Once Upon A Time In… Hollywood is Quentin Tarantino’s ninth film, starring Leonardo DiCaprio as a fictional aging actor, and Brad Pitt as his friend and stunt double. The pair end up next door to Sharon Tate, portrayed wonderfully by Margot Robbie, and the movie is loosely based on actual events involving Tate and Charles Manson’s cult during 1968. There are some incredible acting performances by the stars, as well as the supporting roles. The movie is slow paced and dialogue heavy, in the Tarantino style. The cinematography is stunning, and perfectly captures Hollywood 50 years ago.
