this week)

  • Status: RESOLVED — (a) he carries NO designation and NO injury listing of any kind on Buffalo’s FINAL Friday Sept 25, 2026 official report for the Sunday Sept 27 game vs the Los Angeles Chargers. He is fully off the report for the second consecutive week.
  • Practice this week: Full (Friday Sept 25) and unlisted. Full week: Full Wed Sept 23 -> Full Thu Sept 24 -> Full Fri Sept 25, unlisted on all three days.
  • Injury: None currently. The historical entry stems from a 2026 training-camp issue that was fully resolved before the regular season and has not recurred. He carries no active injury.
  • When it happened: Not applicable for Week 3 — no current injury. The prior training-camp issue dates to August 2026 and resolved before Week 1.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: Not applicable — there is no current injury to recover from. He has been a full participant in every practice Buffalo has held in Weeks 2 and 3.
  • Expected back to full health: Fully healthy now, as of Sept 25, 2026. No restrictions, no maintenance days, no listing.
  • Next game: PLAYING, unrestricted. Week 3, Sunday Sept 27 vs the Los Angeles Chargers at Highmark Stadium. No designation of any kind.
  • Next four weeks: Week 3 (Sept 27) vs LA Chargers and Weeks 4-6: fully healthy with no restrictions. His outlook is defined not by his own health but by the health of DJ Moore and Keon Coleman — both questionable this week. Every week those two are compromised, Shakir’s target share and red-zone looks climb. He is the one Buffalo pass catcher whose workload has no injury-related cap right now.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Greg Dortch, promoted to the active roster Friday Sept 25, is the natural slot replacement and would see a meaningful snap bump. Josh Palmer can kick inside on three-receiver sets. Dalton Kincaid (TE1) would absorb much of the intermediate middle-of-field work.
  • Change since Week 2: No change since Sept 18. He was RESOLVED on the baseline and remains RESOLVED — three full practices, no listing, no designation. What HAS changed is his surrounding context: both DJ Moore and Keon Coleman are now questionable, which materially raises his projected usage without changing his health status.

Fantasy takeaway: Start him with confidence — and consider him a buy this week specifically. In 12-team full PPR he is a solid WR2 on baseline usage, and with DJ Moore (shoulder) and Keon Coleman (ankle) both carrying QUESTIONABLE tags, his realistic Week 3 ceiling is WR1 output on a target share that could push past 28 percent. He is the correct pivot if you’re forced off Moore or Coleman at the inactives deadline.

Chris Bell — MIA (LWR1 — the Dolphins’ first-team left wide receiver on the Ourlads depth chart)

  • Status: NO GAME-STATUS DESIGNATION — (a) he appears on Miami’s FINAL Friday Sept 25, 2026 report for the Sunday Sept 27 game vs Kansas City as a practice-participation entry with a knee listing, but Miami assigned him NO Out/Doubtful/Questionable tag. Under league rules that means the club considers him available to play. He has publicly said he intends to play.
  • Practice this week: Limited (Friday Sept 25). Full week: Limited Wed Sept 23 -> Limited Thu Sept 24 -> Limited Fri Sept 25. Three consecutive limited practices with no final designation — the profile of managed maintenance work rather than a genuine availability question.
  • Injury: Knee. Miami has not specified side or grade. Reporting connects it to the rehab from a college ACL reconstruction rather than a new traumatic injury — i.e., ongoing management of a surgically repaired knee, not a fresh tear. Bell has stated he plans to play through it.
  • When it happened: Mid-September 2026 as a listing; the underlying condition is the pre-existing college ACL reconstruction. It is not traceable to a specific Week 2 play — it surfaced as a Wednesday Sept 23 practice-report entry.
  • Typical recovery for this injury: This is chronic management, not an acute recovery timeline. Players in year one back from ACL reconstruction commonly carry a recurring knee listing and a weekly limited-practice day for most of the season without missing games — the limitation is soreness and swelling management. The relevant risk class is not re-tear (rare within a season) but effusion and patellofemoral irritation that can cost a game here or there. A genuine red flag would be a DNP or a Questionable tag, neither of which is present.
  • Expected back to full health: He is available now. Expect the knee listing and weekly limited practices to persist through the 2026 season as maintenance — there is no calendar date at which the listing disappears. Functionally full health for game purposes: already there, as of Sept 25, 2026.
  • Next game: PLAYING. Week 3, Sunday Sept 27 vs the Kansas City Chiefs at Hard Rock Stadium. No game-status designation on the final report and a public statement from the player that he will play.
  • Next four weeks: Week 3 (Sept 27) vs Kansas City: playing, and with Caleb Douglas out he is the most established healthy body in the receiver room. Weeks 4-6: expect the same pattern — limited midweek practices, no designation, playing on Sunday. His usage should be stable or rising while Douglas is sidelined. Monitor for any week the limited practices convert to DNP, which would signal the knee has flared.
  • Who benefits if he sits: Jalen Tolbert (LWR2) is the direct positional replacement on the left side. Kevin Coleman Jr. and Malik Washington would absorb snaps in three-receiver sets. AJ Henning (practice squad, re-signed Sept 24) is an elevation candidate.
  • Change since Week 2: NEW TO THE REPORT. Chris Bell was not on the Sept 18 baseline — he carried no listing. He appeared on Miami’s Week 3 report Wednesday Sept 23 with a knee, practiced limited all three days, and drew NO final designation. The health change is minor and manageable; the opportunity change is significant given Douglas’s absence.

Fantasy takeaway: Flex-viable in 12-team full PPR and safe to start. The knee listing is noise — three limited practices with no designation and a player saying he’ll play is about as clean as a listed player gets. With Caleb Douglas OUT and Ryan Miller questionable, Bell is arguably Miami’s WR1 for Week 3 and should see a strong target share in a game script that forces Miami to throw. He is a better start this week than his season-long ranking suggests.

Rosters and depth charts for all 32 teams were verified against official league roster pages before this report was compiled, and every player listed was confirmed to be on the roster shown. Designations come from the final official club and league injury reports filed Friday, September 25, 2026. Recovery timelines describe how long a class of injury typically sidelines an NFL player and are not a prediction for any individual.
