The Rockstar Energy Drink Disrupt Festival tour hit San Diego’s North Island Credit Union Amphitheater in Chula Vista, California on July 26, 2019.

The lineup varied per city, with the San Diego stage graced by The Used, Thrice, Circa Survive, Sum 41, Atreyu, Sleeping With Sirens, Memphis May Fire, Andy Black, Juliet Simms, Meg & Dia, and Hyro The Hero.

Each band played their set on the amphitheater main stage, making for a long day under the warm California sun. In between sets, fans could check out each artist’s merch tent, similar to the old Vans Warped Tour. This was like a mini Warped Tour, but with the ability to see every band’s full set.

Hyro The Hero kicked things off with a high energy performance, definitely one of the best new acts around. Meg & Dia, Juliet Simms and Andy Black kept things hot all afternoon, leaving their dedicated fans quite satisfied.

The intensity level inreased as the heavier bands took over. Memphis May Fire, Sleeping With Sirens and Atreyu delivered heavy guitars and aggressive vocals. All 3 bands have a history of dynamic stage shows, which was clearly on display.

As night approached, the production value increased, with smoke and lighting becoming part of the show. The music also took on a more rebellious, punk aspect. Sum 41, Circa Survive, Thrice and The Used created an ambience of excitement as day turned to night. Overall, this was an incredibly diverse and talented lineup, giving great value to all concert goers.

After announcing that its flagship Southern California event will expand to two days this year — Saturday, April 6 and Sunday, April 7 at Doheny State Beach in Dana Point, CA — Sabroso will also hit the road for single day shows in Fort Worth, Salt Lake City, and Denver in April. Each date of the 6th annual taco and craft beer celebration features a music lineup headlined by The Offspring, along with The Vandals, Black Flag, Strung Out, and Dwarves. Bad Religion and Sum 41 will perform on select dates. Produced by premier music festival production company Synergy Global Entertainment, Inc. (SGE) and California’s most successful and respected craft beer festival producer Brew Ha Ha Productions, each date of Sabroso Craft Beer, Taco & Music Festival will feature craft beer tastings (until 4:00 P.M.) from some of the best breweries in the country, and delectable tacos from the region’s top chefs and restaurants will be available for purchase. Attendees can enjoy Lucha Libre style wrestling, lawn games, contests, and more. Beer tastings will vary by city according to local alcohol laws and restrictions.

• Sunday, April 28 — Denver, CO — Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre

During VIP early entry craft beer tastings (from Noon – 4:00 P.M.), and general admission tastings (from 1:00 P.M. – 4:00 P.M.), craft beer lovers who are 21+ can choose from samples of over 100 craft beersfrom the finest breweries in the nation. Tastings will feature tons of local favorites, with an initial list of well-known breweries including:

• The Collective Brewing Project, Martin House Brewing Company, and Panther Island Brewing Company in Fort Worth, TX
• Epic Brewing Company, Salt Flats Brewery, and Moab Brewery in Salt Lake City, UT
• Ska Brewing, Odell Brewing Co., Boulder Beer Company, and Avery Brewing Co. in Denver, CO

Attendees are also invited to sample all flavors of Gringo Bandito—Dexter Holland of The Offspring‘s top rated hot sauce—during the event.

Lucha Libre style wrestling stars from across the globe will take to the ring battling for the title of Sabroso Champion, as multiple qualifying wrestling matches take place at each show, with one final championship match. Renowned Mexico City luchador Cesar Gonzalez (Silver King)—who is more widely known for his role as Ramses, the villain wrestling champion in the film Nacho Libre (starring Jack Black)—will return to Sabroso this year to defend his 2018 title of “King Of The Ring.”

VIP tickets start at $99.50 + fees ($99.00 + fees for Denver, CO) and include: One VIP admission ticket to Sabroso Festival; a dedicated VIP entry lane into the venue; one hour early entry for up to 4 hours of craft beer tastings (Noon – 4:00 PM, 21+ only); and access to the Sabroso VIP Lounge, which includes: comfortable areas to sit and relax, at least one VIP bar, private restrooms, and more.
