Rock The Ocean’s Tortuga Music Festival celebrated its 10th anniversary on the sands of Fort Lauderdale Beach in South Florida on April 14, 15 & 16, 2023.
Jakob Dylan and The Wallflowers closed the Sunset stage on April 15, 2023. They kept the show moving quickly, as even Dylan admitted to being excited to see Shania Twain headline Day 2.
