After record-breaking attendance of over 170,000 music fans over four days in 2023, Welcome To Rockville returns to Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Florida to kick off the festival season bigger and better than ever May 9-12, 2024. Festival producer Danny Wimmer Presents is excited to announce the addition of a 5^th music stage and 50 additional bands, bringing the total music lineup to an impressive 150 bands for Welcome To Rockville 2024.

All passes for Welcome To Rockville are on sale now, after selling out the Early Bird allotment, setting the stage for the biggest Rockville yet. Festivalgoers are encouraged to buy early to save, as pass prices increase throughout the coming months, based on quantities of each pricing level. Festival attendees can enhance their Welcome To Rockville experience by camping right on the field at Daytona International Speedway. Camping offers the quickest access to the stages and comes with in and out festival privileges. The festival campgrounds are open Wednesday, May 8 through Monday, May 13. Details for the official Welcome To Rockville pre-party for campers and the 2024 camping theme will be announced early next year. RV and tent camping passes are on sale now as an add-on to festival pass purchases. Driver/Owner Lot and Red RV camping passes are sold out, but a waitlist is available. Camping amenities include indoor restrooms and showers, in and out privileges, and a general store for supplies.

Welcome To Rockville 2024 Expands to 5 Stages and 150 Bands Led By Foo Fighters, Mötley Crüe, Slipknot, Limp Bizkit first appeared on Game On Media.

Guitar virtuoso Nita Strauss provided direct support for Wolfgang Van Halen and his band Mammoth WVH inside the House of Blues at Downtown Disney in Orlando, Florida on November 22, 2023. Strauss featured songs from her new album, “The Call of the Void”.

Nita Strauss has been performing with Alice Cooper for the past decade, while maintaining a solo career as well. Her 2018 album “Controlled Chaos” contained all full band instrumentals. Her latest effort features several guest vocalists, including Alissa White-Gluz, Lzzy Hale, Dorothy, Lilith Czar, Chris Motionless, David Draiman, Anders Friden and Alice Cooper.

The show opened with 5 blistering instrumental numbers, culminating in a drum solo by Nita’s drummer and fiance Josh Villalta. Bassist Christopher Dean, guitarist Johnny Young and keyboardist Katt Scarlett combined to provide a driving wave of metal sounds, which Strauss surfed with precision and joy. Her signature Ibanez guitar sang, cried and screamed at every movement of her magical fingers.

The second half of the set featured songs from “The Call of the Wild”. Deadlands vocalist Kasey Karlsen stepped in to deliver the vocals recorded by some of the icons listed above. She did an incredible job on all of the songs, elevating the overall show.

Nita took advantage of the venue being located at Disney Springs, and took the stage wearing Minnie Mouse ears. That is a very common sight in Orlando, but not as often seen on a rock and roll stage. Her choice and her sly smile immediately set the tone for an engaging performance.

Mammoth WVH filled the House of Blues at Downtown Disney in Orlando, Florida on November 22, 2023. The band, led by Wolfgang Van Halen, is touring in support of their outstanding second album, “Mammoth II”. Guitar virtuoso Nita Strauss warmed up the crowd, in support of her new album, “The Call of the Void”.

This is the first time Mammoth WVH were playing as a headlining act, which allowed them all the time they needed to play almost all of the great songs found on their 2 albums. While Wolfgang performs all instruments and vocals on the recordings, his talented band has been playing live with him for 3 years, and they have developed into a very tight and entertaining group.

The night was a sort of homecoming for drummer Garrett Whitlock, who had played alongside Wolfie in Orlando legend Mark Tremonti’s solo band. Bassist Ronnie Ficarro and guitarists Frank Sidoris and Jon Jourdan are dynamic stage performers, and all 3 are excellent vocalists. A Mammoth WVH show is a pleasure to witness, whether you are familiar with the songs or not.

This night was extra special, as a live music video was filmed during the performance of the next single “Right?”. If you were present, you just might catch yourself rocking along when the video is released.

Blue Ridge Rock Festival 2022 has announced their full lineup and daily schedules, and we cannot wait for this event to start its engines. With the world-class lineup in place, plans for the new venue at Virginia International Raceway are taking shape. Ghost, Mudvayne, Slipknot and Disturbed are the main headliners on Thursday through Sunday, September 8-11, 2022, with a bonus Wednesday night event featuring Puddle Of Mudd. This time around, you won’t have to worry about miles of walking and figuring out which artists you will miss. In 100 Days, Blue Ridge Rock Festival 2022 Will Blow Your Mind first appeared on Game On Media.

John 5 and the Creatures finished their Invasion 2019 tour at the Brick By Brick in San Diego, California on April 14, 2019. World famous guitarist John 5 toured in support of his upcoming instrumental album ‘Invasion’. Bassist Ian Ross and drummer Logan Miles Nix are the creatures laying down the rhythm for one of the most talented and entertaining guitarist around. In addition to the amazing music, the stage was filled with props, video screens and creatures wandering on and off the stage. This was a truly entertaining show and the sold out crowd was filled with joy throughout the night.

Guitarist Nita Strauss and her band were special guests on this night, and they also played new material off of her debut album ‘Controlled Chaos’. They played a long set of high energy instrumentals, with her drummer, bassist, guitarist and keyboardist providing a perfect backdrop for Nita’s screaming solos. A vocalist joined in for one song, ‘Eighteen’, which Nita knows well from her other gig in Alice Cooper’s band. This band is a must-see live act.

Jared James Nichols performed his high energy blues show, singing and shredding with passion.

Dead Girls Academy opened the show. They are also an entertaining, powerful band. All in all, this was an incredible night for guitar lovers at San Diego’s famous Brick By Brick.

John 5 and Nita Strauss Shred Sold Out Brick By Brick first appeared on Game On Media.

The Guitar Collective shredded the Brick By Brick in San Diego on December 7, 2018. Instrumentalists Angel Vivaldi, Nita Strauss with Christopher Dean, and Jacky Vincent each played a set, and then they all joined forces for the encore. Jason Tarantino played guitar with both Angel and Nita, while Nita’s boyfriend Josh V manned the drums.

The San Diego show was a special one for Nita, as it was her birthday, and her band surprised her by silly stringing her during the final encore.
